The Educational Space of the University of Traditional Applied Arts in the Contours of the Information Society: Qualitative and Quantitative Indicators of Educational Activity
No full textThe research of the university educational space has great importance for the development of the educative environment. Universities of traditional applied arts need to determine the qualitative and quantitative indicators of educative activities, which contribute to a more detailed analysis of the educative system of future specialists in culture and art. The article analyses the interpretations of the concept of “education”. During the study, points of match and mismatch of the opinions of domestic and foreign researchers in the interpretation of the concept were found. The criteria and methodology for monitoring and evaluating educational results – qualitative and quantitative indicators of educational activity – are presented. The materials of the article are intended for specialists in the space of educational work in higher and secondary special institutions
Understanding the Integration of Needle and Bobbin Lace in Works of Applied Art
No full text Unique and inimitable man-made creations created by Russian and European lace makers of the past centuries have made a significant contribution to the development of decorative applied art, thereby enriching the world’s cultural and historical heritage. The collections of museums contain monuments of material culture, among which a special place is occupied by samples of lace, which harmoniously combine the ancient techniques of embroidery and weaving on bobbins. The research is devoted to the revival of ancient technologies with the combination of needle and bobbin lace in works of applied art. The article reveals the relevance of regional-historical, cultural, artistic and creative approaches to research in the field of embroidery and lace-making. In the course of the research, modern empirical and comparative methods were applied, as well as historical and cultural approaches to the study of the issue. The authors used unique and rare materials of Russian researchers in the field of material cultural heritage preservation. The results of the research can be applied in the course of studying the issue of the historical and cultural heritage of Russian creativity

The study object was economic and production relations transformed into the economic rates of the enterprise. The study aimed to determine the centric indicator of the stability domain. To implement this study, methods of statistical analysis, data grouping, sample ranking, and methods for studying time series components were used. Scientific materials of leading researchers in the space of economic and economic-mathematical analysis were used during the study. Features of the Budget Management Sustainability of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic
No full textThe study of the problems of management and development of regional budget policy within the state is one of the most important in management and law. The Republic of Tatarstan is considered a specific subject of the Russian Federation in the economic and territorial aspect. At the present stage of development of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tatarstan has become one of the leading regional centres of investment in the field of science and business, where economic zones and industrial complexes are intensively developing. The object of this study was the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan and its statistical data for the comparison of 2019 and 2020. The purpose of the study was to identify trends in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan during the COVID-19 pandemic related to budget management. The study concluded that Tatarstan, being a leader in the development of the socio-economic sphere, became one of the leaders in the Russian Federation in the development and implementation of its budget in the period 2015-2020, and also showed no obvious statistical signs of decline. Therefore, the experience of the budget policy of Tatarstan can be used to create algorithms for budget management in a crisis period

Surprising the phenomenon of de-contextualization of arthropods in the natural environment leads the research towards original artistic manifestations and concerns, which leads me to pay great attention to the aesthetic side in the context of the elaboration of compositional structures in personal artistic creation

No full textThe problems related to the cultural heritage, in particular to the Bulgarian musical folklore, excite a large part of the scientists in Bulgaria. The performing art of the masters of folk instruments has been the subject of constant interest and research since the beginning of the 21st century in Bulgaria. In this case the unique performing art of one of the best tambourine performers in Bulgaria is presented. Rumen Sirakov is an emblem of the most perfect playing of the Bulgarian tambourine. He is defined as the ancestor of the national performing style of playing. His instrumental legacy is enormous. His compositions are a clear proof of his exceptional talent. Created on the basis of a number of folk songs, enriched with his improvisations, they become classic tambourine pieces. Rumen Sirakov’s performing art is highly valued not only in Bulgaria, but also far beyond its borders. His connoisseurs are the world-famous manager Joe Boyd, George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Kate Bush

Rothwell, and others. It is concluded that at the present stage of the society’s evolution from industrial to informational, economic thought should form a fundamentally new financial approach to innovation, more complex and complex. It is necessary to develop a three-dimensional approach model to innovation. The business enterprise can be also taken up as a subject of economy. The aim of the development is to analyze the peculiarities of the business enterprise, which is an open system made up of system-forming elements implying its integrated development. The methodical instruments used are based on several complementary approaches: a systematic approach and systematic analysis; a structural approach; a logical approach and a synergetic approach. Based on the principles of the systematic approach, we accept that the business enterprise is an “input-output system”. The “business enterprise” system are: production (business), financial and economic, juridical (legal) and social. The synergy between the constituent elements of its internal environment implies not only its integrity, but it is a major prerequisite for its successful integration into the external environment conditions
The Human Voice as a Genius Instrument to Be Trained
No full textThe professionalism of the Voice is the ability to control the human voice to activate and use it with all its expressive and influential capabilities. Voice control means learning it through analysis and theoretical and scientific analysis, and then installing it with the desired or proposed template from the student and analyst to give him the best cases in expression. This means submission to the state of training and practice of human voice with all its various data and points of performance, and, thus, the establishment of a methodology and schedule suitable for a professional purpose, scientifically applied (Scientifique—pratique) or inborn (Naturel—experimental). The former shortens the time devoted to professionalism, while the latter takes longer to increase productivity and remains free from the analysis and science that the former includes. Academic experience today has confirmed that each scientific phenomenon creates its own science and knowledge and becomes open for teaching at the university and specializes in its work and professionalism. And when knowledge precedes what is known about it, it reduces time and reduces the difficulties of confrontation. Therefore, the professionalism of its first type (scientific and applied) became the prerogative of science, its institutes and universities, without discarding the second type (innate—experienced). The two together is the best goal, and if we prefer between them, then our choice is based on the first according to scientific preference
