Отримані результати можуть слугувати базою для подальших досліджень у цій галузі, а також бути використаними для вдосконалення стратегій управління активами та регуляторної бази.The paper analyzes the current state of the investment fund market in Ukraine and its prospects, which allowed to form a holistic picture of the development of this sector. Particular attention is paid to assessing the impact of modern financial technologies, automation of asset management processes, blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency funds on the activities of investment funds. The results obtained can serve as a basis for further research in this area, as well as be used to improve asset management strategies and the regulatory framework
Роль правоохоронних органів у виявленні та документуванні воєнних злочинів: національний і міжнародний контекст
No full textУ статті досліджується проблематика діяльності правоохоронних органів щодо виявлення та документування воєнних злочинів у контексті національних і міжнародних правових механізмів. Проаналізовано нормативно-правову базу, що регулює діяльність правоохоронних органів у цій сфері, та окреслено особливості взаємодії національних правоохоронних структур із міжнародними організаціями. Визначено специфіку документування воєнних злочинів в умовах збройного конфлікту та викладено ключові стандарти документування, що забезпечують подальшу перспективу використання доказів у міжнародних судових інстанціях. Виокремлено проблемні аспекти національної системи документування воєнних злочинів та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення через удосконалення нормативно-правової бази й посилення інституційної спроможності правоохоронних органів. Дослідження охоплює аналіз процесуальних особливостей збору доказів в умовах обмеженого доступу до окупованих територій та розкриває методологічні підходи до класифікації воєнних злочинів відповідно до міжнародного гуманітарного права. Особливу увагу приділено висвітленню ролі цифрових технологій та інноваційних методів документування, які дозволяють зберігати цілісність та автентичність доказової бази. Розглянуто питання захисту свідків та потерпілих під час розслідування, а також проблематика забезпечення психологічної підтримки жертв воєнних злочинів у процесі документування. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід притягнення до відповідальності за воєнні злочини та визначено перспективні напрями його імплементації в національну правову систему. Стаття містить рекомендації щодо вдосконалення механізмів міжвідомчої координації правоохоронних органів та розвитку спеціалізованих підрозділів, покликаних забезпечити ефективне документування та розслідування воєнних злочинів з дотриманням міжнародних стандартів правосуддя.The article explores the issues related to the activities of law enforcement agencies in detecting and documenting war crimes within the framework of national and international legal mechanisms. The regulatory and legal framework governing the operations of law enforcement bodies in this sphere is analyzed, and the specific features of cooperation between national law enforcement structures and international organizations are outlined. The specificity of documenting war crimes in conditions of armed conflict is defined, and the key documentation standards ensuring the future admissibility of evidence in international judicial institutions are presented. The problematic aspects of the national system for documenting war crimes are highlighted, and possible solutions are proposed through the improvement of the legal framework and the strengthening of the institutional capacity of law enforcement agencies. The study covers an analysis of the procedural peculiarities of evidence collection in conditions of limited access to occupied territories and reveals methodological approaches to the classification of war crimes in accordance with international humanitarian law. Special attention is given to the role of digital technologies and innovative documentation methods that allow for the preservation of the integrity and authenticity of evidentiary materials. The article examines the issues of witness and victim protection during investigations, as well as the challenges related to providing psychological support to victims of war crimes throughout the documentation process. International practices of accountability for war crimes are analyzed, and promising directions for their implementation in the national legal system are identified. The article includes recommendations for improving mechanisms of interagency coordination among law enforcement bodies and for the development of specialized units aimed at ensuring the effective documentation and investigation of war crimes in accordance with international justice standards

У його межах автори систематизували анімаційні програми як складову маркетингової стратегії готелю та визначили їхній вплив на її формування. На основі цього розроблено алгоритм реалізації унікальної маркетингової стратегії готелю із застосуванням анімації, у якому кожний етап не лише виконує свою функцію, а й тісно взаємопов’язаний із наступними кроками.Today, animation in the hospitality industry is not just entertainment, but an effective tool for creating emotional impressions that create a unique atmosphere for guests. It allows hospitality establishments to form a certain brand loyalty, which makes animation programmes a tool for creating a unique hotel marketing strategy. The study is aimed at highlighting the role of animation programmes in hotel enterprises in creating a unique hotel marketing strategy. The study uses such methods as systematisation (to reveal animation programmes as an element of a unique hotel marketing strategy), method, project method (to create algorithms for implementing a hotel marketing strategy using animation), as well as induction and deduction methods. In the course of the study, the author systematised animation programmes as an element of a hotel's unique marketing strategy, where the influence of the features of animation programmes (variety of programmes, individual approach, involvement of local culture, constant interaction with the guest, advertising potential) on the formation of hotel marketing strategies was established. On this basis, an algorithm for implementing a unique hotel marketing strategy using animation has been developed. This algorithm is based on the following sequential stages: analytical and diagnostic, conceptual and strategic, project and organisational, personnel and coordination, communication and marketing, testing, evaluation and correction, adaptive, brand building, and expansion stages. The content of each stage is defined and its characteristic features are identified. The conclusions confirmed that the introduction of animation programmes is an effective tool for building a unique marketing strategy that enhances emotional interaction with guests, contributes to the creation of memorable impressions and builds brand loyalty, which in turn increases the level of satisfaction and repeat visits. Further research may be aimed at determining the level of effectiveness of the implementation of animation programmes in hotel enterprises

В ній розглядаються основні переваги впровадження єдиних стандартів, такі як підвищення якості обслуговування, спрощення процедур для громадян та бізнесу, а також зниження рівня корупції. Автор аналізує досвід різних країн у цій сфері та пропонує рекомендації щодо вдосконалення системи надання адміністративних послуг в Україні. У статті також розглядається теоретичне обгрунтування та практичні аспекти стандартизації процедур надання адміністративних послуг. Здійснено аналіз чинного законодавства, міжнародного досвіду та результатів емпіричних досліджень. Спрощення процедур, скорочення термінів розгляду звернень та підвищення прозорості — все це сприяє зростанню довіри громадян до державних органів. Одним з ефективних інструментів для досягнення цих цілей є стандартизація процедур надання адміністративних послуг.This article focuses on the pressing issue of standardizing administrative service deliveryprocedures. It explores the primary benefits of implementing unified standards, such as servicequality enhancement, simplification of procedures for citizens and businesses, as well as corruptionlevel reduction. The author analyses the experiences of various countries in this field and offersrecommendations for improving Ukraine's administrative service delivery system.The quality of administrative services is a key indicator of the effectiveness of public governance.Streamlining procedures, reducing processing times, and increasing transparency all contribute togrowing public trust in government agencies. One of the most effective tools for achieving thesegoals is the standardization of administrative service delivery procedures.The article provides a theoretical foundation and practical aspects of standardizing administrativeservice delivery procedures. It analyzes current legislation, international experience, and the resultsof empirical research. Based on the obtained data, conclusions are drawn on the need to enhancethe standardization system in Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to both the role of informationtechnology in the standardization process and the possibilities of its application to improve theefficiency of administrative service delivery.The primary objective of this article is to analyse the role of standardizing procedures in ensuringhigh-quality provision of administrative services, identify key challenges and issues, and assess theimpact of standardization procedures on citizen satisfaction with the quality of administrativeservices. The article explores the organizational aspects of standardizing administrative servicedelivery procedures.
To successfully implement standardization, the author proposes the following: maximizing thedecentralization of administrative service delivery; identifying bottlenecks, i.e., understanding at whichstages the most significant problems and delays occur; using unified standards for providing administrativeservices; and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of standards

Досліджено теоретико-методологічні основи системи надання адміністративних послуг; досліджено світовий досвід реформування адміністративних послуг; проаналізовано діяльність центрів надання адміністративних послуг (в тому числі на прикладі Оржицької селищної ради); визначено вплив цифровізації на систему адміністративних послуг в Україні (на прикладі порталу «Дія») та виявлено проблеми та запропонувати пропозиції реформування системи надання адміністративних послуг.The work consists of studying the current state of the system of providing administrative services, identifying key problems and shortcomings in its functioning, as well as developing recommendations and proposals for improving the mechanisms of their provision in the context of public administration reform. The paper explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of administrative services provision; explores the world experience of reforming administrative services; analyzes the activities of administrative service centers (including the example of the Orzhytsk Village Council); determines the impact of digitalization on the system of administrative services in Ukraine (using the example of the "Diya" portal), identifies problems and offers proposals for reforming the system of administrative services provision

Ключовими рекомендаціями є: прискорене відновлення та модернізація транспортної інфраструктури, посилення координації між усіма учасниками логістичних ланцюжків, підвищення стійкості транспортної системи до зовнішніх загроз, розвиток цифрових технологій у транспорті та логістиці, активне залучення міжнародної допомоги та створення сприятливих умов для інвестицій у транспортну галузь.The qualification work analyzed the international transport and logistics problems of Ukraine under martial law and developed practical recommendations for optimizing logistics processes and supporting foreign economic activity.
The key recommendations are: accelerated restoration and modernization of transport infrastructure, strengthening coordination between all participants in logistics chains, increasing the resilience of the transport system to external threats, developing digital technologies in transport and logistics, actively attracting international assistance, and creating favorable conditions for investment in the transport sector
