面取りを加味した歯車の転造法
Get PDF論文(Article)Generally the end mill of a chamfering machine has been used for chamfering the teeth of a gear. In the previous experiment on a rolling gear, a V-grooved collar was used to prevent the sides of the teeth from swelling. Now in one of these experiment, the teeth were almost made with a rolling die and the V-grooved collar, when a chamfering die was used in place of the collar so as to generate the part of the teeth to be chamfered in this way, generating and chamfering could be done at the same time. In the orther experiment, the tooth face of a gear, which had been cut roughly with a gear shaper, were finished with a rolling die, and chamfered with a chamfering die at the same time. The experimental results showed that the teeth of a gear could be chamfered effcientiy in process of rolling gear

Get PDF論文(Article)It seems that the fundamental study on the atomization of liquids by dint of the ultrasonic sound waves has not yet been made systematically. In this study, we used the convergent ultrasonic vibrator which was immersed as to increase the efficiency of atomization remarkably. The experimental results we obtained are summarized as follos. (1) Size of liquid drops fabricated by means of an ultrasonic usually very uniform, and it becomes as small as a tiny fog particle when the sound frequency becomes high enough. (2) It seems that the effect of ultrasonic atomization is due to the direct disturbing action of the strong sound pressure concentrated towards the swallen portion of liquid surface. And the cavitation effect is also an important factor which affects indirectly the number of bubbles and their size. (3) Any remarkable variation does not appear in the amount of spray at the liquid temperatures ranging from 20 to 40℃

Get PDF論文(Article)Abstract How has the consciousness, which is characteristically observed in human beings, developed in the history of evolution? The author first describds the outline of evolution, from prokaryotic cells to Homo sapience, on the basis of molecular biology. The evolution of a species becomes realized when mutations accidentally occuring in the genes are fixed for generations. Human beings, a strange creature with consciousness, is also produced as the results of fortunate accumuIation of numbers of mutations during three billions years. In the next, the evolution of the animal brains is overviewed from the point of view of comparative physiology. The causal relation between the ability of holding long term memory and the development of consciousness is discussed. Finally, the chdracteristics of the consciousness and its possible origin are discussed, introducing, the opinions of two famous Novel prize winners in the medical and physiological field, F. Crick, the discoverer of DNA model, and J. C. Eccles, the discoverer of inhibitory synapse. Crick asserts the totally material process of the brain activities including consciousness, while Eccles holds a Descartes type dualism. A hypothesis of R. Penrose, a mathematist, based on the quantum mechanics, is also introduced

Get PDF論文(Article)The authors measured the vapour pressure (dissociation pressure) of calcium oxalate monohydrate in the temperature range from 110℃ to 210℃, and calculated the thermodynamical data of the dissociation; CaC_2O_4･H_2O ⇔ CaC_2O_4 + H_2O (1) The measurement was performed by the static method, and it was ascertained that the method would be used sufficiently even at higher temperature above 100℃ by the preliminary experiments. (2) Particular attention being paid to the establishment of the equilibria of this system, the vapour pressure of calcium oxalate monohydrate was measured in the range from 110℃ to 210℃, by preventing the condensation of water vapour. The empirical formula was calculated from the measured values. The obtained formula is log p = 9.9325 - 3,508.3/T, where p is the vapour pressure in mmHg, T is the absolute temperature ^oK. (3) Using the measured values, the standard free energy change ⊿G^o, the heat of dissociation ⊿H^o and the entropy change ⊿S^o of the dissociation at 423^oK were calculated as follows; ⊿G^o_(423) = 2,418.3 (cal/mol) ⊿H^o_(423) = 15,229.8 (cal/mol) ⊿S^o_(423) = 30.27 (cal/mol･deg.
Development of ''Bonten-Maru''humanoid robot

The main contributions of this project are on CORBA based control of humanoid robot,real time optimal gait generation, control of humanoid robot in a long distance using teleoperation system, operation of humanoid robot in emergency environments, and various humanoid robot motions. In order to verify our research results, we developed the ”Bonten-Maru” humanoid robot. Another important objective is to cooperate with different researchers on humanoid robots by:(1)making the control platform open;(2)easy to be extended;(3)easy to integrate programs in developed in different programming languages. We present the main of the ”Bonten-Maru” humanoid robot project published in more than 20 papers in international journals and conference proceedings

Get PDF論文(Article)Tetrabutyltin, tributyltin monochloride and dibutyltin dichloride were simultan-eously obtained by the reaction of butylmagnesium chloride with stannic chloride. The preparation of the Grignard reagent was carried out using aromatic hydrocarbons instead of ether as solvents, with tetrahydrofuran or aluminium isopropoxide or both as catalysts. 1) Tetrahydrofuran exhibted a catalytic effect on the formatin of the Grignr-ard regent, while aluminium isopropoxide was effective only when used together with the former. 2) In this Grignard reaction, the best results were obtained under the reaction conditions of 3 hrs., 135-155 ℃., and ratios of 2.5-3 mols of butylmag-nesium chloride to 1 mol of stannic chloride

The impact of this on society is remarkable. In the meantime, the main foundation of family values has been altered in funeral ceremony, and the activities of funeral conductors have also flourished. On the other hand, the funeral conductors are required to accept training on the special funeral knowledge and education. This article is focused on Japanese funeral education based on the field trip investigation and questionnaire in the two Funeral Colleges which represent Japanese funeral educational institution. Get PDF論文(Article)This paper presents an overview of the trend of financial FDI, which have been conducted by Asian banks. After the Asian currency crises, not only restructuring but also opening-up of banking sector in transition countries such as China and Vietnam have caused the inflow of financial FDI from overseas. These trends may affect a competitive structure in the banking industry; however, little attention has been paid to the financial FDI in Asia. Hence, this paper presents an overall view of the financial FDI in terms of a study for multinational bank. Investigating recent FDI reveals three features of this trend. First, most targets for acquisition are banks in Asia. We witnessed some acquisitions in Indonesia and Thailand, which were caused by the Asian currency crises. Furthermore, the accession of World Trade Organization stimulated Chinese and Vietnamese authorities to open up the banking industry, thereby attracting foreign banks as strategic investors. Second, financial FDI aims to compete for customers such as local firms and people. Technical assistance to strategic partner covers areas of personal loans and credit card businesses. Besides, banks invested from foreign banks have wide range of sales and customer bases. These observations imply that multinational banks in Asia targeted local markets. Third, super regional banks came into existence. This situation was not expected before this study began. Three banks headquartered in Singapore geographically disperse business base. Over 30％ of the earnings come from the Asia-Pacific region. Our next area of focus is to determine the economic consequences of the new trends examined here

Get PDF論文(Article)Recently, within the Japanese manufacturing industry, the number of using contract labor is increasing at factories. The Feature of the contract labor is different at present and at the period of higheconomic growth following World War II. This paper explores the differences between the past and thepresent.The present contract laborers work in the electric machine industry and automobile industry. They are dispatched to a lot of factories. They do core work at production lines. They are non-skilled,temporary and lower wage laborers.On the other hand, the past contract laborers worked in the steel industry and shipbuilding industry. They were dispatched to a few factories. They did supplementary work at production lines.They were skilled, lifetime and higher wage laborers.In a word, working condition for the present contract laborers is inferior to the past. There is the accepted theory that the non-skilled laborers like the present contract laborers will be lost in postindustrial society. So, will the contract laborers be lost in Japan? This paper verifies that theory too. Asa result, it is clarified that the contract laborers are increasing trend, and that the labor administration advances the development of legal systems to increase the contract laborers
