老年看護学実習Ⅰにおける看護技術の経験状況
No full text本研究の目的は、A大学で活用している看護技術経験録を基に、老年看護学実習Ⅰにおける看護技術の経験状況を明らかにすることである。 2023 年度に老年看護学実習Ⅰを履修した看護学生を対象として、56 部の経験録を回収し分析を行った。フィジカルアセスメントスクリーニングは、呼吸器系、腹部・消化器系、循環器系の実施率が高く、車いすによる移動の援助、入浴・シャワー浴の援助、全身清拭、陰部ケア（洗浄）の実施率が高かった。経験回数・経験学生数共に病棟別有意差があったのは、実施が２項目、見学は７項目のみであった。高齢者の全身状態を確認する上で、主要なフィジカルアセスメント力を身に着ける機会や基本的な日常生活援助の実施機会を得ていた学生が多かった。また、どの病棟で実習を行っても学生には概ね公平な実施機会が担保されていることが明らかになった。学生が看護技術を適切に学び実施できるように引き続き病棟指導者と協働していく
シロイルカが島根に来た経緯 : 連邦崩壊前夜の訪ソ団
No full text 本稿は、江津市と浜田市に所在する「しまね海洋館アクアス」にシロイルカが導入された経緯を、関係者への聞き取り調査をもとに記録したものである。そのきっかけは、ソビエト連邦崩壊直前の1991年10月、ロシア連邦沿海地方政府の招待でウラジオストクとナホトカを訪れた鳥取県・島根県友好親善訪ソ団に遡る。このとき、当時の澄田信義島根県知事が散歩中に偶然シロイルカを目にしたことが、石見海浜公園整備計画の一環として、2001年に開館するアクアスの目玉にシロイルカを迎える契機となった。日露関係が紆余曲折を続ける中でも、ロシアとの地域交流の証しであるシロイルカたちは、島根県のアイドルとしてすでに四半世紀近くの時を過ごしている。 This article documents the historical process of introducing beluga whales to the Aquas aquarium, located in Gōtsu and Hamada cities, Shimane Prefecture, based on interviews with key participants.
The story begins in October 1991, just before the collapse of the Soviet Union, when the Tottori-Shimane Friendship Delegation visited Vladivostok and Nakhodka at the invitation of the Primorsky Krai Administration in the Russian Federation.
During this visit, Nobuyoshi Sumida, the then Governor of Shimane Prefecture, happened to see belugas while taking a walk. This encounter became the catalyst for featuring the charming animal as the main attraction of Aquas, which opened in 2001 as part of the Iwami Seaside Park development plan.

食料廃棄資源のアップサイクルによる地域循環経済の形成 : (株)錦海化成の事例研究
No full text 本稿の目的は、食料の廃棄資源や未利用資源をアップサイクルし、高付加価値資源として再生する資源循環型企業が地域内で構築する資源循環および経済循環の実態を明らかにすることである。具体的には、鳥取県境港市の資源循環型企業（株式会社錦海化成）を対象に、そのビジネスモデルと連鎖的取引関係（ 1 次取引企業：Tier 1 、2 次取引企業：Tier 2 ）を分析し、サプライチェーンの特徴を把握する。この分析を通じて、資源循環と経済循環の形成過程を明確にし、資源循環型企業が地域経済に与える影響を考察する。さらに、本事例の知見をもとに、アップサイクルを基軸とした地域におけるサーキュラーエコノミーの可能性を展望する。The purpose of this study is to clarify the realities of resource and economic circulation constructed within a region by resource-upcycling companies that upcycle food waste and unused resources into high-value-added materials. Specifically, the study analyzes the business model and transactional relationships of a resource-upcycling company, Kinkai Kasei Co., Ltd., located in Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture, focusing on its supply chain structure, including primary (Tier 1) and secondary (Tier 2) business partners. Through this analysis, the study aims to elucidate the process of building resource and economic circulation and examine the impact of resource-upcycling companies on regional economies.
