Проаналізовано теоретичні основи організації і планування бізнес-процесів випуску нової продукції; досліджено поняття та значення бізнес-процесів у виробничій діяльності підприємства; проаналізовано методичні підходи до організації бізнес-процесів на підприємствах; проаналізовано ефективність організаційних та планових рішень, що застосовуються на підприємстві під час випуску нової продукції; розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення організації і планування бізнес-процесів випуску нової продукції; запропоновано шляхи оптимізації бізнес-процесів випуску нової продукції на основі передового досвіду;. Запропоновані рішення сприятимуть підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємства та ефективності його діяльності.The thesis developed recommendations for improving the organization and planning of business processes for the release of new products using the example of the activities of Forest Technology LLC.
The theoretical foundations of the organization and planning of business processes for the release of new products were analyzed; the concept and meaning of business processes in the production activities of the enterprise were studied; methodological approaches to the organization of business processes at enterprises were analyzed; the effectiveness of organizational and planning solutions used at the enterprise during the release of new products was analyzed; proposals were developed for improving the organization and planning of business processes for the release of new products; ways of optimizing business processes for the release of new products based on best practices were proposed;. The proposed solutions will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise and the efficiency of its activities

Вирішення поставлених завдань дозволило визначити поняття, ознаки, структуру й особливості правового статусу великих платників податків та сформулювати пропозиції щодо шляхів його удосконалення. При цьому зроблено акцент на ролі великих платників податків у забезпеченні фінансової стабільності держави та пошуку нових джерел наповнення дохідної частини бюджету.The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the theoretical, methodological and normative principles of legal regulation of the status of large taxpayers, regulatory legal acts and scientific sources that outline the above-mentioned issues. Based on the results of solving the tasks set, conclusions and proposals were formulated to determine the concept, features, structure and features of the legal status of large taxpayers and ways to improve it. The work focuses on the importance of large taxpayers in ensuring the financial stability of the state and finding new sources of filling the revenue part of the budget

No full textУ дисертації здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування та запропоновано розв’язання наукового завдання, що полягає у вдосконаленні механізму забезпечення економічної безпеки держави на основі системи непрямого оподаткування. У межах дослідження концептуальних основ податкового забезпечення економічної безпеки держави показано, що процес розбудови країни, утворення нації є неможливим без належного рівня забезпечення економічної безпеки держави. Запорукою незалежності та життєдіяльності держави є її економічна безпека, що створює необхідний ґрунт для розвитку країни, суспільства та утвердження державності.The dissertation provides theoretical justification and proposes a solution to the scientific problem, which consists in improving the mechanism for ensuring the economic security of the state based on the indirect taxation system. Within the framework of the study of the conceptual foundations of tax provision of the economic security of the state, it is shown that the process of country development, the formation of a nation is impossible without an adequate level of provision of the economic security of the state. The key to the independence and vital activity of the state is its economic security, which creates the necessary ground for the development of the country, society and the establishment of statehood
