ペドロ・アルモドバル作品に見る生の欲動と死の欲動について : 登場人物のジェンダーとセクシュアリティの観点から
No full text ペドロ・アルモドバルの商業的成功と高い評価の理由の一つは、中年女性の主人公やジェンダーとセクシュアリティの多様な登場人物たちを描いたことにある。彼らは快楽への欲望に忠実であるあまり大切なものを失い、ときに死に至る。そして、このようなエロスとタナトス（生の欲動と死の欲動）の分かちがたい関係を描いている点で、フロイトとアルモドバルの関心は共通する。では、アルモドバル作品の特徴である多様な性というテーマは、精神分析の視点からどのように解釈できるのだろうか。
第一章では『トーク・トゥ・ハー』と『私が、生きる肌』を取り上げ、両作品が描く性的快楽と分かちがたく結びつく暴力に死の欲動を認めることで、アルモドバル作品の特徴である反復を、死の欲動の特徴である「反復強迫」であると解釈する。しかし、反復強迫で分かるのはそこに欲動があることだけである。そこで第二章では『欲望の法則』と『マタドール』を取り上げ、両作品の登場人物の中で生の欲動と死の欲動がどのようにせめぎあっているのかを確認する。第三章では、その欲動が、どのように登場人物たちのジェンダーとセクシュアリティを決定していくのかを分析する。On the Eros and the Thanatos in the Films of Pedro Almodóvar: From the perspective of the characters’ gender and sexuality choices
One of the reasons for Pedro Almodóvar’s commercial success and high reputation is his portrayal of middle-aged female protagonists and characters of diverse gender and sexuality. They are so faithful to their sexual desires that they lose what is important to them and sometimes die. And in depicting this inseparable relationship between “Eros”（life drive）and “Thanatos”（death drive）, Freud and Almodóvar share a common interest. How, then, can the theme of diverse gender and sexuality that characterizes Almodóvar’s films be interpreted from the psychoanalytical point of view?
In Chapter 1, I shall discuss Hable con ella and La piel que habito to show that the themes of life and death, sexual pleasure and violence recur in Almodóvar’s works, and that these are the“ repetition compulsion” brought about by the death drive. However, the only thing that can be understood by the repetitive compulsion is that there is death drive there. So, in Chapter 2, I shall turn to the stories of La Ley del deseo and Matador to see how Eros and Thanatos are competing in both protagonists. In Chapter 3, I shall analyze how these drives determine the gender and sexuality of the protagonists

Comprehensive Analysis of TNXB-correlated Expressed Genes in Metastatic Lymphoid Tumor Cells Based on a Bioinformatic Approach
No full textAnalyses of expression levels of tenascin-X gene （TNXB） in primary and metastatic tumor cells from 23 cancer tissues showed that TNXB expression is significantly downregulated in metastatic lymphoid tumor cells. Correlation analysis of TNXB expression with the expression of 19,193 genes in 22 metastatic lymphoid tumor cells showed that 4,654 genes have significant correlated expression. Among genes exhibiting correlated expression with TNXB, 62 genes showed upregulated expression in metastatic lymphoid tumor cells. Metascape analysis of the 62 upregulated genes revealed enrichment of genes related to immune response. TRRUST analysis of the 62 upregulated genes revealed 8 transcription factors with comprehensive transcriptional networks. Among them, STAT1 was predicted to regulate expression of CD40 and CD86, while RELA was predicted to regulate expression of CD40, CD83, CD86, ALOX5 and SLC25A27. Downregulation of TNXB and associated upregulation of these target genes may play a role in certain characteristics of metastatic lymphoid tumor cells
Balancing Nutrition and Ischemia of Small Intestine: A Fatal Case of Non-Occlusive Mesenteric Ischemia Caused by Enteral Nutrition Following Esophagectomy
No full textIntroduction: Non-occlusive mesenteric ischemia （NOMI） is a rare but potentially fatal complication of postoperative enteral nutrition, reported following surgeries for gastrointestinal cancers, including esophageal cancer. Case presentation: A 77-yearold male underwent thoracoscopic-assisted subtotal esophagectomy. Enteral nutrition was initiated gradually and initially well-tolerated. On postoperative day （POD） 5, the patient developed reduced urine output, mild abdominal distension, and diarrhea, which temporarily improved. However, on POD 6, he experienced cardiopulmonary arrest. Imaging revealed portal vein and intestinal emphysema as NOMI. Emergency surgery revealed extensive intestinal necrosis due to vascular spasm. Despite the intervention, the patient succumbed to multiple organ failure on POD 7. Conclusion: NOMI seems to be exacerbated by high-osmolarity enteral nutrition and bacterial overgrowth. Typical early symptoms of NOMI did not exist, and diagnosis was challenging. This case highlights the need for careful monitoring during enteral nutrition in high-risk patients and emphasizes the importance of early detection and individualized management to prevent NOMI-related complications
特別支援学校（知的障害）におけるキャリア・パスポートの活用手段と活用状況の関連性
No full text 児童生徒が，小学校から高等学校までのキャリア教育に関わる諸活動について，特別活動の学級活動及びホームルーム活動を中心として，各教科等と往還し，自らの学習状況やキャリア形成を見通したり振り返ったりしながら，自身の変容や成長を自己評価できるよう工夫されたポートフォリオであるキャリア・パスポートが導入された。特別支援学校においてはキャリア・パスポートの作成や活用が十分に進んでいないことが推測されるが，その導入を促進するためにも，活用手段を検討する必要がある。そこで本研究では，特別支援学校（知的障害）におけるキャリア・パスポートの活用手段と活用状況の関連性を検討することを目的とした。質問紙調査を行い，キャリア・パスポートを作成している教師を対象とした。結果，「児童生徒の思いや願いから目標を設定する手段」，「児童生徒が自分の育ちに気付く手段」，「児童生徒が課題を解決する際の手段」，「児童生徒が各教科等での学びのつながりを実感する手段」として活用した場合，キャリア・パスポートを効果的に活用していることが示唆された。キャリア・パスポートを活用した対話を通して児童生徒自身の学びや育ちへの気付きを促す重要性が示唆されたが，教師側の対話におけるポイントや働きかけについて，今後，実践研究や質的な研究によって検討することが必要である
翻刻 西村天囚著『懐徳堂考之一』（その四）
No full text 本稿は、西村時彦（号は天囚、碩園）著『懐徳堂考之一』の翻刻（その四）である。天囚の故郷である種子島・西之表市の西村家が所蔵する西村天囚関係資料の中から発見された『懐徳堂考之一』（抄本、一冊）の前半部は、明治四十三年（一九一〇）一月二十九日に行われた大阪人文会第二次例会での講演の原稿となった「草稿」に該当するものであり、また『懐徳堂考之一』全体としては、同年二月七日から二月二十七日まで大阪朝日新聞に連載された、天囚の「懐徳堂研究其一」（完結時に『懐徳堂考』上巻と改題）の草稿に当たると考えられる。『懐徳堂考之一』により、懐徳堂顕彰運動の起点となった天囚の懐徳堂研究の実態が明らかになることは確実であり、近代日本漢学における天囚の思想史的位置の解明に資すると期待される
