No full textВ роботі досліджено вплив воєнного стану на мотивацію державних службовців, аналізуються сучасні підходи до стимулювання працівників державного апарату в умовах кризи. Робота містить аналіз теоретичних основ мотивації, оцінку існуючих систем заохочення, визначає основні проблеми та пропонує шляхи їх удосконалення. Особливу увагу приділено необхідності підтримки психологічної стійкості службовців, їх соціальної відповідальності та патріотизму. Результати роботи можуть бути використані для розробки нових стратегій мотивації в державному управлінні.The study examines the impact of martial law on the motivation of civil servants, analyzing modern approaches to employee incentives in the public sector during crises. The research includes an analysis of the theoretical foundations of motivation, an evaluation of existing encouragement systems, and identifies key issues with proposals for improvement. Special attention is given to the need for psychological resilience, social responsibility, and patriotism among civil servants. The results of this study can be used to develop new motivation strategies in public administration

No full textНа сучасному етапі розвитку суспільства підвищуються вимоги до системи освіти, якості професійної підготовки, формування необхідних професійних якостей. Ці основи переважно закладаються під час навчання у вузі. Соціальна успішність людини, безсумнівно, пов'язана з її знаннями, навичками, ерудицією і загальної здатністю мислити – це разом називається загальним інтелектом. Однак часто одного високого рівня загального інтелекту недостатньо. Концепція емоційного інтелекту виникла як відповідь на розуміння загального інтелекту, що розвивається, в соціальних контекстах. Стало очевидним, що між загальним інтелектом людини та її соціальною успішністю може бути суттєвий розрив. Отже, емоційний інтелект був визнаний вирішальним фактором, що впливає на ефективність майбутніх професіоналів, оскільки він сприяє гуманістичному підходу до особистісного розвитку та навчання, полегшує самоприйняття та підтримує особистісну зрілість майбутніх професіоналів.
Стаття присвячена теоретичному осмисленню феномену емоційного інтелекту як психологічної категорії. Обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження, пов'язана з недостатньою розробленістю теорії емоційного інтелекту та його прогностичною значимістю для особистісного розвитку та професійного зростання. Зазначено, що у освітньому процесі приділяється недостатньо уваги розвитку емоційного інтелекту. У статті проведено огляд підходів зарубіжних та вітчизняних дослідників до розуміння сутності, структури, компонентного складу досліджуваного феномена. Розглянуто сутність поняття емоційного інтелекту й можливі теоретичні
комбінації емоційного інтелекту та креативності для досягнення успіху. Подано рекомендації до розробки програм психолого-педагогічного супроводу розвитку емоційного інтелекту в системі професійної освіти.At the present stage of development of society, the requirements for the education system, the quality of professional training, the formation of necessary professional qualities are increasing. These foundations are mainly laid during studies at a university. The social success of a person is undoubtedly associated with his knowledge, skills, erudition and general ability to think - this is collectively called general intelligence. However, often a high level of general intelligence alone is not enough. The concept of emotional intelligence arose as a response to the developing understanding of general intelligence in social contexts. It became obvious that there may be a significant gap between a person's general intelligence and his social success. Therefore, emotional intelligence was recognized as a decisive factor influencing the effectiveness of future professionals, since it contributes to a humanistic approach to personal development and learning, facilitates self-acceptance and supports the personal maturity of future professionals. The article is devoted to the theoretical understanding of the phenomenon of emotional intelligence as a psychological category. The relevance of the study is substantiated, which is associated with the insufficient development of the theory of emotional intelligence and its prognostic significance for personal development and professional growth. It is noted that insufficient attention is paid to the development of emotional intelligence in the educational process. The article reviews the approaches of foreign and domestic researchers to understanding the essence, structure, and component composition of the phenomenon under study. The essence of the concept of emotional intelligence and possible theoretical combinations of emotional intelligence and creativity for achieving success are considered. Recommendations are given for the development of programs for psychological and pedagogical support for the development of emotional intelligence in the system of vocational education
