No full text3p.This Op Ed (Opinion Edition) evaluates the compliance of 31 public authorities with online proactive disclosure requirements under the RTI Act. The 2017 methodology was applied to 29 cabinet ministries and the Offices of the President and Prime Minister from July 2022 to December 2022. The study's methodology is rooted in the legal requirements for proactive disclosure outlined in sections 8 and 9 of the RTI Act and Regulation No. 20, which applies to all public authorities, including ministries and the Offices of the President and Prime Minister
