Structure of a quotient ring R/P and its relation with generalized derivations of R
The fundamental aim of this paper is to investigate the structure of a quotient ring R/P where R is an arbitrary ring and P is a prime ideal of R. More precisely, we will characterize the commutativity of R/P via the behavior of generalized derivations of R satisfying algebraic identities involving the prime ideal P. Moreover, various wellknown results characterizing the commutativity of prime (semi-prime)rings have been extended. Furthermore, examples are given to prove that the restrictions imposed on the hypothesis of the various theorems were not superfluous
On Δᵐ-statistical convergence double sequences in intuitionistic fuzzy normed spaces
In the present paper, the basic objective of our work is to define Δᵐ-statistical convergence in the setup of intuitionistic fuzzy normed spaces for double sequences. We have proved some examples which shows this method of convergence is more generalized. Further, we defined the Δᵐ-statistical Cauchy sequences in these spaces and given the Cauchy convergence criterion for this new notion of convergence
Eigenvalue problems of impulsive differential equations governed by the one-dimensional p-Laplacian operator
In this paper we study a nonlinear boundary eigenvalue problema governed by the one-dimensional p-Laplacian operator with impulse, we give some properties of the first eigenvalue λ1 and we prove the existence of eigenvalues sequence {λn}n∈N∗ by using the Lusternik-Schnirelman principle, as well as by the characterization of the sequence of eigenvalues, we discuss the strict monotonicity of the first eigenvalue and we prove that the eigenfunction corresponding to second eigenvalue λ2 changes sign only once on [0, 1]
On properties of graded rings and graded modules
Let R be a G-graded ring. In this article, we introduce two new concepts on graded rings, namely, weakly graded rings and invertible graded rings, and we discuss the relations between these concepts and several properties of graded rings. Also, we study the concept of weakly crossed products and study some properties defined on weakly crossed product and give the relationship between this new concept and several properties of graded rings. Moreover, in this article, we give a generalization for the concept of graded essential submodules, and introduce the concept of graded semi-uniform modules which is a generalization for the concept of graded uniform modules
Convergence of an iteration scheme in convex metric spaces
In this paper, a new iteration scheme in a uniformly convex metric space is defined and its convergence is obtained. A numerical example is also considered to compare the rate of convergences of the iteration with that of an existing iteration scheme
Codiskcyclic sets of operators on complex topological vector spaces
Let X be a complex topological vector space and L(X) the set of all continuous linear operators on X. In this paper, we extend the notion of the codiskcyclicity of a single operator T ∈ L(X) to a set of operators Γ ⊂ L(X). We prove some results for codiskcyclic sets of operators and we establish a codiskcyclicity criterion. As an application, we study the codiskcyclicity of C0-semigroups of operators
Super (a, d)-G + e-antimagic total labeling of Gu[Sn]
Let G = (V, E) be a simple graph and H be a subgraph of G. Then G admits an H-covering, if every edge in E(G) belongs to at least one subgraph of G that is isomorphic to H. An (a, d)-H-antimagic total labeling of G is a bijection ƒ : V (G) ∪ E(G) → {1, 2, 3, ..., |V (G)| + |E(G)|} such that for all subgraphs H’ of G isomorphic to H, the H’ weights w(H’) = .∑v∈V(H’) ƒ(v) +∑e∈E(H’) ƒ(e) constitute an arithmetic progression {a, a + d, a + 2d, ..., a + (n − 1)d}, where a and d are positive integers and n is the number of subgraphs of G isomorphic to H. The labeling ƒ is called a super (a, d)-H-antimagic total labeling if ƒ (V (G)) = {1, 2, 3, ..., |V (G)|}. In [9], authors have posed an open problem to characterize the super (a, d)-G+ e-antimagic total labeling of the graph Gu[Sn], where n ≥ 3 and 4 ≤ d ≤ p+q + 2. In this paper, a partial solution to this problem is obtained
Curves in projective spaces: Questions and remarks
We discuss several questions on the geometry of curves in projective spaces: existence or non-existence for prescribed degrees and genera, their Hilbert function and their gonality
On even-odd meanness of super subdivision of some graphs
Graph Labeling is a significant area of graph theory that is used in a variety of applications like coding hypothesis, x-beam crystallography, radar, cosmology, circuit design, correspondence network tending to, and database administration. This study provides a general overview of graph naming in heterogeneous fields, however it primarily focuses on graph subdivision. The even vertex odd meanness of super subdivide of various graphs is discussed in this study. The graphs generated by super subdivided of path, cycle, comb, crown, and planar grid are even-odd mean graphs, according to our proof
Relación entre el estrés, la violencia de pareja y la satisfacción diádica en una muestra de personas adultas jóvenes en Puerto Rico
BACKGROUND: Many young adults experience high levels of stress and are exposed to risky behaviors such as drug and alcohol use, and unprotected sex. OBJECTIVE: To understand the relationship between stress, intimate partner violence, and dyadic satisfaction in a sample of low-income young adults. METHOD: We conducted a descriptive-correlational study through the internet, using a survey design. A total of 236 people participated, the majority being women (81.4%) between the ages of 18-30. RESULTS: We found a negative, although not significant, relationship between stress and dyadic satisfaction (rτ = -. 06, p> .05), a positive and significant relationship between stress and partner violence (rτ = .19, p <.001), and a negative and significant relationship between intimate partner violence and dyadic satisfaction (rτ = -.21, p <.001). The mediation analysis showed a significant indirect effect of stress on dyadic satisfaction, through partner violence (b = -0.15, BCa CI [-0.26, -0.07]). CONCLUSIONS: The results suggest that this population has high levels of stress and is more prone to engage in violent behaviors with their partners, which has an impact on the decrease in their dyadic satisfaction.ANTECEDENTES: Muchos adultos jóvenes sufren altos niveles de estrés y están expuestos a conductas de riesgo como el uso de drogas y alcohol, y las relaciones sexuales sin protección.
