Interfaces entre familia y bullying: una revisión sistemática de la literatura científica
No full textThe objective of this research was to analyze the different theories of interfaces between family and school bullying, trying to know the depth of the investigations between family and bullying. The design was a systematic review, which consists of a theoretical review of research carried out in recent years, selecting articles published in scientific psychology journals indexed in electronic databases, by adopting predetermined criteria. The study sample consisted of 40 research articles taken from psychology, education and medicine journals such as: Latin American Journal of Psychology, International Journal of Developmental and Educational Psychology, School and Educational Psychology, Psychosocial Intervention. The results show that the studies carried out on the topic of interfaces between family and bullying report a direct relationship, this means that families influence student behavior within educational institutions. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar las diferentes teorías de interfaces entre familia y bullying escolar, para tratar de conocer la profundidad de las investigaciones entre familia y bullying. El diseño fue de revisión sistemática, el cual consiste en la revisión teórica de las investigaciones realizadas en los últimos años; para ello, se seleccionaron artículos publicados en revistas científicas de psicología indexadas en bases de datos electrónicos, mediante la adopción de criterios predeterminados. La muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 40 artículos de investigación extraídos de revistas de psicología, educación y medicina como lo son: Revista Latinoamericana de Psicología, International Journal of Developmental and Educational Psychology, Psicología Escolar e Educacional, Psychosocial Intervention. Los resultados demuestran que los estudios realizados respecto al tema de interfaces entre familia y bullying reportan una relación directa, ello quiere decir que las familias influyen en el comportamiento del estudiante, dentro de las instituciones educativas

No full text Chronic kidney disease is a progressive disease that affects the glomeruli. The objective of this research was to establish the nutritional and dietary requirements of the elderly with chronic kidney disease on ambulatory hemodialysis. The study was descriptive level of secondary sources and the population was older adults with hemodialysis. The study subject requires 1.1 to 1.2 g / kg protein weight to cover the protein turnover rate and losses during hemodialysis; likewise, sodium, potassium and phosphorus requirements are reduced; as for the others, macro and micronutrients sufficient according to the adequacy for the elderly. The following conclusion was reached: The nutritional requirement is modified by increasing the intake of protein and energy, reducing and controlling food sources of sodium, potassium, phosphorus and water. La enfermedad renal crónica es una patología progresiva que afecta a los glomérulos. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue establecer los requerimientos nutricionales y la dietética del adulto mayor con enfermedad renal crónica en hemodiálisis ambulatoria. El estudio fue de nivel descriptivo, de fuentes secundarias y la población constó de adultos mayores con hemodiálisis. El sujeto del estudio requiere de 1.1 a 1.2 g/ kg peso de proteínas para cubrir la tasa de recambio proteico y las pérdidas durante la hemodiálisis; así mismo, se reducen los requerimientos de sodio, potasio y fósforo; en cuanto a los demás macro y micronutrientes se reducen lo suficiente conforme la adecuación para el adulto mayor. Se llegó a la siguiente conclusión: El requerimiento nutricional se modifica incrementando el aporte de proteína y energía, reduciendo y controlando los alimentos fuentes de sodio, potasio, fósforo y el agua

No full textThis article was prepared by the Faculty of Education, through the Professional School of Education and the Intercultural Bilingual Education (IBE) department. Its purpose is to share some reflections based on the academic actions implemented during 2020 (a peculiar year characterized by the healthcare crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic). The article includes a brief diagnosis of the educational conditions of students, the framework of reference considered for the proposal, the hypotheses or assumptions that motivated the actions, the approach adopted and the implemented actions or methodological strategies applied in the educational process of students, as well as some key preliminary conclusions to understand the importance of higher education in intercultural bilingual education situated and paying attention to the processes of cultural change experienced by students as well as the demands of the territory with its cultural and linguistic characteristics.La Facultad de Educación a través de la Escuela Profesional de Educación y la jefatura de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe (EIB) ha preparado el presente artículo titulado: La formación docente en EIB por proyectos integradores y con acompañamiento itinerante. Cuyo propósito es compartir algunas reflexiones a partir de las acciones académicas implementadas durante el 2020; un año peculiar caracterizado por la crisis sanitaria causada por la presencia del Covid 19. El contenido del documento comprende: una breve diagnóstico de las condiciones educativas de los estudiantes; el marco de referencia tomado en cuenta para la propuesta, las hipótesis o supuestos que motivaron la realización de las acciones, el enfoque adoptado y las acciones implementadas o estrategias metodológicas aplicadas en el proceso de formación de los estudiantes, así como algunas conclusiones preliminares fundamentales para comprender la importancia de la formación superior en educación intercultural bilingüe situada y con atención a los procesos de cambio cultural que viven los estudiantes así como a las demandas del territorio con sus características culturales y lingüísticas

No full textThe present work analyzes the theme of the Real Estate transfer system in Peru, from the perspective of legal certainty involved in legal transactions, governed by the regulations of the Civil Code in more than 36 years that it has been in force. The article 949° of The Peruvian Civil Code, describes the principle of consent for the development of Real Estate transfer, stating that ¨The sole obligation to dispose a specific property, makes the creditor the owner of it, unless otherwise stipulated or agreed¨. In this sense, the approach of the present work is focused on what legal certainty this system may offer, beyond the work in the field of the transfer system; it also proposes new perspectives that could provide greater legal certainty in Real Estate trade, increasingly growing in our country in recent years.El presente trabajo se ocupa del análisis del tema relativo al sistema de transferencia de la propiedad inmueble en el Perú, desde la perspectiva de la seguridad jurídica que ofrece al tráfico jurídico inmobiliario, regido por el Código Civil a más de 36 años de vigencia. El artículo 949° del Código Civil peruano, consagra el principio consensualista para el perfeccionamiento de transferencia de la propiedad bienes inmuebles, al señalar que “La sola obligación de enajenar un inmueble determinado hace al acreedor propietario de él, salvo disposición legal diferente o pacto en contrario”. En tal sentido, el enfoque del presente trabajo está centrado en lo concerniente a la seguridad jurídica que ofrecería este sistema, más allá de los abundantes trabajos en el ámbito nacional sobre los sistemas de transferencia; asimismo propone nuevas perspectivas que podrían brindar mayor seguridad jurídica al tráfico inmobiliario, tan creciente en los últimos años en nuestro país
Crisis constitucional del Perú bicentenario
No full textPeru is now in the middle of a constitutional crisis that must be resolved through a constitutional process of reforms or amendments to the political regime, the use of natural resources, and the distribution of power among the different government agencies throughout our territory. This crisis has been caused by the continuous confrontation between the President and the Congress since 2016. Such clash has been aggravated by the judgments rendered by the Constitutional Court which ratified as constitutional the arbitrary the “factual denial” to the non-vote of confidence that led to the dissolution of Congress. The current Administration is attempting to leverage upon this precedent to impose a Marxist-Leninist socialist regime to replace the republican system that has been in place for 200 years.Afirmo que estamos en medio de una crisis constitucional que requiere resolverse mediante un proceso constitucional de reformas o enmiendas al régimen político, los recursos naturales, y la distribución del poder para el gobierno del territorio de nuestra República. Esta crisis ha sido provocada por los continuos enfrentamientos entre los Presidentes de la República y los Congresos que se han sucedido desde el año 2016; la misma que se ha visto agravada por las Sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional que han constitucionalizado la arbitrariedad de la ‘denegación fáctica’ en la interpretación que hiciera de la ‘cuestión de confianza’ y la ‘disolución del Congreso’; y que ahora está siendo agudizada por el gobierno de las izquierdas que pretende imponer un proyecto socialista marxista-leninista y sustituir al proyecto republicano que lleva 200 años
Tomás de Aquino y Francisco Suárez: Aproximaciones Complementarias en la Conformación de Nuestro Conocimiento
No full textIn the present work I propose that the epistemological positions of Thomas Aquinas and Francisco Suárez can be conceived as complementary insofar as we clarify how knowledge is formed for each one. In the first place, it is necessary to examine the principle of individuation in relation to abstraction in Aquinas. Second, the differences around the same issue are analyzed in Suárez. Finally, both positions are compared to establish two theories that can be conceived as two aspects that complete the same process of our knowledge and can form the basis of a laterepistemology in favor of the knowledge of reality. En el presente trabajo propongo que las posturas epistemológicas de Tomás de Aquino y de Francisco Suárez pueden ser concebidas como complementarias en cuanto clarificamos cómo se conforma el saber para cada uno. En primer lugar, se hace necesario el examen sobre el principio de individuación en relación con la abstracción en Aquino. En segundo lugar, se analizan las diferencias en torno al mismo tema en Suárez. Por último, se comparan ambas posturas en orden a establecer dos teorías que pueden ser concebidas como dos aspectos que completan un mismo proceso de nuestro conocimiento y pueden conforman la base de una epistemología posterior en favor del conocimiento de la realidad
Hans Jonas y la Responsabilidad Tecnológica
No full textThe following article develops the concept of technological responsibility, which was studied, among other thinkers, by the philosopher Hans Jonas. Warned as we have been, for several decades now, of the dangers to human life and life in general -and to the same planet as a whole- it is surprising not to find efficient and extensive institutional policies to take responsibility for our production and technological consumption; in addition to the little individual awareness of these bioethical problems. This work also includes a series of interviews that were analyzed and commented on by the authors. We hope that this will invite reflection, the development of new ideas, and that technological responsibility will be able to position itself as a major value in today’s societies.El siguiente artículo desarrolla el concepto de responsabilidad tecnológica que estudiara, entre otros pensadores, el filósofo Hans Jonas. Advertidos como estamos, desde hace varias décadas ya, de los peligros hacia a la vida humana, y la vida en general -y hacia el mismo planeta en su totalidad- es que sorprende no encontrar eficientes y extensas políticas institucionales para asumir responsablemente nuestra producción y consumo tecnológico; además de ver la poca conciencia individual ante estos problemas bioéticos. Este trabajo incluye, además, una seriede entrevistas que fueron analizadas y comentadas por los autores. Esperamos que invite a la reflexión, suscite nuevas ideas, y que la responsabilidad tecnológica consiga posicionarse como un valor principal en las sociedades actuales

No full textIn this paper we present the functional connection that exists between the meaning of value of use, of exchange, and of sign with respect to an idea of education conceived only from the cultural logic of consumption and the historical process of mercantilist expansion that characterizes our current society and that favors individualism, practicality, mere competitiveness, and profit. Thus, the idea of mercantilist education seems not only to be considered as an exchange value, object or thing to be sold, associated with what it can be worth in the market, but also with the sign value or what it can mean for individuals with respect to their differentiation sociocultural and economic status, which can also be observed in some curricular plans that do not incorporate the subjects of humanities and social sciences that are key to the integral development of the human being, the formation of critical thinking, values and democracy.En este artículo presentamos la conexión funcional que existe entre el significado de valor de uso, de cambio y de signo respecto de una idea de educación concebida solo desde la lógica cultural de consumo y del proceso histórico de expansión mercantilista que caracteriza a nuestra sociedad actual y que favorece el individualismo, la practicidad, la mera competitividad y el lucro. Así, la idea de educación mercantilista parece no sólo considerarse como valor de cambio, objeto o cosa a vender, asociado a lo que puede valer en el mercado, sino también al valor de signo o a lo que puede significar para los individuos respecto de su diferenciación sociocultural y estatus económico, lo cual se puede observar también en algunos planes curriculares que no incorporan las asignaturas de humanidades y ciencias sociales que son clave para el desarrollo integral del ser humano, la formación del pensamiento crítico, los valores y la democracia
