Exploration of Wien Displacement Law: A Fundamental Concept in Quantum Physics
This study explores the relationship between the temperature of a black body and the wavelength of the radiation it emits based on the Wien Displacement Law. This experiment collected maximum temperature and wavelength data using PhET simulation software and other supporting devices. The Wien Displacement Law states that the wavelength at which the maximum intensity of blackbody radiation occurs (λmax) is inversely proportional to the absolute temperature of the object (T). To test this law, the temperature of the blackbody was set at various values in the simulation, and the resulting maximum wavelength was recorded. The linear regression method analyzed the data to determine the temperature and maximum wavelength relationship. The analysis results showed a linear relationship with a coefficient of determination R2 = 1, indicating that the model fits the observed data well. The value of Wien's constant (b) calculated from the slope of the regression line is close to the theoretical value of 2.897 × 10-3 m.K, supporting the validity of the Wien Displacement Law. In conclusion, this study confirms that the maximum wavelength of electromagnetic radiation is inversely proportional to the absolute temperature of a blackbody, which agrees with the prediction of the Wien Displacement Law.

Penentuan Cepat Rambat Bunyi di Udara Menggunakan Aplikasi Tone Generator dan Spectroid: Studi Kasus pada Eksperimen Pipa Organa Tertutup
Eksperimen pipa organa tertutup berbantuan aplikasi Tone Generator dan Spectroid dapat digunakan untuk pembuktian nilai cepat rambat bunyi di udara. Pipa organa tertutup dapat dibuat menggunakan alat dan bahan yang sederhana yang terdiri atas toples beserta tutupnya, satu buah paralon dengan ukuran jari-jari 1 cm dengan panjang 25 cm, 30 cm, 35 cm, tiga buah penggaris kain, air, dan smartphone. Pada penelitian ini dapat dipelajari bahwa jika semakin besar frekuensi, maka semakin kecil panjang gelombang. Cepat rambat bunyi teoritis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 340 m/s sehingga diperoleh hasil analisis data eksperimen yakni rata-rata cepat rambat bunyi di udara beserta ralat relatifnya sebesar (327 ± 4) m/s. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa eksperimen ini dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk membuktikan nilai cepat rambat bunyi di udara

Kasus-kasus ransomware terkenal seperti WannaCry, NotPetya, GandCrab, Ryuk, dan REvil/Sodinokibi telah menunjukkan dampak negatif dari serangan tersebut. Dijelaskan pula langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil untuk melindungi diri dari serangan ransomware, seperti melakukan pencadangan data, memperbarui perangkat lunak, menggunakan solusi keamanan yang kuat, dan meningkatkan kesadaran pengguna. Dengan mengambil langkah-langkah pencegahan yang tepat, individu dan organisasi dapat meningkatkan keamanan sistem mereka dan mengurangi risiko terkena serangan ransomware. Pengurai Sampah Plastik Ramah Lingkungan
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki mekanisme penguraian sampah plastik oleh berbagai mikroorganisme, termasuk bakteri, cendawan, dan ulat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme penguraian plastik melibatkan berbagai strategi biokimia dan enzimatik yang berbeda pada setiap mikroorganisme. Bakteri seperti Ideonella sakaiensis 201-F6 memiliki enzim PETase yang mampu mengurai plastik PET menjadi senyawa monomer yang lebih sederhana. Cendawan seperti Trichoderma viride dan Aspergillus nomius juga memiliki enzim ekstraseluler dan kemampuan untuk mengurai berbagai jenis plastik. Sementara itu, ulat Galleria mellonella dan larva Tenebrio molitor menggunakan mekanisme pencernaan yang melibatkan enzim dan kerjasama dengan bakteri dalam sistem pencernaan mereka. Ulat G. mellonella memakan plastik polyethylene (PE) yang mirip dengan struktur karbon lilin lebah yang menjadi sumber makanan alaminya, sementara larva T. molitor memakan plastik polystyrene (PS) dan menghasilkan enzim serta bakteri dalam sistem pencernaannya untuk menguraikan styrofoam menjadi senyawa organik yang lebih sederhana. Mekanisme penguraian sampah plastik oleh mikroorganisme masih dalam tahap penelitian yang terus berkembang, dan masih banyak hal yang perlu dipahami dengan lebih mendalam. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi enzim, jalur metabolic, dan mekanisme detil lainnya yang terlibat dalam penguraian sampah plastik oleh mikroorganisme. Penemuan lebih lanjut tentang mekanisme ini dapat berpotensi menjadi sumber inspirasi untuk pengembangan teknologi bioteknologi yang dapat membantu mengurangi masalah sampah plastik
