Get PDFThis article considers the normative model of centres offering legal aid, citizens’ advice and legal education free of charge, as defned in the Polish Act of August 5, 2015 (Ustawa z dnia 5 sierpnia 2015 r. o nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej, nieodpłatnym poradnictwie obywatelskim oraz edukacji prawnej). The first part of the article describes the Act’s theoretical principles. Te research presented in the next section characterizes the difficulties encountered by centres of this kind in 2022–2024. Consequently, I attempt to answer the fundamental question of whether the normative model for their practical operation is being implemented effectively.Artykuł dotyczy normatywnego modelu funkcjonowania punktów nieodpłatnej pomocy określonego w ustawie z 5 sierpnia 2015 r. o nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej, nieodpłatnym poradnictwie obywatelskim oraz edukacji prawnej. W pierwszej części opracowania zostały przedstawione teoretyczne założenia wynikające z tej ustawy. Get PDFThis article presents the results of our own research, the aim of which was to find out the opinions of vocational subject teachers on whether study at a technical school is undertaken by students who, in their opinion, will be able to cope in the labour market as graduates. The qualitative research used the research technique of the individual in-depth interview. The research material was analysed using the MAXQDA 2024 programme. The research sample consisted of vocational subject teachers teaching deficit occupations at a technical school N=13. According to respondents, career counselling is needed, and every career counsellor should know the specifics of the profession from the practical side. In their opinion, students whose parents run a family business related to the profession the student is studying, who have social competences, who have a high grade average, who have a diploma confirming their professional qualifications, who have a realistic idea of what is expected from an employer, and who are undergoing further training in a given profession, will cope in the labour market.W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań własnych, których celem było poznanie opinii nauczycieli przedmiotów zawodowych na temat tego, czy naukę w technikum podejmują uczniowie, którzy ich zdaniem poradzą sobie na rynku pracy jako absolwenci. W badaniach jakościowych wykorzystano technikę badawczą jaką jest indywidualny wywiad pogłębiony. Analizę materiału badawczego przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem programu MAXQDA 2024. Próbę badawczą stanowili nauczyciele przedmiotów zawodowych uczący w technikum zawodów deficytowych N=13. Według respondentów doradztwo zawodowe jest potrzebne, a każdy doradca powinien znać specyfikę zawodu od strony praktycznej. Get PDFThe article is devoted to the pedagogical work of teachers and parents (non-professional educators) on developing children\u27s speech using a popular series of books by Marta Galewska-Kustra. The problem is discussed in the context of taking action to develop children’s speech by people without speech therapy education. In addition, the question is asked whether there are differences in the pedagogical approach of teachers and parents. The first part explains the term \u27pedagogical work\u27. The second part contains a description of the methodology of the own research conducted for the purposes of creating a master\u27s thesis entitled "Supporting the development of children\u27s speech with the help of the «Uczę się z Puciem» series in the era of modern information technologies." The next part discusses the results of the study and compares the pedagogical activities of parents and teachers. Finally, there was a discussion and correspondence of the topic with the literature on the subject.Artykuł poświęcony jest pracy pedagogicznej nauczycieli oraz rodziców (pedagogów nieprofesjonalnych) nad rozwijaniem mowy dziecka z zastosowaniem popularnej serii książek autorstwa Marty Galewskiej-Kustry. Problem omówiono w kontekście podejmowania działań mające na celu rozwijanie mowy dzieci przez osoby nieposiadające wykształcenia logopedycznego. Ponadto postawiono pytanie, czy istnieją różnice w podejściu pedagogicznym nauczycieli i rodziców. W pierwszej części wyjaśniono termin ‘praca pedagogiczna’. W drugiej części zawarto opis metodologii badania własnego, przeprowadzonego na potrzeby tworzenia pracy magisterskiej pt. „Wspieranie rozwoju mowy dziecka z pomocą serii «Uczę się z Puciem» w dobie nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych”. Get PDFThe diversity of approaches to speech therapy as a scientific and practical discipline results from its interdisciplinarity. It is visible in the approach to the structure of speech disorders, in which one can distinguish linguistic factors (domain of linguistics), biological (domain of medicine), psychological (domain of psychology) and social (domain of pedagogy). In our approach, social speech therapy is a branch of speech therapy dealing with the social functioning of people with speech disorders. It focuses on the individual, not on their language dysfunction. Social speech therapy is included in the trend of social pedagogy, psychology and medicine, while maintaining its specificity. It focuses on the social functioning of youth and adults with speech disorders and their families (family speech therapy). The article attempts to discuss the condition of speech therapy in the light of contemporary challenges and near-term forecasts of civilization development.Różnorodność podejść do logopedii jako dyscypliny naukowej i praktycznej wynika z jej interdyscyplinarności. Uwidacznia się ona w podejściu do struktury zaburzeń mowy, w których można wyróżnić czynniki lingwistyczne (domena językoznawstwa), biologiczne (domena medycyny), psychologiczne (domena psychologii) oraz społeczne (domena pedagogiki). W naszym ujęciu logopedia społeczna jest działem logopedii zajmującej się społecznym funkcjonowaniem osób z zaburzeniami mowy. Skupia się ona na jednostce, a nie na jej dysfunkcji językowej. Logopedia społeczna włącza się w nurt społecznej pedagogiki, psychologii i medycyny, zachowując swoją specyfikę. Skupia się na społecznym funkcjonowaniu młodzieży i dorosłych z zaburzeniami mowy oraz ich rodzin (logopedia rodziny). Get PDFThe article is an attempt to show exclastration as an institution that protects rights a given monk, as well as the laws of the entire institute. Discussing the origins and history of the development of the discussed institution allowed us to see how, over the centuries, religious legislation, which was primarily responsible for the protection of community life, began to recognize the rights exclustered and take care of his identity as a monk. However, the analysis of the different varieties of exclaustration that occur today The Code of Canon Law will allow us to see that monastic life is very rich and diverse, which is related to the fact that church legislation notices this gift and seeks it the best possible solutions for a specific religious structure. For the legislator it is not indifferent charisma of monastic life, but most concerned about the well-being of everyone religious institute. This is particularly evident when discussing who can provide indult of exclaustration and on what terms. These distinctions into different entities responsible for granting the indult show how even the temporary departure of a monk interferes in the life of a given religious community and how much responsibility it takes on the one who grants this indult.Artykuł stanowi próbę ukazania eksklaustracji, jako instytucji, która chroni prawa danego zakonnika, jak również prawa całego instytutu. Omówienie genezy i historii kształtowania się omawianej instytucji pozwoliło zobaczyć, jak na przestrzeni wieków ustawodawstwo zakonne, które stało przede wszystkim na straży ochrony życia wspólnotowego, zaczęło dostrzegać prawa eksklaustrowanego oraz troszczyć się o jego tożsamość, jako zakonnika.
Natomiast analiza różnych odmian eksklaustracji, które występują w obecnym Kodeksie Prawa Kanonicznego pozwolą dostrzec, że życie zakonne jest bardzo bogate i różnorodne, co wiąże się z tym, że ustawodawstwo kościelne dostrzega ten dar i szuka jak najlepszych rozwiązań do określonej struktury zakonnej. Dla prawodawcy nie jest obojętny charyzmat życia zakonnego, ale jak najbardziej troszczy się o dobro każdego instytutu zakonnego. Szczególnie widoczne jest to przy omawianiu, kto może udzielić indultu eksklaustracji i na jakich zasadach. Te rozróżnienia na różne podmioty odpowiedzialne za udzielenie indultu pokazują, jak nawet czasowe odejście zakonnika ingeruje w życie danej wspólnoty zakonnej i jak wielką odpowiedzialność bierze na siebie ten, który ten indult udziela

Get PDFThe article consists of two parts. The first analyzes the process of granting exclaustration. This part will discuss the individual steps that must be taken to grant an indult. The reasons for granting exclaustration will also be discussed, as well as the persons authorized to grant it. The second part of this article will be an analysis of the canonical effects of granting exclaustration. The legal effects of exclaustration that were in force in the previous Code will be compared and then discussed with those that that the Code of Canon Law currently lists.
The source basis in the legal norms in force in the 1983 Code of Canon Law and in the documents of the Magisterium of the Church.Artykuł składa się z dwóch części. Pierwsza zajmuje się analizą przeprowadzenia procesu udzielenia eksklaustracji. W tej części zostaną omówione poszczególne kroki, jakie należy podjąć, aby udzielić indultu. Omówione zostaną także przyczyny udzielenia eksklaustracji, jak również osoby uprawnione do jej udzielenia. Druga część tego artykułu będzie analizą kanonicznych skutków udzielenia eksklaustracji. Zostaną zestawione, a następnie omówione ze sobą skutki prawne eksklaustracji, które obowiązywały w poprzednim Kodeksie z tymi, które obecnie Kodeks Prawa Kanonicznego wymienia.
Podstawą źródłową są normy prawne obowiązujące w Kodeksie Prawa Kanonicznego z 1983 roku oraz w dokumentach Nauczycielskiego Urzędu Kościoła
