No full textУ роботі здійснено аналіз концептуальних підходів до розуміння проблеми травматичного досвіду особистості, детермінант його виникнення та механізмів функціонування. Емпірично вивчено та представлено аналіз особливостей травматичного досвіду осіб, що перебували в окупації під час російсько-української війни. Отримані результати включають сформульовані практичні рекомендації щодо формування життєстійкого способу життя як засобу протидії травматичному досвіду.The work has carried out an analysis of conceptual approaches to understanding the problem of traumatic awareness of specialness, the determinants of its culpability and the mechanisms of functioning. An empirical study is carried out and an analysis of the characteristics of the traumatic events of the people who were occupied during the Russian-Ukrainian war is presented. The results include the formulation of practical recommendations for the development of a sustainable way of living as a way to counteract traumatic experiences

Роль емоційного інтелекту у формуванні міжособистісних стосунків у підлітковому віці
No full textУ роботі досліджено роль емоційного інтелекту у формуванні міжособистісних стосунків у підлітковому віці. Проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до вивчення феноменів емоційного інтелекту та міжособистісних стосунків у цей період. Під час дослідження використано онлайн-вибірку з 30 підлітків віком від 13 до 17 років та застосовано методики визначення рівня емоційного інтелекту за Н. Холлом і діагностики міжособистісних стосунків за Т. Лірі. Встановлено, що емоційний інтелект є ключовим чинником, який визначає ефективність міжособистісних стосунків у підлітків, впливаючи на їхню соціальну адаптацію та комунікативну компетентність. Виявлено, що учасники переважно демонструють середній рівень розвитку емоційного інтелекту, а також існують гендерні відмінності у вираженості окремих його компонентів та домінуючих типах міжособистісних стосунків. Проведений аналіз (кореляційний за Спірменом) взаємозвʼязків між показниками емоційного інтелекту та типами міжособистісних стосунків виявив специфічні для статі тенденції. У результаті дослідження підтверджено наявність значущих взаємозвʼязків між рівнем емоційного інтелекту та моделями соціальної поведінки, а також потребу в організації додаткової корекційної роботи з підлітками, спрямованої на розвиток емоційної самосвідомості, саморегуляції та здатності до конструктивної взаємодії. Розроблено комплекс практичних рекомендацій: 15 рекомендацій для підлітків щодо саморозвитку емоційного інтелекту та 10 рекомендацій для батьків, педагогів і психологів, спрямованих на створення сприятливого середовища для емоційного розвитку підлітків та покращення їхньої міжособистісної взаємодії.The paper explores the role of emotional intelligence in the formation of interpersonal relationships during adolescence. Theoretical approaches to studying the phenomena of emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationships during this period are analyzed. The research utilized an online sample of 30 adolescents aged 13 to 17 and applied the methods for determining the level of emotional intelligence according to N. Hall and diagnosing interpersonal relationships according to T. Leary. It was found that emotional intelligence is a key factor determining the quality of interpersonal relationships among adolescents, influencing their social adaptation and communicative competence. It was revealed that the participants mostly demonstrate an average level of emotional intelligence development, and there are gender differences in the expression of its individual components and dominant types of interpersonal relationships: among boys, a higher level of emotional intelligence is more closely associated with manifestations of friendly and altruistic relationship types, while among girls – with a decrease in aggressive tendencies and a possible inclination toward submissiveness. The conducted analysis (Spearman's correlation) of the interconnections between emotional intelligence indicators and types of interpersonal relationships revealed gender-specific tendencies. The study confirmed the presence of significant correlations between the level of emotional intelligence and patterns of social behavior, as well as the need to organize additional corrective work with adolescents aimed at developing emotional self-awareness, self-regulation, and the ability for constructive interaction. A set of practical recommendations was developed and implemented: 15 recommendations for adolescents on the self-development of emotional intelligence and 10 recommendations for parents, educators, and psychologists aimed at creating a favorable environment for the emotional development of adolescents and improving their interpersonal interaction
