Копінг-стратегії у професійній діяльності адвокатів в умовах підвищеного стресу
No full textУ статті здійснено теоретичне дослідження концептуальних позицій вивчення копінг-стратегій у професійній діяльності адвокатів. Проведено емпіричне дослідження копінг-стратегій адвокатів під час здійснення ними професійної діяльності. Для
визначення домінуючих копінг-стратегій було використано методику вивчення стратегій «копінг-стратегій Р. Лазаруса». За результатами дослідження встановлено, що адвокати зі стажем роботи до 5 років частіше вдаються до стратегій уникнення і пошуку соціальної підтримки, що може бути пов’язано з початком професійного становлення і недостатньою професійною компетентністю, меншою впевненістю у своїх силах і необхідністю отримання сторонньої підтримки. Досвідчені адвокати, а саме, зі стажем роботи понад 5 років частіше використовують активні стратегії подолання стресу, такі як: конфронтація, прийняття відповідальності, планування. Це може свідчити про розвиток більш ефективних механізмів регуляції стресу з набуттям професійного досвіду. Середньогруповий зріз діагностичних показників копінг-стратегій показав відмінності у групах досліджуваних адвокатів за стажем професійної діяльності. Так, високі показники «самоконтролю» та «прийняття відповідальності» домінують серед адвокатів зі стажем роботи до 5 років; показники «пошук соціальної підтримки» і «конфронтативний копінг» є найбільш розповсюдженими серед адвокатів зі стажем роботи від 5 до 10 років; показники «планування рішення проблеми» і «позитивна переоцінка» частіше за інші копінг-стратегії зустрічаються серед адвокатів зі стажем роботи понад 10 років. На основі проведеного дослідження зроблено висновок, що характер подолання професійного стресу та вибір копінг-стратегій певною мірою
залежать від стажу професійної діяльності адвоката. Емпіричні дані свідчать про те, що копінг-стратегії адвокатів є динамічними системами, які розвиваються впродовж професійної кар’єри.The article presents a theoretical study of the conceptual positions of the study of coping strategies in the professional activity of lawyers. An empirical study of the coping strategies of lawyers during their professional activity was conducted. To determine the dominant coping strategies, the methodology of studying the strategies of «R. Lazarus’s coping strategies» was used. According
to the results of the study, it was found that lawyers with work experience of up to 5 years more often resort to strategies of avoidance and seeking social support, which may be associated with the beginning of professional formation and insufficient professional competence, less selfconfidence and the need to receive external support. Experienced lawyers, namely, with work experience of over 5 years, more often use active strategies for overcoming stress, such as: confrontation, acceptance of responsibility, planning. This may indicate the development of more effective stress regulation mechanisms with the acquisition of professional experience. The average group cross-section of diagnostic indicators of coping strategies showed differences in the groups of studied lawyers by professional experience. Thus, high indicators of «self-control» and «acceptance of responsibility» dominate among lawyers with up to 5 years of experience; indicators of «seeking social support» and «confrontational coping» are most common among lawyers with 5 to 10 years of experience; indicators of «planning a solution to the problem» and «positive reappraisal» are more common than other coping strategies among lawyers with more than 10 years of experience. Based on the conducted study, it was concluded that the nature of overcoming professional stress and the choice of coping strategies depend to some extent on the lawyer’s professional experience. Використання інформаційних технологій при вивченні шкільного курсу математики
No full textСучасна освіта неможлива без активного використання інформаційних технологій (ІТ), які суттєво змінюють підхід до навчання. Особливо це актуально для вивчення математики, яка потребує не тільки засвоєння теоретичних знань, а й розвитку логічного мислення, практичних навичок і вміння вирішувати задачі. Використання ІТ у навчанні математики робить процес навчання більш ефективним, захопливим та індивідуалізованим.
У статті досліджено теоретичні аспекти впровадження інформаційних технологій (ІТ) у навчальний процес шкільного курсу математики. Проаналізовано можливості ІТ для активізації пізнавальної та творчої діяльності учнів, а також виявлено позитивні результати їх застосування у педагогічній практиці.
Окреслено оптимальні умови для ефективного використання таких технологій на уроках математики та описано методичні підходи до їх інтеграції, з прикладами застосування. Також визначено перспективи подальших досліджень, серед яких впровадження штучного інтелекту, віртуальної реальності та автоматизованого аналізу навчальних результатів.
Вивчено різноманітні програмні засоби, які сприяють візуалізації й інтерактивності під час навчання курсу математики.
Здійснено аналіз методів використання онлайн платформ для підвищення зацікавленості та мотивації учнів до навчання математики.
Досліджено впровадження нових сучасні педагогічні підходи, зокрема диференційоване та інтерактивне навчання із залученням інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ), спрямовані на врахування індивідуальних осіб.
У сучасному освітньому середовищі швидкий розвиток інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та їх активне використання при вивченні різних дисциплін. Освітня система в Україні постійно вдосконалюється. Важливу роль у цій успішній здатності педагогів ефективно використовувати ІКТ у навчанні та удосконалювати професійні навички у своїй роботі з віртуальними середовищами. Правильне застосування сучасних ІКТ у навчальному процесі додатково підвищить мотивацію учнів та робить навчання більш інтенсивнішим. Отже, дослідження є актуальним, вимагає оптимізації навчання математики за допомогою ІКТ, що робить процес навчання більш ефективним, доступним та цікавим.Modern education is impossible without the active use of information technologies (IT), which significantly change the approach to learning. This is especially relevant for the study of mathematics, which requires not only the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, but also the development of logical thinking, practical skills and the ability to solve problems. The use of IT in teaching mathematics makes the learning process more effective, exciting and individualized.
The article examines the theoretical aspects of the introduction of information technologies (IT) into the educational process of the school mathematics course. The possibilities of IT for activating the cognitive and creative activity of students are analyzed, and the positive results of their application in pedagogical practice are identified.
The optimal conditions for the effective use of such technologies in mathematics lessons are outlined and methodological approaches to their integration are described, with examples of application. Prospects for further research are also identified, including the introduction of artificial intelligence, virtual reality and automated analysis of learning results.
Various software tools that promote visualization and interactivity during the teaching of the mathematics course are studied.

No full textУ роботі проаналізовано проблему визначення поняття «конфлікту» та «соціального конфлікту» в психологічній літературі, здійснено теоретичний аналіз основних підходів до виникнення та протікання конфліктів, розглянуто стадії конфлікту та їх вплив на формування професійної діяльності особистості.
Проведено емпіричне дослідження, згідно «Методики визначення стилю поведінки в конфліктній ситуації» (К. Томаса) . Визначено при порівнянні досліджених даних, що значна частина конфліктів зумовлена надмірною залученістю до трудової діяльності та кількості проведеного часу на роботі.
Запропоновано впровадження тренінгової програми та надані рекомендації для покрашення вирішення сімейних конфліктів з метою зменшення впливу на професійну діяльність.The paper analyzes the problem of defining the concepts of "conflict" and "social conflict" in psychological literature, carries out a theoretical analysis of the main approaches to the emergence and course of conflicts, considers the stages of conflict and their impact on the formation of a person's professional activity.
An empirical study was conducted according to the "Methodology for Determining Behavioral Style in a Conflict Situation" (K. Thomas). It was determined when comparing the researched data that a significant part of conflicts is due to excessive involvement in work and the amount of time spent at work.

За результатами дослідження сформульовані конкретні рекомендації для подолання агресії в бізнес-середовищі. Розроблено авторський тренінг «Контроль агресії – запорука успішного бізнесу», спрямований на розвиток навичок самоконтролю, емоційної стабільності та конструктивного вирішення конфліктів.The work revealed the essence of the theoretical and methodological justification and empirical study of the features of aggression in employees of construction companies, the formation of aggression management skills in employees.
Based on the results of the study, specific recommendations were formulated for overcoming aggression in the business environment. An author's training "Aggression Control - the Key to Successful Business" was developed, aimed at developing self-control skills, emotional stability and constructive conflict resolution
