    H形振動子とその応用

    論文(Article)This paper deals with theoretical and experimental results on small H-shape resonator and its applications to a mechanical filter in low frequericies. Two parallel arms of the H-shape vibrator contribute to the resonant system as moment of inertia of rigid bodies, and each arm vibrates only a few minutes of arc around its own nodal axis. On the other hand, the cross bar connecting both arms acts as a stiffness to the resonant system. First, a method of theoretical analysis by equivalent electrical network on the H-shape resonator is described and then equation of resonant frequency is derived. Secondly, some convenient diagrams for designing resonators are shown, and some conditions of design for obtaining the resonator of minimum dimension are discussed. Lastly, some experimental results of the mechanical filters consisting of the H-shape resonators are related. A theoretical equation for deciding the nodal points of H-shape resonator, moreover, is given in appendix

    論文(Article)Chlorothiophenes react with active aromatic compounds in the presence of AlCl3 under mild conditions, yielding the corresponding arylthiophenes. Similarly, chlorinated bi-and terthiophenes are produced as the main products in the AlCl3-catalyzed self-condensation of the chlorothiophenes. The reactions are discussed in terms of an ionic mechanism involving the thiophenium ions produced by the protonation of the chlorothiophenes. Versatility of the products for the syntheses of arylthiophenes, mixed thiophene-arene oligomers, and oligothiophenes is also demonstrated

    論文(Article)Some preliminary studies to form Te TFT having fine characteristics are described Voltage-current characteristics of coplanar diodes made of deposited Te and metal films show that Co, Ni, Au and In make good ohmic contact to Te film and seem to be suitable to the source-drain electrode while Al or Cr makes blocking contact. Investigation on Hall mobility of Te film of a thickness range of 200-2000Å exhibits that the mobility increases with film thickness from about 2 up tO 20 cm^2/v sec. The T^ temperature dependence of Hall mobility exhibits the ion scattering is dominant below 70℃. Increase of Hall mobility by the application of gate field is observed as seen in the case of CdSe film. Te TFT's have been formed on glass substrate depositing Au, Co, or Al source-drain electrode, 170-180Å Te layer, SiO insulator layer of 1000Å thickness and Al gate electrode in order. Mutual conductance of Te TFT is 200-1880μυ for the Au and Co electrodes, but very small Gm and large hysteresis for Ai source-drain electrode

    論文(Article)Clinoptilolite (occured in Itaya, Yamagata pref.) was dried after boiling HCl aqueous solution, and the effects of treatment toward the surface area of clinoptilolite and the gas chromatogram with several organic and inorganic gases were studied. The results were as follows; 1. Surface area did not increase so much by acid treatment. 2. The surface area of 0.5 N HCl treated clinoptilolite dried at 120℃ was the same as that of untreated one dried at 300℃. This property is a merit of clinoptilolite when used as an adsorbent. 3. When acid treated clinoptilolite was used as the column packing of gas chromatograph, each Components of gas mixed O_2, N_2, CH_4 and CO, were seperated clearly at room temperature, satisfactrily sharp. 4. Inserting the experimental data and the chromatographic peaks were to van Deemter's equation. it was found that the rate of diffusion of the above gases into clinoptilolite was increased by acid treatment. 5. The separation of lower hydrocarbons, CH_4, C_2H_6, C_3H_8, iso-C_4H_ and n- C_4H_ was also possible by the use of acid treated clinoptilolite packing. The heat of adsorption of these gases showed that this mechanism of separation was not caused by molecular sieve effect of clinoptilolite

    論文(Article)1. The activity of alumina-zinc oxide catalysts in a hydrogen cyanide synthesis was investigated. The binary catalysts possessed higher activity than pure alumina catalyst. 2. From the above results it was assumed that there occurred such a progressive change during the operation as a reduction of zinc oxide to a metallic state by methane and a subsequent volatilization of the resulting zinc metal due to high temperatures. Consequently the catalyst might become more porous and extend its surface area. Actually, the extension of surface area of the catalysts used in this synthesis was demonstrated by gas adsorption experiments. 3. The contamination of the alumina-zinc oxide catalyst with a small amount of iron caused the decomposition of ammonia in a raw gas mixture and the lowering of activity to a greater extent than in the case of the pure alumina catalyst. This phenomenon may be explained by the assumption that the destructive action of iron activated through the extension of its exposed surface predominates over the proper catalytic action of alumina activated through the same process, leading to inactivation of the binary catalyst
