Проведено аналіз сучасних методів опитування, обґрунтовано вибір платформи Telegram Bot API, спроєктовано сценарії взаємодії, реалізовано основні модулі та виконано тестування. Отримані результати можуть бути використані у закладах вищої освіти для підвищення якості освітнього процесу.The thesis is focused on developing a chatbot for automated feedback collection from students. It includes an analysis of current survey methods, a justification of the Telegram Bot API platform, interaction scenarios design, module implementation, and testing. The results can be applied in higher education institutions to improve educational quality
Міжнародне співробітництво під час розслідування воєнних кримінальних правопорушень
No full textУ статті розглянуто особливості міжнародного співробітництва правоохоронних органів під час розслідування воєнних кримінальних правопорушень. Зазначено, що дослідження міжнародної співпраці у розслідуванні воєнних кримінальних правопорушень є надзвичайно актуальним у сучасних умовах, зокрема в контексті ведення повномасштабної війни на території України. Ефективне розслідування таких кримінально-протиправних посягань вимагає тісної взаємодії між державними органами, міжнародними інституціями та громадянським суспільством. Доведено, що співпраця держав у розслідуванні воєнних кримінальних правопорушень є ключовим елементом забезпечення справедливості та покарання винних осіб. Вона охоплює обмін інформацією, створення спільних слідчих груп, екстрадицію підозрюваних та інші форми взаємодії. Завдяки такій співпраці міжнародне співтовариство може ефективно реагувати на серйозні порушення міжнародного права. Зроблено висновок, що створення спільних слідчих груп дає змогу об’єднати ресурси та експертизу різних країн для ефективного розслідування воєнних кримінальних правопорушень. Наприклад, у березні 2022 року Україна, Литва та Польща утворили спільну слідчу групу для розслідування злочинів агресії та воєнних кримінальних правопорушень, вчинених російською федерацією. Пізніше до цієї групи приєдналися Естонія, Латвія та Словаччина. Ця група стала однією з найбільших у історії діяльності Євроюсту. Визначено, що розслідування воєнних кримінальних правопорушень є складним та ресурсозатратним процесом, який вимагає тісної співпраці між державами. Зарубіжні країни надають Україні різноманітну допомогу в цій сфері, охоплюючи правову експертизу, технічну підтримку та участь у спільних слідчих групах.The article examines the peculiarities of international cooperation of law enforcement agencies in the investigation of war criminal offences. It is noted that the study of international cooperation in the investigation of war criminal offences is extremely relevant in modern conditions, in particular in the context of a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine. Effective investigation of such criminal offences requires close cooperation between state authorities, international institutions and civil society. It is proved that cooperation of states in the investigation of war crimes is a key element of ensuring justice and punishment of perpetrators. It includes the exchange of information, creation of joint investigative teams, extradition of suspects and other forms of cooperation. Through such cooperation, the international community can effectively respond to serious violations of international law. It is concluded that the creation of joint investigative teams allows combining the resources and expertise of different countries for the effective investigation of war crimes. For example, in March 2022, Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland formed a joint investigation team to investigate crimes of aggression and war crimes committed by the Russian Federation. Later, Estonia, Latvia and Slovakia joined the group. This group became one of the largest in the history of Eurojust.
It is determined that the investigation of war crimes is a complex and resource-intensive process that requires close cooperation between states. Foreign countries provide Ukraine with various types of assistance in this area, including legal expertise, technical support and participation in joint investigation teams. The article highlights the main areas of foreign assistance in the investigation of criminal offences: 1. Legal and technical support. International partners, including the European Union, provide Ukraine with legal expertise and technical assistance for the effective investigation of war crimes. This includes staff training, exchange of experience and provision of necessary resources. 2. Financial support. Funding from external assistance, in particular from the United States of America, is essential to provide resources for war crimes investigations. However, the freezing of such funding could have a negative impact on the ability to conduct investigations. 3. Participation in international investigative teams. The creation of joint investigative teams involving representatives of different countries allows for the pooling of resources and expertise for effective investigations. For example, Ukraine, Lithuania and Poland have established a joint investigation team to investigate crimes of aggression and war crimes committed by the Russian Federation. 4. Cooperation with international organisations. Interpol provides Ukraine with access to its tools for investigating war crimes, which facilitates effective information exchange and coordination between law enforcement agencies of different countries

Запропоновано методологію інтеграції візуального контенту MidJourney в структуру веб-сайту, що забезпечує оптимальне розміщення згенерованих зображень з урахуванням принципів адаптивного дизайну та продуктивності. Створено та протестовано два функціональні прототипи веб-сайтів: SmartCopy.AI для генерації текстового контенту та AI-Visions для створення комбінованого текстово-візуального контенту. Проведено комплексну оцінку ефективності розроблених прототипів за технічними показниками продуктивності, якості користувацького досвіду та економічної ефективності. Сформульовано рекомендації щодо оптимізації розроблених веб-рішень.An algorithm for creating a website using GPT-4 has been developed and practically tested, which includes a sequence of stages from formulating a technical task to final content optimization. methodology for integrating MidJourney visual content into the website structure is proposed, ensuring optimal placement of generated images, taking into account the principles of adaptive design and performance. Two functional website prototypes were created and tested: SmartCopy.AI for text content generation and AI-Visions for creating combined text-visual content. A comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the developed prototypes was carried out based on technical performance indicators, user experience quality, and cost-effectiveness. Recommendations were formulated for optimizing the developed web solutions

Адміністративно-правове забезпечення доступності медичної допомоги у період дії воєнного стану
No full textУ статті проаналізовано думки науковців стосовно визначення змісту і складових елементів поняття «адміністративно-правове забезпечення», зроблено висновок, що, незважаючи на досить поширене використання даного поняття у наукових працях, присвячених адміністративно–правовій проблематиці, юридична наука ще не виробила загальноприйнятих підходів до розуміння його змісту.
Доведено, що адміністративно-правове забезпечення доступності медичної допомоги включає широкий спектр адміністративно-правових засобів і процедур, які реалізуються органами публічної адміністрації, іншими суб’єктами медичних правовідносин у межах своїх компетенцій і спрямовані на виконання гарантій реалізації права на охорону здоров'я, медичну допомогу та медичне страхування.
Виокремлено основні проблеми адміністративно-правового забезпечення доступності медичної допомоги у період дії воєнного стану до яких віднесено: брак медичного персоналу; знищення і ревокація медичних закладів; інфраструктурна недоступність медичних закладів для сільського населення; брак обладнання у медичних закладах комунальної і державної форм власності; недостатня кількість аптек і аптечних пунктів за програмою «Доступні ліки»; неефективний розподіл коштів між первинною медичною допомогою і вторинною на користь останньої, що знижує доступ до первинної медичної допомоги широких верств населення; неефективність соціального захисту окремих категорій військовослужбовців та членів їх сімей; недофінансування галузі; висока вартість медичних послуг.
Здійснено аналіз Законів України, постанов Кабінету Міністрів України і наказів Міністерства охорони здоров’я України, які було прийнято протягом 2022-2024 рр. Зроблено висновок, що завдяки ним було розширено можливості пацієнтів звертатись за медичною та реабілітаційною допомогою.
Запропоновано напрями удосконалення адміністративно-правового забезпечення доступності медичної допомоги: збільшення фінансування галузі до рівня не менше 5% ВВП країни; проведення ефективної кадрової політики у сфері охорони здоров’я, подальше реформування національної системи охорони здоров’я в бік формування єдиного медичного простору; запровадження моделі медичного страхування; удосконалення системи соціального захисту.The article analyzes the opinions of scientists regarding the definition of the content and components of the concept of "administrative and legal support", and concludes that, despite the fairly widespread use of this concept in scientific works devoted to administrative and legal issues, legal science has not yet developed generally accepted approaches to understanding its content.
It is proved that the administrative and legal support of the availability of medical care includes a wide range of administrative and legal means and procedures that are implemented by public administration bodies, other subjects of medical legal relations within their competence and aimed at fulfilling the guarantees of the implementation of the right to health care, medical care and medical insurance.
The main problems of the administrative and legal support of the availability of medical care during the period of martial law are identified, which include: lack of medical personnel; destruction and revocation of medical institutions; infrastructural inaccessibility of medical institutions for the rural population; lack of equipment in medical institutions of municipal and state ownership; insufficient number of pharmacies and pharmacy points under the "Affordable Medicines" program; inefficient distribution of funds between primary medical care and secondary in favor of the latter, which reduces access to primary medical care for the general population; ineffective social protection of certain categories of military personnel and their family members; underfunding of the industry; high cost of medical services.
An analysis of the Laws of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, which were adopted during 2022-2024, was carried out. It was concluded that thanks to them, the opportunities for patients to seek medical and rehabilitation care were expanded.
Directions for improving the administrative and legal support for the availability of medical care were proposed: increasing funding for the industry to the level of at least 5% of the country's GDP; implementing an effective personnel policy in the field of health care, further reforming the national health care system towards the formation of a single medical space; introducing a health insurance model; improving the social protection system

No full textУ роботі проаналізовано проблему ставлення теоретично обґрунтовано та емпірично досліджено особливості роботи психолога з посттравматичним стресовим розладом у співробітників організацій і розроблено програму їх відновлення, а саме: поліпшення їх психологічного стану та повернення до нормального робочого режиму.
Теоретично проаналізувано сучасні наукові підходи до вивчення симптоматики посттравматичного стресового розладу, охарактеризувати його види та зазначити психосоціальні особливості співробітників організацій, що мають ознаки посттравматичного стресового розладу; емпірично дослідити особливості роботи психолога з співробітниками організацій, що мають ознаки посттравматичного стресового розладу; розробити програму відновлення співробітників організацій з посттравматичним стресовим розладом.
За результатами проведених наукових розвідок та аналізу отриманих результатів емпіричного дослідження запропоновано програму психологічного відновлення співробітників організацій з посттравматичним стресовим розладом, проведена її апробація, що показала ефективність таких заходів у підтримці метального здоров’я.
Практична значущість визначається тим, що результати дослідження та запропонована програма відновлення можуть бути використані в роботі психологів, зокрема, застосування при психологічній допомозі співробітникам організацій з посттравматичним стресовим розладом, що у свою чергу є актуальним в умовах війни.The paper analyzes the problem of attitude, theoretically substantiates and empirically researches the features of the work of a psychologist with post-traumatic stress disorder in employees of organizations, and develops a program for their recovery, namely: improving their psychological state and returning to a normal working regime.
Theoretically analyzes modern scientific approaches to studying the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, characterizes its types and notes the psychosocial features of employees of organizations with signs of post-traumatic stress disorder; empirically investigates the features of the work of a psychologist with employees of organizations with signs of post-traumatic stress disorder; develops a program for the recovery of employees of organizations with post-traumatic stress disorder.
Based on the results of scientific research and analysis of the results of the empirical study, a program for the psychological recovery of employees of organizations with post-traumatic stress disorder is proposed, its testing is carried out, which has shown the effectiveness of such measures in maintaining mental health.
The practical significance is determined by the fact that the results of the study and the proposed recovery program can be used in the work of psychologists, in particular, in providing psychological assistance to employees of organizations with post-traumatic stress disorder, which in turn is relevant in war conditions

Based on the results of the study, key conclusions were formulated regarding the current state of trade between Ukraine and the EU, the main development trends, their problems and the proposed promising directions for deepening economic cooperation.
The results obtained can be used to develop strategies for the development of Ukraine's foreign economic activity, optimize trade and economic relations in the European Union, improve investment policy, as well as in scientific research and the educational process
