No full textThe theme of this work is to reflect on and recover the importance of the concept of availability as the axis of therapeutic work beyond the clinical model that frames therapy. Both classical authors and current studies linked to the genuine development of the person were used as reference sources. From the availability of the therapist towards the patient’s points of tension, the patient will be able to identify with this attitude of accommodating in himself what is avoided, denied, rejected and ultimately perhaps he can treat himself in his difficulties as he feels it is treated or hosted by your therapist. That the person of the patient can get his life out of the stagnation that stops and limits it, and thus restart it, implies offering him availability and not forcing him to meet theoretical goals. Remove aspects of life from stagnation so that the water of development can continue its course towards its own truth, that of its unique singularity.El tema de este trabajo es reflexionar y recuperar la importancia del concepto de disponibilidad como eje del trabajo terapéutico más allá del modelo clínico que enmarque la terapia. Se utilizaron como fuentes de referencia tanto autores clásicos como estudios actuales vinculados al desarrollo genuino de la persona. A partir de la disponibilidad del terapeuta hacia los puntos de tensión del paciente, el paciente podrá identificarse con esta actitud de alojar en sí mismo lo evitado, negado, rechazado y en definitiva quizás se pueda tratar a sí mismo en sus dificultades como siente que es tratado o alojado por su terapeuta. Que la persona del paciente pueda sacar su vivir del estancamiento que lo detiene y lo limita, y así reiniciarlo, implica ofrecerle a disponibilidad y no obligarlo a cumplir metas teóricas. Sacar del estancamiento aspectos de la vida para que el agua del desarrollo pueda seguir su curso hacia la propia verdad, la de su singularidad única

No full textThis article studies and investigates the socio-historical and ethical reality of labor, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the encyclical Laborem exercens (LE), written by Saint John Paul II. In this way, it intends to expose the actuality of the social and moral teaching of the faith and the church, along with Popes like Francis, who continues to delve into these social and ethical questions about labor. To do this, it uses the methodology of the theology and social doctrine of the church (DSI), with its interdisciplinary perspective, analyzing in an interdisciplinary way the reality of labor and the state of said issue, with studies or significant authors in this regard, in dialogue with the social or human sciences and philosophy, and with social movements such as the labor movement.Este artículo estudia e investiga la realidad sociohistórica y ética del trabajo, conmemorando el 40 aniversario de la encíclica Laborem exercens (LE), realizada por San Juan Pablo II. Pretende exponer así la actualidad de toda esta enseñanza social y moral de la fe e iglesia, con los Papas como Francisco, que continua y profundiza estas cuestiones sociales y éticas sobre el trabajo. No full textWithin the current health emergency that we are experiencing globally and nationally due to COVID-19, we have witnessed various human manifestations, which in other circumstances would go unnoticed. It is really in extreme situations where the greatness and the lowest of pettiness come to light. This article reflects on the crisis in which we find ourselves as a result of COVID-19. It validates, in the first section, whether adversity can be an opportunity. In the second section, it tries to enlighten the human being so that it can be considered whether we have the necessary conditions to self-determine our way towards personal improvement despite the harsh environment. The last section highlights the primary role that education has in the task of gaining humanity and personal excellence. Dentro de la actual emergencia sanitaria que vivimos a nivel mundial y a nivel nacional por el COVID-19, hemos sido testigos de diversas manifestaciones humanas que en otras circunstancias podrían pasar desapercibidas. Es realmente en las situaciones límite en donde salen a la luz las grandezas y las más bajas mezquindades. El presente artículo reflexiona en torno a la crisis en la que nos encontramos a raíz del COVID-19. Valida, en el primer apartado, si la adversidad puede ser una oportunidad. En el segundo apartado, procuraremos iluminar al ser humano de modo que se pueda ponderar si tenemos las condiciones necesarias para autodeterminar nuestros pasos hacia una mejora personal, a pesar del entornoadverso. In this article it is intended, without making legislative modifications, with the existing legal weapons, to make the Visitation Processes more efficient, for the benefit of the child or adolescent, since it is their right to maintain the filial bond with his father or mother.Cuando un padre o una madre recurren a un órgano jurisdiccional, con el objeto de conseguir que se establezcan días para visitar a su hija o hijo, ante la imposibilidad de ponerse de acuerdo; no tendría por qué demorarse en el ser resuelta la controversia por parte del Juez, con la expedición de la sentencia correspondiente; puesto que no se trata una Litis complicada. Quiénes se encuentran involucrados en la tramitación de este tipo de procesos judiciales, sean justiciables u operadores del derecho, advierten que estos procesos pueden durar años en primera instancia hasta que sea resuelta, acrecentándose la incertidumbre cuando es apelada y tiene que ser revisada por el Superior Jerárquico, en este caso la Sala Civil o de Familia, según corresponda. En este artículo se pretende, sin realizar modificaciones legislativas, con las armas legales existentes, lograr que los Procesos de Régimen de Visitas sean más céleres, en beneficio del niño, niña o adolescente, puesto que, es un derecho de ellos mantener el vínculo con su padre o madre

Furthermore, in the last three years, the international business and legal markets have been positively surprised by the increased use of a not-so-new business model: the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), a type of company that first appeared in the 1980s. In the past three years, SPACs have been broadly used by private companies seeking to go public . This paper examines this matter.Luego de casi dos (02) años de pandemia y gracias a la vacunación masiva, la reactivación económica tiene hoy un despegue mayor, haciendo que las empresas retomen sus proyectos entre los cuales se encuentran las operaciones de fusiones y adquisiciones. Pero, en los últimos tres (03) años el mercado internacional, empresarial y el legal se ha visto positivamente sorprendido en virtud a la incursión de un no tan nuevo modelo empresarial, y esta es la figura de la sociedad con propósito especial de adquisición (sociedad SPAC) sociedad que surgió en los años 80 y que en los últimos tres (03) años han sido masivamente utilizadas con el objetivo que una compañía privada pase a ser pública luego de una operación de fusión con SPAC. No full text This work addresses the review of publications on creative thinking, in the university environment, during the period from 2015 to the present. Documents on this topic were extracted from databases such as EBSCO, ProQuest, PsycBooks, Scielo and Alicia. With the information found, a content analysis was carried out, organizing thematic fields such as creative thinking in the teaching-learning process, as a psychological construct, in relation to social variables and its psychometric evaluation. Finding that since it is a multidimensional and complex variable, it is investigated from different angles, highlighting that most of the investigations are directed to the educational field, focusing on the role of the teacher as a facilitator of creative thinking in university students; There are also research aimed at understanding and explaining the construct itself, its development, and in relation to other variables such as personality, motivation, and from the neurosciences; as well as the psychometric evaluation as a construct, and finally to investigate it from the social context that surrounds the individual. Thus, it is evident that creative thinking in the university environment constitutes a field of interest for science; since it is there where professionals will be forged who, through creativity and innovation, will build better societies, overcoming the challenges that current and future times put in front of them. El presente trabajo aborda la revisión de publicaciones sobre el pensamiento creativo, en el ámbito universitario, durante el periodo del 2015 a la actualidad. Los documentos sobre esta temática fueron extraídos de bases de datos como EBSCO, ProQuest, PsycBooks, Scielo y Alicia. Con la información hallada, se realizó un análisis de contenido, organizando campos temáticos como pensamiento creativo en el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje, como constructo psicológico, en relación a variables sociales y la evaluación psicométrica del mismo. Hallándose que al ser una variable multidimensional y compleja, es investigada desde diversas aristas, destacando que la mayor parte de investigaciones están dirigidas al campo educacional, incidiendo en el rol del docente como facilitador del pensamiento creativo en los estudiantes universitarios; también se encuentran investigaciones dirigidas a comprender y explicar el constructo en sí mismo, su desarrollo, y en relación a otras variables como personalidad, motivación, y desde las neurociencias; así como la evaluación psicométrica como constructo, y finalmente investigarlo desde el contexto social que rodea al individuo. Así se evidencia que el pensamiento creativo en el ámbito universitario, constituye un campo de interés de la ciencia; ya que es allí donde se forjarán profesionales que, mediante la creatividad e innovación construirán mejores sociedades, superando los retos que los tiempos actuales y futuros les pongan al frente.
