[[alternative]]A Research on the Theory and Practical Application of Contemporary Holistic Body-Mind-Spirit Wellness--Taking the Founder of “The Great Wisdom Health Preservation Association”as an Example
[[abstract]] 隨著人們對於「身心靈」及「養生」的關注,身心靈養生理論與實務應用方法,也不斷的推陳出新,如何找到對身心靈有實質助益的養生好方法,愈顯重要。 由於研究者在學習由大智慧養生協會潘添盛所研創的大智慧身心靈養生理論與心法、功法,將近30年的過程中,除了個人主觀的正面體驗與感受之外,在貼身觀察、見證許多前來參訪、學習者,在潘添盛以其透視、感應能力進行身心靈的交流、對話之後,再輔以大智慧養生心法、功法的學習及心性修持的功夫,在身心靈三方面都有正面的提升與轉化。因此,想進一步探討大智慧身心靈養生理論與實務應用方法,透過質性研究個案訪談的方法,對潘添盛進行深度訪談,以了解大智慧身心靈的意涵、養生理論與心法、功法之特質,及其對養生的具體成效。 訪談過程中,潘添盛提出以下的見解,在身心靈之意涵上,認為人是由身心靈所組合而成的,人體內有身魂、心魂和靈魂三個靈魂,分別寄託於心臟磁場、腦部磁場和心窩磁場,主宰人體的運作;在養生理論上,則以自然循環法則、自然平衡法則、相對感應定律、能量不滅定律等宇宙四大法則與三魂學說為理論基礎,認為形而上之因果、外靈、風水、命運、意識、情欲、壓力、靈光能量、經脈穴道等因素,才是產生疾病的主因。其研創的大智慧身心靈養生心法、功法則具備理論、心法、功法與心性修持合一;身心靈三修;融合靜禪、動禪與生活禪;提升靈氣、靈光能量;深度開發內在潛能與智慧、消除因果記憶;天地人三位一體等特質。 綜觀潘添盛之大智慧身心靈養生理論與心法、功法,將數千來一直欠缺明確定義的「靈魂」概念和觀點,納入身心靈合一的養生理論之中,實屬創見,而其心法、功法在長期的推廣與實證下,確實也有許多正面的效益,希望透過本文的介紹與探討,對世人身心靈之健康、養生,有更正面、良善的助益。[[abstract]] With the increasing focus on "mind-body-spirit" and "wellness," theories and practical applications for holistic health continue to evolve. Finding a genuinely beneficial approach to mind-body-spirit wellness becomes increasingly crucial. Over nearly 30 years of studying the theories and techniques of mind-body-spirit wellness created by Pan, Tien-Sheng, the founder of The Great Wisdom Wellness Association, the researcher has not only personally experienced positive outcomes but also observed numerous visitors and learners benefiting from Pan, Tien-Sheng's extrasensory perception and engaging in mind-body-spirit communication after learning The Great Wisdom wellness techniques and cultivating mental attributes through practice. Therefore, this research aims to further explore the theories and practical applications of The Great Wisdom's mind-body-spirit wellness. Using a qualitative research approach with in-depth interviews, the researcher interviewed Pan, Tien-Sheng to understand the meaning of The Great Wisdom mind-body-spirit, the characteristics of wellness theories, techniques, and their specific effects on well-being. During the interviews, Pan, Tien-Sheng presented the following insights: 1.In terms of the meaning of mind-body-spirit, he believes that humans are composed of mind, body, and spirit. The body houses three souls—body soul, heart soul, and spirit soul—each residing in the magnetic fields of the heart, brain, and solar plexus, respectively, governing the body's functions. 2.Regarding wellness theory, Pan, Tien-Sheng bases his principles on the four universal laws of nature and the three-soul theory, considering factors such as metaphysical cause and effect, external spirits, Feng Shui, destiny, consciousness, desires, stress, spiritual energy, meridians, and acupoints as the main causes of diseases. 3.The mind-body-spirit wellness techniques he developed integrate theory, mental attributes, techniques, and mental cultivation into one cohesive approach, emphasizing the unity of mind, body, and spirit, combining meditation and active meditation, and enhancing spiritual energy and light. 4.These techniques aim to deeply unlock inner potential and wisdom, eliminate karmic memories, and integrate the trinity of heaven, earth, and humanity. In summary, Pan, Tien-Sheng's mind-body-spirit wellness theory and techniques present a groundbreaking inclusion of the often overlooked and undefined concept of the soul into a unified theory of holistic health. Through long-term promotion and empirical evidence, the positive benefits of his techniques are apparent. [[alternative]]A Study of Experiences of Middle-aged Gay Men in Pursuit of Intimate Relationships
[[abstract]] 本研究旨在探討中年單身男同志中年階段尋求親密關係之經驗,採用質性研究詮釋現象學取向,針對立意取樣招募的四位研究參與者,以半結構式訪談,進行資料蒐集,運用主題式分析法分析。研究結果主要分成兩個部分: 在中年單身男同志親密關係處境的自我認知方面,共歸納出四項主題:一、對於建立親密關係的態度出現轉變;二、透過不同形式之關係歸屬,轉移對伴侶親密關係需求的滿足;三、不再需要面對是否結婚或有無親密關係伴侶過度關切的壓力;四、針對未來的生活模式預先進行規劃安排。 在中年單身男同志親密經驗處境之行動,共歸納出二項主題:一、抱持謹慎、務實的態度來決定是否進入伴侶的親密關係;二、年輕世代親密關係的態度,逐漸鬆動既有傳統親密關係的定義。 最後,根據研究結果與發現,分別對助人工作者與未來研究者提出相關建議,期盼對實務與研究領域有所助益。[[abstract]] This study aimed to explore the experiences of middle-aged single gay men seeking intimate relationships . Adopting a qualitative research based on hermeneutic phenomenological orientation, the study focused on four research participants recruited from the purposive sampling, conducted semi-structured interviews for data collection, and analyzed by using thematic analysis. The results of the study were divided into two parts: With regard to the self-perception of middle-aged single gay men's intimate relationship situation, four themes were summarized: 1) attitudinal change towards establishing intimate relationships; 2) shifting the satisfaction of partner's intimate relationship needs through different forms of relationship affiliation; 3) no longer need to face the pressure of being overly concerned about whether to get married or not to have an intimate partner; and 4) making advance planning for future life style. Two themes emerged from the actions of middle-aged single gay men in the context of intimate experiences: first, a cautious and pragmatic approach to deciding whether or not to enter into an intimate relationship with a partner; and second, the attitudes of younger generations towards intimate relationships, which are gradually loosening the traditional definitions of intimate relationships. Finally, based on the results and findings of this study, we would like to make some suggestions for helping workers and future researchers, in the hope that these suggestions will be helpful to the field of practice and research

[[abstract]] 本研究為參加賽斯心法讀書會學員自我探索身心靈整合的質性研究。研究目的為:(一)瞭解學員參加賽斯心法讀書會前的生命困境經驗。(二)瞭解學員參與賽斯心法讀書會的身心靈整合過程。(三)瞭解學員參與賽斯心法讀書會之後如何將學習落實整合在生活中。 本研究係採行質性研究中的主題分析法進行文本分析。訪談的對象設定參與賽斯心法讀書會的學員持續上課三年以上為主。研究者以深度訪談方式蒐集受訪者資料,統整三位受訪者的文本訪談,得到的研究結論為:(一)有意識地留意頭腦閃過的意念,加以指認與覺察。(二)認識大腦自我意識的遊戲規則,如實面對、承認與接納黑暗面的自己。(三)從分化到和解,舊思維轉新觀念,跟隨內心展開新行動,感受喜悅與美好。 本研究的建議是對內運用心靈的愛、智慧、創造力及喜悅及神通連結,對外自我的覺察、接納、允許和包容與愛自己。過程依每個人的體會不同,帶著自己認識起心動念,發揮內在潛能,擴展每一個可能性及參與此生的價值完成,增加學員對自己的動力模式的覺察能力,足以應付生活上各個面向的解決方法,及提升個人自我的自信心及可能性。[[abstract]] This research is a qualitative research on the self-exploration of the integration of body, mind and soul of the students participating in the Seth Mind Method Reading Club. The purpose of the research is: (1) To understand the life dilemma experience of the students before participating in the Seth Heart Method reading session. (2) Understand the process of physical and spiritual integration of students participating in the Seth Mental Method Reading Club. (3) Understand how the students integrate their learning into their daily lives after participating in the Seth Heart Method Reading Club. This research adopts thematic analysis method in qualitative research for text analysis. The subjects of the interviews are mainly the students who have participated in the Seth Mind-Dharma Reading Club and have been attending classes for more than two years. The researchers collected the interviewees' data through in-depth interviews, integrated the text interviews of the three students, and obtained the research conclusions: (1) Consciously pay attention to the thoughts that flash through the mind, identify and perceive them. (2) Understand the rules of the game of brain self-awareness, face, admit and accept the dark side of yourself truthfully. (3) From division to reconciliation, the old thinking is transformed into a new concept, new actions are carried out following the heart, and feelings of joy and beauty are felt. The suggestion of this study was to use inner love, wisdom, creativity, joy and supernatural connection, and external self-awareness, acceptance, permission, tolerance and love for yourself. The process depends on each person's experience. [[alternative]]A Research on Frustration Experiences and Coping Strategies of Practicum Counselors
[[abstract]] 一位諮商科系研究生欲取得諮商心理師考照資格需要突破重重關卡,而兼職實習乃是研究生進入實務現場的第一道關卡,是個奠定基礎及培養專業能力的重要階段,然國內較少有文獻著墨於兼職實習諮商心理師。本研究目的為探討兼職實習諮商心理師於實習過程中所經歷之挫折感與其因應策略。以質性研究之詮釋現象學為研究基礎,使用半結構式深度訪談蒐集資料,並採用主題分析法進行資料分析與詮釋,來瞭解研究對象們獨特的經驗故事和意義。本研究以立意取樣找到五位研究對象進行半結構式深度訪談,研究者根據文本資料以主題分析法進行分析與歸納,將兼職實習諮商心理師挫折經驗與因應策略分成兩大主題,分別為「兼職實習諮商心理師挫折經驗與感受」及「兼職實習諮商心理師挫折因應策略」,根據以上兩個主題,以夾論夾敘之寫作方式,呈現兼職實習諮商心理師經歷挫折的經驗與感受,並探討其面對挫折的因應策略。最後,根據兼職實習諮商心理師於實習過程中的挫折經驗、感受與因應策略之結果與討論,提出給予兼職實習諮商心理師、諮商科系研究所及未來研究之各項建議,期盼對於諮商科系學生、實務領域及未來研究有所助益。[[abstract]] A graduate student in the counseling department faces numerous hurdles to obtain licensure as a counseling psychologist. Practicum internships are the initial practical barrier, forming a crucial phase for developing professional competencies. However, domestic literature rarely focuses on practicum intern counselors. This study explores the frustrations experienced by practicum intern counselors during their internship and their coping strategies. Using qualitative research and interpretative phenomenological analysis, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted, and thematic analysis was employed to interpret the unique experiences and meanings of the participants. Five participants were selected through purposive sampling for these interviews. The researcher categorized the experiences and coping strategies into two main themes: "Experiences and Perceptions of Frustration among Practicum Intern Counselors" and "Coping Strategies for Frustration among Practicum Intern Counselors." A narrative-descriptive approach was used to present these experiences and coping strategies. Finally, the study offers recommendations for practicum intern counselors, counseling department graduate programs, and future research based on the findings, aiming to benefit counseling students, the field of practice, and future academic studies

[[abstract]] 本研究旨在探討具有賽斯背景的醫師-許添盛,有關他如何把賽斯身心靈全人的觀念應用於臨床經驗,尤其指涉癌症與憂鬱症之治療。 研究方法採用傅偉勳之「創造的詮釋學」,由許添盛發表之書籍內文,進行文本詮釋,並參酌賽斯推廣協會所上傳之許添盛演講影片。透過賽斯的身心靈整體觀,提供對於癌症和憂鬱症有別於主流醫學的治療,歸納出無論面對癌症或是憂鬱症兩大常被判為絕症之治療,得出賽斯心法之使用,茲有三項結論: 首先,賽斯的健康觀與疾病觀的主張,認為健康是一種自然而然的現象,是生命運作裡的本能與固有機制。疾病之產生在於身體善意的提醒,人應相信身體的自癒能力並且去回應提醒。其次,許添盛認為癌症乃係身體長期承受壓力,而致做出的「全力一搏」的提醒;因此治療從全人的觀點,去理解壓力之來源,並自我調整以致找到身心的平衡。最後,對於憂鬱症的成因與治癒方向,亦認為是身心失衡、長期壓力下發出的聲音,除了去理解創傷或是從家庭乃至個人去尋覓源頭之外,也在合理範圍給予憂鬱症患者時間與空間,甚或接受這也是靈魂於今世選擇體驗的一種方式。 本研究成果支持:西方主流醫學又豈能鐵口直斷?經由賽斯心法的身心靈療法,的確有著被判定絕症者,死裡逃生、不藥而癒,與自己重新相遇。癌症與憂鬱症乃為個體對長久以來生活型態之驟響,那麼慢性病之成因與治癒之道又為何?此為本研究回應後續研究方向之展望。[[abstract]] The purpose of this study is to explore how Tim Hsu, a physician with a Seth background, applies Seth's holistic approach to clinical experience, especially in the treatment of cancer and depression. The research method adopts Fu Weixun's "Hermeneutics of Creation", interprets the text of the book published by Xu Tiansheng, and refers to the video of Xu Tiansheng's speech uploaded by Seth Promotion Association. Through Seth's holistic view of body, mind and soul, he provides treatments for cancer and depression that are different from mainstream medicine. He summarizes the treatments for cancer and depression, two major diseases that are often considered terminal illnesses, and derives Seth's approach. Here are three conclusions from its use: First of all, Seth’s view of health and disease advocates that health is a natural phenomenon, an instinct and inherent mechanism in the operation of life. Diseases arise from the body’s well-intentioned reminders. People should trust the body’s self-healing ability and respond to the reminders. Secondly, Xu Tiansheng believes that cancer is a reminder that the body has been under long-term stress to "fight with all its strength" therefore, treatment adopts a holistic perspective to understand the source of stress and self-adjust to find physical and mental balance. Finally, regarding the causes and cure directions of depression, it is also believed that it is the voice produced by physical and mental imbalance and long-term stress. In addition to understanding trauma or finding the source from the family or even the individual, we should also give patients with depression time and time within a reasonable range. Space, or even acceptance, is one way the soul chooses to experience it in this life. The results of this study support: How can mainstream Western medicine be so straightforward? Through Seth's mind-body therapy, some people who were diagnosed with terminal illnesses have indeed escaped death, recovered without medication, and met themselves again. Cancer and depression are a sudden response to an individual's long-term lifestyle. So what are the causes and cures of chronic diseases? This study responds to the outlook for future research directions
[[alternative]]Using Hypnotic Relaxation Techniques to Reduce Depression and Anxiety of Clinical Nursing Staff
[[abstract]]一、研究背景與動機 焦慮和憂鬱為全球人們普遍存在的心理困擾,尤其對身處高壓工作環境的護理人員。因此,本研究目的將探討固定模式催眠引導的放鬆技巧介入,對護理人員焦慮和憂鬱症狀的改善效果。期望為護理人員及其他高壓工作者提供另一選擇,有效應對憂鬱或焦慮的情緒。二、研究方法與過程 本研究於2023年12月通過中正大學人類研究倫理審查委員會審查,研究收案期間為2023年12月至2024年2月。採用準實驗研究設計,研究對象為台灣地區(不含外島)具有職業登記的護理人員,採取立意取樣收案,有效樣本計68名。參與者在收案後填寫問卷進行前測,問卷內容包括:基本資料、流行病學研究中心的憂鬱量表(CES-D)和貝克焦慮量表(BAI)三部分。介入方式為研究者透過線上平台播放由國內催眠老師預先錄製的放鬆音檔(使用Google Meet會議室)。介入後7天,再次以相同的問卷進行後測。研究結果的分析採用SPSS軟體進行成對t檢定。三、研究結果(一)受試者總人數68位,含實驗組46位,對照組22位,年齡分佈為20-60歲, 41-50歲佔51.47%為多數,女性為91.17%,已婚66.17%。(二)實驗組CES-D的前測>16分有22位,後測>16分有11位,減少11位。(三)實驗組BAI前測分數:0-7分(很少焦慮)前測有11位,後測40位;8-15分(輕微焦慮)前側有24位,後測5位,16-25分(中度焦慮)前測有8位,後測0位;26-63分(嚴重焦慮)前測有3位 ,後測1位。 (四)實驗組CES-D前測平均數17.83分,後測平均數12.46分,BAI前測平均數9.2分,後測平均數4.96分,p=0.000(p值16 in the pre-test, re ducing to 11 in the post-test.3.Regarding the BAI scores in the experimental group: before the intervention, 11 par ticipants scored 0-7 (indicating minimal anxiety), which increased to 40 in the post-test; 24 participants scored 8-15 (indicating mild anxiety) in the pre-test, reducing to 5 in the post-test; 8 participants scored 16-25 (indicating moderate anxiety) in the pre-test, reducing to 0 in the post-test; 3 participants scored 26-63 (indicating severe anxiety) in the pre-test, reducing to 1 in the post-test.4.The mean CES-D score in the experimental group decreased from 17.83 in the pre-est to 12.46 in the post-test, and the mean BAI score decreased from 9.2 in the pre-test to 4.96 in the post-test, with p=0.000 (p-value <0.05), indicating significant dif-ferences. There were no significant differences observed in the CES-D and BAI pre-test and post-test comparisons in the control group.Discussion and Recommendations: The results of this study indicate that listening to relaxation audio files guided by hypnosis techniques has a significant improvement effect on anxiety and depression-related emotions or behaviors. [[alternative]]Exploring the Impact of End-of-Life Care Awareness on Funeral Behaviors: A Case Study of the Minxiong Area
[[abstract]] 本研究旨在探討民雄地區居民對於臨終醫療的認知情況對於殯葬行為的影響。隨著醫學技術的進步,人們對生命延續的選擇增加,對於終末期病患的醫療選擇成為重要議題,然而其認知情形如何影響其對於殯葬行為的抉擇,實值得提出本研究提出探討。 本研究通過文獻探討、量化研究調查等方法,分析居民對於臨終醫療處境的反省,以及這些醫療決策認知對殯葬行為的影響。調查對象以嘉義縣民雄鄉28個村作為抽樣母體,得到313份有效樣本,提出三項假設以瞭解研究目的,並以自編的問卷進行資料蒐集,進行統計分析,問卷共分三部分,第一部份為「背景資料」,用來瞭解研究對象的個人特質分布情形;第二部份為一、「病人自主權利的認知」,用來測量個人對臨終醫療瞭解的程度;二、「殯葬行為的認知」,用來測量個人對選擇殯葬行為的態度,先將意見調查問卷進行預試測試,並分析其信、效度;針對上述內容修正編制為正式意見調查問卷。本研究利用SPSS軟體分析問卷,顯示二個構面的總信度Cronbach's α超過0.7以上,表示本研究意見調查問卷之信度頗佳。在效度測試方面,針對相關矩陣進行KMO與Bartlett球形檢定,有關臨終醫療認知的認知問卷1~14題調查變項KMO取樣適切性量數為0.806,Bartlett球形檢定的卡方值是2381.124,自由度(df)是91,p<0.001。有關殯葬行為的認知問卷1~13題調查變項KMO取樣適切性量數為0.883,Bartlett球形檢定的卡方值是2621.275,自由度(df)是78,p<0.001,以上數值都顯示相關矩陣中的係數呈現高度相關,有良好的建構效度。以複迴歸 ( multiple regression)分析臨終相關醫療的認知對殯葬行為,結果發現受訪者對於臨終醫療認知有較高的同意度,在殯葬行為的認知上也有較高的同意度,會比較願意採用環保自然葬、辦理喪事越簡單越好。 研究結果顯示,尊重病人的意願,讓病人在生命的最後階段擁有更多尊嚴,成為社會關注的焦點。研究也探討了台灣傳統的殯葬習俗與現代化需求之間的衝突,並提出了相關政策和實踐建議,以促進對生命尊嚴和死亡尊重的進一步理解。研究建議包括:提升病人自主權教育,促進家庭參與臨終醫療決策,推動殯葬簡化等。通過這些措施,期望能夠改善民眾對於臨終醫療和殯葬簡化的認知和接受度,並為政府制定相關政策提供科學依據。[[abstract]] This study aims to explore the impact of residents' awareness of end-of-life medical care on funeral behaviors in Minxiong area. With the advancement of medical technology, people's choices for life extension have increased, and medical choices for terminally ill patients have become an important issue. However, how their cognitive status affects their decisions about funeral behaviors is worthy of discussion in this study. This study uses literature discussion, quantitative research and surveys to analyze residents' reflections on end-of-life medical situations and the impact of these medical decision-making perceptions on funeral behaviors. The survey subjects used 28 villages in Minxiong Township, Chiayi County as the sampling matrix, and obtained 313 valid samples. Three hypotheses were put forward to understand the purpose of the research, and a self-compiled questionnaire was used to collect data and perform statistical analysis. The questionnaire was divided into three parts. One part is "background information", used to understand the distribution of personal characteristics of the research subjects; the second part is 1. "Patient's awareness of autonomous rights", used to measure the degree of personal understanding of end-of-life care; 2. " "Cognition of Funeral Behavior" is used to measure individuals' attitudes towards choosing funeral behaviors. The opinion questionnaire was first pre-tested and its reliability and validity were analyzed. Based on the above content, it was revised and compiled into a formal opinion questionnaire. This study used SPSS software to analyze the questionnaire, which showed that the total reliability of the two aspects, Cronbach's α, exceeded 0.7, indicating that the reliability of the opinion questionnaire in this study was quite good. In terms of validity testing, KMO and Bartlett's sphericity test were performed on the correlation matrix. The KMO sampling appropriateness of the survey variables 1 to 14 of the cognitive questionnaire on end-of-life medical cognition was 0.806. The chi-square value of Bartlett's sphericity test was 2381.124, degrees of freedom (df) is 91, p<0.001. Multiple regression was used to analyze the perception of end-of-life medical care and funeral behaviors. The results found that the respondents had a high degree of agreement with their knowledge of end-of-life medical care and also had a high degree of agreement with their understanding of funeral and burial behaviors. They prefer environmentally friendly natural burials and the simpler the funeral arrangements, the better. Research results show that respecting the patient's wishes allows patients to have more dignity in the last stage of life, which has become the focus of social attention. The study also explores the conflict between Taiwan's traditional funeral customs and modernization needs, and proposes relevant policy and practice recommendations to promote a further understanding of the dignity of life and respect for death. Research recommendations include: improving patient autonomy education, promoting family participation in end-of-life medical decision-making, and promoting simplification of funerals. Through these measures, it is expected to improve people's understanding and acceptance of simplified end-of-life medical care and funerals, and provide scientific basis for the government to formulate relevant policies

[[abstract]] 全聯福利中心現在已經逐漸地成為人們心中會選擇購買生鮮產品及乾貨的好地方之一,而全聯的經營策略主打平價路線,消費者對於全聯福利中心各個商品的喜愛原因及購買意願是值得我們去探討了解的。 本研究主要以全聯福利中心的消費者為研究對象,採用便利抽樣法,回收了309份有效問卷,探討消費者對全聯的品牌形象、知覺價值、知覺品質與消費者購買意願之關係。資料回收後以描述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、獨立樣本T檢定與單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析研究驗證。 結果顯示,不同的人口統計變項對全聯福利中心之品牌形象、知覺價值、知覺品質與消費者購買意願之關係具有顯著差異。全聯福利中心之品牌形象、知覺價值、知覺品質對消費者購買意願皆有顯著影響。[[abstract]] PX Mart has gradually become one of the best places for people to choose to buy fresh products and dry goods. PX Mart business strategy focuses on the low-price route. Consumers favorite reasons for the various products of PX Mart and their purchase Willingness is worth exploring and understanding. This study mainly focused on the consumers of PX Mart, using convenience sampling method, and collected 309 valid questionnaires to explore the impact of consumers on PX Mart brand image, perceived value, perceived quality and consumer purchase intention. After data recovery, statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, independent sample t test, single-factor variation analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used for analysis and verification. The research results show that different demographic variables have significant differences in their impact on the brand image, perceived value, perceived quality and consumer purchase intention of the PX Mart. [[abstract]] 背景與目的:高齡化是全球的趨勢,睡眠是老年人常見的困擾,睡眠品質好壞反映個人身心健康。慈心冥想在當代正念療癒中普遍地使用,屬於冥想的範疇,是透過祝福自己與他人的冥想,為自己帶來平靜、放鬆與柔軟的身心感受。本研究探討慈心冥想(Loving-Kindness meditation)對心率變異及社區老人睡眠品質之影響。 材料與方法:此實驗採隨機分派及對照組前後測設計,於C級巷弄長照站公開招募65歲(含)以上的高齡者,自覺有睡眠困擾者。受試者需完成連續四週慈心冥想或單純靜坐,每週一次,每次50分鐘,在家每天練習10分鐘。評估工具為心率變異度檢測、結構式問卷、「中文版匹茲堡睡眠品質量表」及「睡前激發狀態量表」。 結果:兩組共50人完成實驗,基本資料分析結果顯示為同質。慈心冥想介入後睡眠品質量表得分兩組後測組間比較亦未達顯著差異。分析每次慈心冥想過程HRV變化,結果顯示實驗組受試者SDNN及TP在第二、三、四週的後測皆有提升,達顯著差異,顯示慈心冥想介入可以短暫增加受試者的心率變異彈性度。 結論:慈心冥想屬於一種特殊的冥想,透過祝福自己與他人的專注練習,本研究顯示慈心冥想介入對於提升自律神經活性有短暫助益,未 來研究可探討長期介入之效益。[[abstract]] Background and Purpose: Aging is a global trend, and sleep is a common problem for the elderly. Sleep quality affects individual physical and mental health. Loving-kindness meditation is widely used in contemporary mindfulness therapy. It is a type of meditation that focuses on sending blessings to oneself and others. It can bring about feelings of peace, relaxation, and softness in the body and mind. This study investigated the effects of loving-kindness meditation on sleep quality and heart rate variability in community-dwelling elderly people. Materials and Methods: The study used a randomized controlled trial (RCT) with a pre-post design. Participants were recruited from C-level community long-term care centers. They were 65 years of age or older and had self-reported sleep problems. Participants were randomly assigned to either a loving-kindness meditation group or a simple sitting meditation group. The meditation groups met once a week for 50 minutes for four consecutive weeks. Participants in the meditation groups also practiced 10 minutes of meditation at home every day. The assessment tools used were heart rate variability (HRV) testing, structured questionnaires, the Chinese version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Presleep Arousal Scale (PASA). Results: A total of 50 people in two groups completed the experiment, and the basic data analysis results showed that they were homogeneous. There was no significant difference in the post-test scores between the two groups on the sleep quality scale after the intervention of loving-kindness meditation. Analyzing the changes in HRV during each loving-kindness meditation process, the results showed that the experimental group subjects’ SDNN and TP improved significantly in the second, third, and fourth weeks of post-test, indicating that the intervention of loving-kindness meditation can temporarily increase the subjects’ HRV. Heart rate variability elasticity. Conclusion: Loving-kindness meditation is a special kind of meditation. Through focused practice of blessing oneself and others, this study shows that loving-kindness meditation intervention can temporarily help improve autonomic nervous activity. [[abstract]] 本研究目的在了解手機遊戲使用者課金行為和沉浸程度之間的關係,以《傳說對決》為例進行探討。通過對11位受訪者的質性訪談,將受訪者依照遊玩時間區分為低、中、高參與度遊玩者,並分析其內在、外在動機對課金行為的影響。結果顯示,低參與度玩家主要以內在動機為主,而高參與度玩家則在購買行為中更重視外在動機,如其他玩家的讚美。此外,本研究還探討遊戲沉浸程度和消費金額之間的關係,發現高參與度玩家由於遊戲時間較長且更願意在遊戲中進行課金。最後本研究提出了調整遊戲時間、改善遊戲體驗等實際建議,以及擴大研究規模和跨文化比較的未來研究方向。 本研究的獨特之處在於對不同參與度玩家做更詳細的分類及內外動機比較,並對沉浸程度、消費金額以及遊戲時間三種關係深入探討。透過這些觀點,本研究提供了對手機遊戲玩家購買行為更深入的理解,同時為未來相關研究和實務提供了有價值的參考。[[abstract]] This study aims to explore the relationship between mobile game players' purchasing behavior and Flow, using "Arena of Valor" as an example. After interviewed eleven participants, this study categorized players into low, medium, and high engagement levels based on their gameplay time. In addition, this study analyzed the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations on purchasing behavior. The result shows that low-engagement players are primarily driven by intrinsic motivations, while high-engagement players are more influenced by extrinsic motivations. For example, getting the thumbs up from other players. The research also explores the relationship between game immersion and consumption, indicating that high-engagement players are more willing to top up. Eventually, this study provides practical recommendations, including adjusting game time and enhancing the gaming experience, and suggests that researcher can expand the study scale and do cross-cultural comparisons in further studies. In research contributions, including classification of players based on engagement levels, the comparison of intrinsic and extrinsic motivations, the exploration of the relationship between immersion and consumption, the in-depth investigation of the relationship between game time and immersion. This study offers a profound understanding of mobile game players' purchasing behavior and immersive experiences, providing valuable insights for future research and practical applications
