ヤコービ『ヴォルデマール』第一部における「良心」の諸相とその背景 : 近代初頭における「良心」のコンテクスト解明に向けて
No full textThis paper is an attempt to trace the discourses on conscience and its background in Jacobi’s Woldemar Part I as a starting point for understanding the meaning and significance of conscience in the history of Western ethical thought from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. In the first part of Woldemar, Woldemar as a main character in the book talks about “conscience” as the source of morality, and this paper points out that the features found in this “conscience”, such as autonomy, authority, sentiment, and mediation between general principles and particular actions, are influenced by Joseph Butler, Rousseau, virtue ethics, and casuistry. On the other hand, there is another view of conscience presented in Woldemar Part I which is in opposition to the former one, and its features are reminiscent of Lutheranism and Kant’s view of conscience. Through these contrasts, Woldemar highlights the various aspects of the discourses on conscience, their relationships, and their conflicts in the beginning of modern times. This gives us a new perspective on the developments in the latter half of Woldemar , as well as on the interpretations and background research about Hegel’s theory of conscience, especially his theory of reconciliation, which was influenced by the Woldemar
中堅看護師の育児支援策対象者と非対象者でのワーク・ライフ・バランスの比較
No full textThe purpose of this study was to compare the actual work-life balance（WLB）status of mid-career nurses subject to childcare support measures and those not, and to obtain suggestions for nurse retention. A questionnaire survey was conducted with non-positioned nurses aged 25-49 employed in hospitals with over 500 beds. The survey included WLB realization, WLB achievement scale, attributes, and work status. The subjects were analyzed by grouping them into childless, supported, and unsupported groups. The results showed that the supported group had a higher sense of WLB realization than the other two groups, while the unsupported group had a lower sense. Compared to the supported group, the other two groups had significantly higher number of night shifts and number of roles in the workplace, and the unsupported group had the most overtime hours. In addition to their role as mid-career nurses, the nurses in the unsupported group had an increased workload, making it difficult for them to achieve a WLB. In order for everyone to be able to realize their desired WLB, it is necessary to establish support for nurses who childless and nurses who are no longer eligible for childcare support after their children enter school.本研究は、中堅看護師の育児支援策対象者と非対象者のwork-life balance（WLB）の実情を比較し、看護師定着のための示唆を得ることを目的とした。500 床以上の病院に勤務する25 歳から49 歳の役職のない看護師を対象に質問紙調査を行った。調査内容は、WLB実現感、仕事と生活の調和実現度尺度、属性、勤務状況である。対象者を子無群、支援有群、支援無群に群分けして分析した。その結果、支援有群は他の２群と比較してWLB実現感が高く、支援無群は低くなっていた。支援有群と比較して、他の２群は夜勤回数と職場内での役割数が有意に多く、支援無群が最も時間外労働時間が長かった。支援無群は中堅看護師としての立場上の役割に加えて、業務負担の増大がありWLBが実現しづらい状況となっていた。誰もが望むWLBを実現するためには、子どもの有無や子の年齢に関係なく支援をする必要がある
2022年－2024年アニメ聖地巡礼アンケート調査から見た巡礼行動の変化
No full text 本稿は、「アニメ」などのコンテンツが観光客誘致や地域振興に活用されたコンテンツツーリズムの取組の実態を明らかにするために実施したアニメ聖地巡礼のアンケート調査の結果のまとめである。このアンケート調査は2022－24年に計3 回実施した。調査相手は「アニメ聖地」所在地域の自治体及び関連団体である。調査結果に基づいて、本稿はアニメ聖地巡礼の特徴を取組開始時期、運営主体、具体的な取組の措置、そして取組が地域にもたらした経済効果をまとめた。また、自治体などの主体が把握している「聖地巡礼」者の状況を通じて、聖地巡礼行為の変化を分析した。最後に、島根県を含めた中四国と近畿地域における聖地巡礼の調査結果を抽出して集計し、全国との比較を行った。 In order to investigate the behaviors of Anime Pilgrims and the impact and effects on the pilgrimage area, we conducted three questionnaire surveys (from 2022 to 2024) at animesacred sites across the country (88 anime-sacred sites nationwide). By comparing 3 years of questionnaire surveys, including initiatives in the San'in region, we consider the issues of tourism promotion and regional development using anime pilgrimage to sacred places and the effectiveness of measures to stimulate tourism demand and analyze the impact and effects of anime pilgrimage to the region
縮小社会における社会保障の「たすけあいの構造」の展望 : 有償たすけあいシステムの活動状況の視点から
No full text 人口減少社会の到来は、避けて通れないとすれば、私たちは、人口減少社会を前提にして、如何なる社会を構築するかが課題となってくる。本研究は、社会の規模縮小と多様性の増大に起因する諸課題に対してレジリエンスの高い地域のあり方について、実証的分析の視点から、縮小社会における社会システムの姿を検証することを目的とする。縮小社会においても希望を持ってくらし続けることができる地域社会を構築するためにどのような政策を行うべきかを探るために、民間の有償たすけあいシステムの活動状況に焦点をあて、その意義と課題を考察することを通して、縮小社会における社会保障の姿を展望した。
有償助け合いの仕組みである「おたがいさま」は、「お困りごとからお楽しみまで」さまざまな生活ニーズに対応する「互助の場」を創出している。縮小社会の進行によりすべての地域で同様な自治サービスが提供されることに限界を突き付けている折柄、制度や行政サービス以外の生活ニーズに柔軟に対応できる「おたがいさま」のような互助の仕組みへの期待は大きい。縮小社会といっても、「おたがいさま」のような「互助の仕組み」が増えれば、さまざまな人を応援できる重層的な「たすけあいの構造」を構築することができ、生活者同士が連帯し、共に生きていく喜びを高めていく余地は大いにあることが示唆された。 Japan’s population is declining at an accelerated pace. In this study, we will consider how the rapidly progressing population decline will affect Japan society and social security, and what kind of socioeconomic system needs to be created for this purpose. By focusing on the activities of the private-sector fee-based system and considering its significance and challenges, we have envisioned the state of social security in a shrinking society.
The paid support system is increasingly being used as a mutually aid-type service to supplement the parts of the system that cannot be used, and the ideal form of the system has become an issue. In order for mutual aid to function, it is important that the public has a system in place to strongly support mutual assistance
