    Kenya Round 4 Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with county as strata. A sample of 120 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics from its master sampling frame. Each EA was listed and mapped. Public facilities were included if a selected EA fell within the catchment area. Private facilities were included if they fell within the boundaries of the EA. Data collection was conducted between November and December, 2015. The final completed sample in Kenya Round 4 was 340 SDPs.     PMA Ethiopia 2019 Cross-sectional Household and Female (HQFQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural, major regions as strata. A total of 265 enumeration areas (EAs) selected from the master sample frame of the Central Statistical Agency. A cross-section of 35 households were randomly selected from within each enumeration area. All women age 15-49-years old in the selected households were eligible for the cross-sectional survey. A total of 9,108 households (98.4%) and 8,837 women (98.5%) completed the cross-sectional survey. Data collection was conducted between September and December 2019.     Kenya Round 6 Service Delivery Point (SQ) survey used a multi-stage stratified cluster design with urban-rural and selected 11 counties as strata. A sample of 151 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics from its master sampling frame. The round 6 sample included the two new counties, Kakamega and West Pokot, which were added in round 5. The same set of enumeration areas used from round 5 were selected, adjacent to the areas enumerated in the first four survey rounds. Each EA was listed and mapped. Public facilities were included if a selected EA fell within the catchment area. Private facilities were included if they fell within the boundaries of the EA. Data collection was conducted between November and December 2017. The final completed sample was 416 SDPs.     Uganda Round 3 Household and Female (HQFQ) survey used a two-stage cluster design with urban-rural and region as strata. A sample of 110 enumeration areas (EAs) was drawn by the Uganda Bureau of Statistics from its master sampling frame. In each EA households and health facilities were listed and mapped, with 44 households randomly selected. Households were surveyed and occupants enumerated. All eligible females age 15 to 49 were contacted and consented for interviews. The final analytic sample included 4,412 completed household and 3,690 completed de facto female interviews.
