No full textThis data set contains phase and amplitude scintillation data at 60 seconds time resolution at Ny-Ålesund, Svalbard.
The measurements were collected by the University of Bergen using a NovAtel GPStation-6 global navigation satellite system receiver. The measurements include signals from GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO at different frequencies. These data are used for research on space weather disturbances in the polar ionosphere.

Supplementary Data for: Professional identity of public librarians, archivists, and museum professionals in five European countries
No full textThis is the supplementary data for manuscript accepted for publication in Journal of Documentation. The data includes necessary calculations required to understand the details of reported findings in the article. This article investigates the professional identities of library, archive, and museum (LAM) professionals across five European countries: Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Norway, and Sweden. Using online questionnaires, we examined how these professionals perceive their relationships with others in their field, considering various demographic factors. Our findings reveal both distinctions and overlaps in roles among LAM professions, hinting at potential avenues for collaboration. These insights add value by illuminating the dynamics between different professional domains within the LAM sphere

No full textThis is the Research Data Package showing the Data Synthesis Analysis conducted based on Thematic Analysis. The abstract of the review is: "Social aspects in software sustainability refer to the impact of the software on the broader social and societal context. It includes considerations such as accessibility, equity, inclusion, diversity, and ethical and human values. To achieve software sustainability, developers must adopt practices and tools that support this dimension. In recent years, there has been a growing interest in incorporating social sustainability into the software development process. This literature study investigates approaches to social sustainability that can be integrated into software development. We extracted and analyzed data from 19 studies through thematic syntheses. The results include a list of recommended support tools based on the social aspects and goals for reaching software sustainability. Considering social aspects in software sustainability ensures that the software is not only technically sustainable but also socially responsible.

The data for Market Basket Analysis is divided into six target subcorpora: Federal 2010-2013, Regional 2010-2013, Federal 2014-2017, Regional 2014-2017, Federal 2018-2021, and Regional 2018-2021. The data for Keymorph Analysis consists of six target subcorpora: Federal 2010-2013*, Regional 2010-2013*, Federal 2014-2017*, Regional 2014-2017*, Federal 2018-2021*, and Regional 2018-2021*. The data for Keymorph Analysis are the texts containing the keyword 'Spitsbergen' obtained from the data for Market Basket Analysis. Market Basket Analysis is used to retrieve Associative Arrays consisting of various keywords for the keyword meaning 'Spitsbergen'. Keymorph Analysis examines the prominence of the grammatical cases of nouns meaning 'Russia', 'Norway', and 'Spitsbergen'.
The dataset includes: 1) the R code for keyword analysis (keywords serve as an input for Market Basket Analysis); 2) lists of keywords obtained from six target subcorpora Federal 2010-2013, Regional 2010-2013, Federal 2014-2017, Regional 2014-2017, Federal 2018-2021, and Regional 2018-2021; 3) the R code for Market Basket Analysis; 4) examples with the nouns meaning 'Russia', 'Norway', and 'Spitsbergen' extracted from six target subcorpora Federal 2010-2013*, Regional 2010-2013*, Federal 2014-2017*, Regional 2014-2017*, Federal 2018-2021*, and Regional 2018-2021* and annotated according to the grammatical cases of these nouns as well as the semantic meanings of the cases; 5) the calculated difference index (DIN*) values for the grammatical cases of the nouns meaning 'Russia', 'Norway', and 'Spitsbergen'. Trace element GWAS summary statistics
No full textTrace elements are important for human health but may exert toxic or adverse effects. Mechanisms of uptake, distribution, metabolism, and excretion are partly under genetic control but have not yet been extensively mapped. Here we report a comprehensive multi-element genome-wide association study (GWAS) of 57 essential and non-essential trace elements. This dataset contains GWAS meta-analysis summary statistics for 14 trace elements (aluminium, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, cobalt, copper, lead, manganese, mercury, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, thallium, zinc) measured in up to 6564 whole-blood samples from the Trøndelag Health Study (HUNT), the Norwegian Mother, Father and Child Cohort Study (MoBa) and the Prospective Investigateion of the Vasculature in Uppsala Seniors (PIVUS) study. Further, the dataset contains GWAS summary statistics of 41 additional trace elements (antimony, barium, beryllium, boron, bromine, calcium, cerium, cesium, chlorine, gallium, germanium, gold, holmium, indium, iridium, iron, lanthanum, lithium, magnesium, neodymium, niobium, palladium, phosphorus, platinum, praseodymium, rhenium, rhodium, rubidium, samarium, silicon, silver, strontium, sulfur, tantalum, terbium, tin, tungsten, uranium, vanadium, yttrium, zirconium) measured in up to 2819 whole-blood samples from HUNT

Little is known of the movement or presence of unregulated, emerging contaminants in top predators. The aim of the present study was to conduct the first screening of legacy and emerging contaminants in multiple tissues of killer whales (Orcinus orca) from Norway and investigate tissue partitioning and maternal transfer. Blubber was collected from 8 killer whales in 2015 to 2017, in addition to muscle from 5 of the individuals, and kidney, liver, heart, and spleen from a neonate. We screened for 4 unregulated brominated flame retardants and found pentabromotoluene (PBT) and hexabromobenzene (HBB) at low levels in the blubber of all individuals (median PBT 0.091 ng/g lipid wt, median HBB 1.4 ng/g lipid wt). Levels of PBT and HBB (wet wt) were twice as high in the blubber than the muscle for each individual, confirming preferential accumulation in lipid-rich tissues. Perfluoroalkyl substances and total mercury levels were lower in the neonate than adults, suggesting less efficient maternal transfer of these substances. Polychlorinated biphenyl levels in blubber exceeded the threshold for onset of physiological effects (9 µg/g lipid wt) in 7 of the 8 whales, including the neonate. The presence of PBT and HBB in the neonate is the first evidence of maternal transfer of these unregulated contaminants in marine mammals. Our results are relevant for the continued environmental monitoring of contaminants in the Arctic

The dataset consists of images of face-shaped light probes, shown in a screen based experiment in a lab. The excel-files consist of the answers from the lab-experiment and the photometric- and image-data from main experiment and follow-up experiment.</p
