Pages of Legal and Moral Ethnography in the Work of the Bukovina Polymath Founder Simeon Floria Marian, a Romanian Souls’ Columnist on the Threshold of the Great Unification: His Outstanding Contribution to the Ideal Millennium Fulfillment
In this manner, synthesis and analysis thesis from the fragile explored field of legal ethnology, thesis “anchored in symbolic ports”, such as The Royal House of Romania (King as synecdoche of Justice), such as the royal city Iaşi (Romanian normative and judicial traditions), or the municipalities Alba Iulia (‘the bow and arow’ in a ‘centennial’ socio-legal ‘iconography’), Chişinău, Galaţi and Târgu Mureş. Missing from this painting is the supreme symbol of historical Bucovina, Suceava, the Citadel of Moldova, which, through it’s polyhistor, Simeon Florea Marian (in his capacity recognized as “the first esthetician of the fairy tale, of this species of popular epic”) contributed decisively to the resurgence of the moldavian and romanian legal-moral spirit. Today, in this voivodal framework of Suceava, I live the feeling of the closed circle, with meanings that go beyond the frontiers of simple thematic conferences. Sapiential and customary literature, popular, folkloric, oral, on Simeon Florea Marian, this venerable polyhistor of romanian culture has crystallized-forever in written and hermeneutic form marked by scientific precision, they are a fertile ground and worthy of being exploited noetically and for today’s young jurists, more dedicated to jusnaturalism, perennial legal values, principles and morality, than the positive generation of ultra-formalists, legal, bordered by uncomfortable expressions of norms endowed only with text, not meaning, in the most rigid and kelsenian way with possibility. Without being an exhaustive demonstration, but only an invitation, among others, to discover the sapiential-legal values and the jusnaturalist – moralizing, spiritual one, of the romanian popular creations, in the wider, european concert, the same thesis with apoftegmatic ‘dams’, sapientogene, the present paper could only play the role of palladium, as a catalyst for possible intellectual burns in the legal field

The Genesis of Ethnic Relations between the Peoples of the European Union on the Example of the Italian Society’s Transformation in the Middle Ages
The issues of historical parallelism of events are relevant at all times because researchers are trying to find cyclically repeated processes in history that help to analyze the course of these processes at the present stage of society’s development, extrapolating the past to the present. The problems of the relationship of nations in the European Union, which are carefully veiled by the EU leadership, have historically ancient origins in the struggle for territories, resources, logistical benefits and political alliances. The genesis of these contradictions is clearly shown in the example of Italy as the heiress of the Roman Empire. The study aimed to identify the complex influence of ethnic migration processes that affected the Apennine Peninsula in the period from the 4th to the 12th centuries, which led to a deep social, economic and political transformation of Italian society and the creation of a basis for relations with neighbouring peoples. The origins of ethnic and cultural contradictions laid down in the period from the 4th to the 12th centuries formed in the local first nations a fairly stable wariness and relative negativism towards neighbouring ethnic groups that became descendants of migrants from the Early and Upper Middle Ages from the East and North. To solve these problems, historical, social and economic, comparative and logical research methods were used, which helped draw the necessary conclusions and conclusions. The materials of the article are intended for scientists, students and researchers in the field of the ethnology of Europe and the Apennine Peninsula

Cultural Heritage Protection in the Globalization Context
The article actualizes the problem of national identity through the preservation of the basis of the cultural heritage of peoples and ethnic groups in the era of globalization and the emergence of a large number of “melting pots” that erase the edges of the uniqueness of individual peoples of the world. The author argues that for any emerging nation, the cultural heritage, even if artificial, determines to a large extent the “core culture” and is one of the basic foundations of national identity. Consequently, an important role is played by the adaptation of immigrants, who bring and lobby their culture and traditions in new territories for themselves. It forces some countries seeking to preserve their history and cultural heritage to actively hinder the immigration process, even sacrificing the development of their ethnic group, which does not tend to reduce the birth rate. However, on other way, multiculturalism only contributes to the rooting of specific customs and traditions among immigrant diasporas, which finally turn into separate communities leading to a close existence. The author concludes that in conditions, when one’s cultural heritage is withering and the core culture is disintegrating, new cultural values belonging to new minorities begin to arise
Leibniz on the Psyche and Consciousness: The Phenomenon of the Unconscious
René Descartes put consciousness at the head of the psyche, made it the central theme of philosophy. Its tradition is continued by Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, who divided the concepts of psyche and consciousness. Along with the concept of the soul, the term psyche appears. Now, not two terms have appeared: soul and consciousness, but three: soul, consciousness, psyche. The article examines Leibniz’s doctrine of monads, the nature of which resembles Aristotle’s description of the entelechy, which allows Leibniz to get away from the dualism of Descartes’ substances, to show their metaphysical connection through the hierarchy of ascent from simple monads to complex ones due to the ability to reflect one monad into another through the all-pervading unity of God. The author makes a complex conclusion about the contribution of Wilhelm Leibniz to the psychology of consciousness

Research done within the creative field furthers creativity and allows for new forms of expression. However, despite the singular purpose of creation itself, there remains responsibility. It is crucial that artists also can find ways of avoiding making more hazardous waste for the environment. This particular research is so timely when the whole world is in search of new methods of saving resources. article describes the various methods used for creating ceramic transfers. These two main components of human psychology change places in the course of urbanization. It becomes obvious that the process of urbanization is not unlimited
Model of a Document Protection Algorithm for a Person Based on Biometric Parameters
At the moment, various types of paper documents, which carry various social and legal values relative to the citizen presenting them (passport, driver’s license, etc.), are used to identify a person. In the field of electronic document management, electronic digital signatures have been created and implemented to transmit the generated document packages using network technologies. This paper discusses the principle of an algorithm for protecting an identifying document using biometric data without using third-party servers for both storing and processing information. The entire operation of the system is focused on the transition from paper documents to the electronic (cloud) version without loss of uniqueness and security with the possibility of multi-copying and use outside the work of data transmission networks
