The Influence of Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity and Earnings Management on Idiosyncratic Risk in Manufacturing Sector Companies Listed on the Bei in 2020-2023
This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity and earnings management on idiosyncratic risk in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2023. This type of research is causal research, which uses population data from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2023. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling method and obtained 72 companies that passed the criteria with 288 observations. The results showed that profitability and liquidity have a significant negative effect on idiosyncratic risk. While leverage and earnings management have no effect on idiosyncratic risk at the 5% significance level. Detection of Potential Inflated Bills in BPJS Health Claim Data using Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost)
Inflated bills or bills that exceed the actual cost are a common type of fraud happen in advanced referral health facilities in the implementation of BPJS Heath program. Such fraud can lead to financial losses for BPJS Health, trigger budget deficits, and disrupt the sustainability of the National Health Insurance (JKN) program. This study aims to develop a system that capable to automatically detecting potential inflated bills to prevent such budget deficits. the data used consists of a sample of health service claims in FKRTL from 2016 to 2022, comprising 1,176,438 rows. The data is divided into training, validation, and testing subsets with 25 variables selected based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 3 of 2023 about Healthcare Tariff Standards In The JKN Program. The parameter tuning process was conducted 48 times, testing the combination of n_estimators, learning_rate, and max_depth parameters. The best combination achieved was n_estimators at 100, learning_rate at 0.1, and max_depth at 8 with Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.005 on the training data and 0.008 on the validation data. The testing results in this study indicate that the model achieved an MAE of 0.008, MSE of 0.015, and RMSE of 0.12 on the testing data. These values demonstrate that the model has a low error rate in predicting the verification costs and can be used as a tool for detecting potential inflated bills.129 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Analysis of Bearing Capacity and Settlement of Bored Pile Using Analytical Method and Finite Element Method (Case Study: Construction of Medan-Binjai Railway Line Km 2+850 S.D Km3 + 290 BH 49)
In the construction of the Medan-Binjai railway, the construction consists of the upper structure and lower structure. In this project work, a type of deep foundation is used, namely bored pile. This study aims to find the analytical axial bearing capacity of the bored pile foundation based on SPT (Standard Penetration Test) data using the Reese and Wright method using the finite element method with the help of Plaxis 2D software. And also analyze the lateral bearing capacity using the Brooms method, the ultimate bearing capacity of the bored pile with PDA (Pile Driven Analysis) test data, the decrease in elasticity in single and group piles. From the calculations carried out on the bored pile foundation with a diameter of 1.2 m and a depth of 38 m at bore hole - 49. From the results of the PDA (Pile Driven Analysis) Test, the ultimate bearing capacity at a depth of 38 m is 975 tons. The calculation results with PLAXIS 2D software are 1,322.79 tons at a depth of 38 m. Lateral bearing capacity based on the Brooms Method on bore hole – 49 analytically is 56.1 tons and graphically is 51.93 tons. The resulting single elastic settlement is 4.69 mm. The settlement with PLAXIS 2D software is 11 mm. The settlement of the pile group is 8.16 mm. Study of Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking of Flavonoid Compounds from Gagatan Harimau (Ampelocissus thyrsiflora (Blume) Planch) on Breast Cancer
Background: Triple negative breast cancer is the most aggressive type of breast
cancer. Most experience recurrence within 1 to 2 years and only about 30% of
patients have a survival rate of more than 5 years. Tiger Crow is an endemic
Sumatran plant that has been widely used in traditional medicine due to its high
antioxidant content.
Objective: This study aims to determine the target protein of tiger gagatan leaf
flavonoid compounds that play a role in triple negative breast cancer and to
determine tiger gagatan leaf flavonoid compounds that meet the physicochemical
parameters, pharmacokinetics and can be the main target protein inhibitor in triple
negative breast cancer regulation as one of the candidate anti-cancer compounds in
silico.
Method: The research was conducted through network pharmacology, molecular
tethering to target proteins and prediction of pharmacokinetics and
physicochemistry using SwissADME.
Results: Based on the results of Network pharmacology obtained 2 target proteins
namely Akt1 and Src which are the main proteins in the regulation of triple negative
breast cancer. From the results of molecular tethering on Akt1, the grid score ranges
from -38.711124 to -71.387894 and on the Src receptor, the grid score ranges from -40.337402 to -65.824432. There are similarities in bonds and amino acid residues
between the Akt1 binding pocket and 5 flavonoid compounds of tiger gagatan
leaves, namely kaempferol, mearnsitrin, myricetin, isorhamnetin and isorhamnetin
3-o-rhamnoside and in Src receptors there are 4 compounds that have similar amino
acid residues with the binding pocket, namely kaempferol, mearnsitrin, myricetin,
and isorhamnetin 3-o-rhamnoside. Based on the prediction of physicochemical
properties, 4 compounds namely kuersetin, kaempferol, myricetin and isorhamnetin
meet the requirements of Lipinski's Rule of Five and the compounds kuersetin,
kaempferol, isorhamnetin have a high gastrointesitinal absorption pharmacokinetic
profile, exclude the Blood Brain Barrier, good skin permeability, are not P-
glycoprotein substrates and do not inhibit most major CYP enzymes.
Conclusion: Akt1 and Src proteins are predicted to be the main proteins in the
regulation of triple negative breast cancer. From the results of molecular tethering,
there are 5 compounds that are predicted to have inhibitory activity on the Akt1
receptor and as many as 4 compounds have inhibitory activity on the Src receptor.
Based on the prediction of physicochemical and pharmacokinetic properties, 4
flavonoid compounds of tiger crow leaf are predicted to meet the physicochemical

Optimization Of The Sirih Cina Leaf Extract (Peperomia Pellucida L.) On The Histology Of The Lung Organ Of Mice (Mus Musculus L.) Exposed By Cigarette Smoke
Cigarette smoke contains various harmful substances, including free radicals that smoke can lead to oxidative stress, damaging lung cells, increasing the risk of inflammation, and impairing of the lung function. The use of natural antioxidants can be used to repair the damage. Chinese betel leaf (Peperomia pellucida L.) is known as a source of flavonoids with high antioxidant properties. This research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 6 treatments each, which were the control without treatment; the exposure by cigarette smoke only; the exposure to cigarette smoke and being given vitamin C; the exposure to cigarette smoke and given Peperomia leaf extract at doses of 50, 70 and 90mg/Kg of body weight. This research used samples of 24 male mice (Mus musculus L.) as testing animals. The Observations made were the morphology such as the weight, the color, and the surface of the lung and also the histology (alveolar membrane, alveolar lumen, and inter-alveolar connections). The results show the most optimal of the Chinese betel leaf extract at a dose of 90mg/KgBB can improve the morphology of the lungs of mice, namely the color, weight and surface of the lungs of mice. The administration of the chinese betel leaf extract at doses of 50mg/KgBB and 70mg/KgBB is given less optimal in significantly improving the histology of mice lungs. The chinese betel leaf extract at a dose of 90mg/KgBB is the most optimal dose that significantly improve the histology of mice lungs by reducing the damage to the alveolus membrane, the alveolus lumen, and the relationship between alveoli due to exposure to cigarette smoke.68 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Effort to Improve Service Quality in DIII Secretariat Program for Student Satisfaction
Background: Good and systematic service has a significant impact on the reputation of an institution, serving as the main image perceived by the public. Therefore, it is essential to undertake efforts to achieve a positive image by paying attention to key indicators, so that satisfaction with the provided service can be attained. This satisfaction will serve as a consideration for the public in assessing the institution.
Objectives: This study aims to evaluate the quality of service in the DIII Secretarial Study Program. By understanding the existing quality of service, it is hoped that weaknesses can be identified and necessary improvement measures can be taken.
Methode: The method used in this research is quantitative, with data collection conducted through a questionnaire distributed to 50 students of the DIII Secretarial Study Program. This questionnaire is designed to measure various aspects of the quality of service received by students.
Result: The results of the study indicate that improving service quality can encourage students to contribute more effectively to academic achievement and act as promoters for prospective students to join the study program. However, the current quality of service cannot yet be considered good, and there are still several areas for improvement.
Conclusion: Overall, although there are positive indications from the improvement in service quality regarding student contributions, significant enhancements are still needed for the service quality to meet expectations and desired standards.67 PagesKertas Karya Diplom
Analysis of The Potential of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) Technology as a Waste Management Solution in Medan City
Population growth and rapid economic activity in Medan City have caused a
significant increase in waste volume. Suboptimal waste handling triggers various
environmental, health problems and limited land for final disposal sites (TPA). Refuse
Derived Fuel (RDF) technology offers an alternative solution by converting waste into
fuel that can be used for energy generation. This research aims to analyze the potential
for applying RDF technology in Medan City, both from a technical, economic and
environmental perspective. The methods used in this research include literature
studies, interviews with experts, and analysis of secondary data related to the
characteristics of waste in Medan City. The research results show that RDF technology
can reduce waste volume by up to 60% and produce energy that has the potential to
support local industrial needs. Economic analysis shows that this technology is feasible
to implement if supported by adequate government policies. In conclusion,
implementing RDF in Medan City can be an effective solution for handling waste while
supporting renewable energy, but requires synergy between government, society and

North Sumatra is a province that has many historic buildings with high historical value, specifically in Medan, but currently many of the historic buildings in Medan are neglected and not functioning, resulting in damage to these historic buildings, one of the historic buildings which has This neglected high historical value in Medan is the Deli Tobacco Hospital Building. Deli Tobacco Hospital is a hospital founded in 1885 by Deli Maatschappij and closed in 2008. This hospital was the first modern hospital on the island of Sumatra, located in the Kesawan Historical Area - Merdeka Field, although it has been converted as a culinary space by local government there are several buildings at the Tobacco Deli Hospital that have not yet received attention and this is compounded by the destruction of part of the Tobacco Deli Hospital building which is a historic building with a high level of significance which has been used as a café, so there is a need for revitalization of the Deli Tobacco Hospital Building which can revive activities in this historic building without eliminating or destroying historic buildings which have a high level of significance. This study aims to develop a concept and design for the conversion of the Tobacco Hospital deli as a mixed-use area that combines several functions, namely culinary space (restaurant, café, food court), office & coworking space, residential area, cultural center and green open space. The buildings at the Tobacco Deli Hospital will be maintained according to their level of significance. A trademark is a sign in the form of an image, logo, name, word, letter, number, color arrangement, sound, hologram, or a combination of 2 or more of these elements to distinguish goods and/or services produced by a person or legal entity in the trading of goods and/or services. In the writing of this thesis, a decision will be used as a reference in writing. The formulation of the problem in this thesis are: how to protect the legal protection of the ownership rights of well-known brands that are not registered in Indonesia according to Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications, how to resolve trademark ownership disputes over the infringement of trademark rights in similar classes of goods/services, as well as how to analyze the legal considerations and decisions of judges on trademark ownership rights dispute cases in court Decision number 22/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2021/PN. Niaga.Jkt.Pst. The research method used in this research is a normative research method with a descriptive research nature. The decision analyzed in this thesis is Decision number 22/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2021/PN. Niaga.Jkt.Pst and related laws and regulations, namely Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications. Based on the legal analysis that has been carried out on the Decision number 22/Pdt.Sus-HKI/Merek/2021/PN. Niaga.Jkt.Pst, which is a case of trademark dispute 100% owned by Saule, LLC (Plaintiff) with a 100% trademark owned by Jefrie Permana (Defendant), it can be concluded that the decision is in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. The Judge ruled that the Defendant's 100% trademark was cancelled because the Plaintiff's 100% trademark proved to be a well-known brand. Then, there are similarities both from the logos and the type of goods/services of the two brands. Making of Filter Based on Carbon of Rice Husk and Synthetic Zeolite as a Reduction of Metal Ions Pb and Mn in Well Water
In this study, a filter based on carbon from rice husk and synthetic zeolite was made for well water. First the rice husk is pulverized and then carbonized with temperature variations of 700oC, 800oC, and 900oC. Then the sample was printed on a size of 3 cm x 3 cm x 1 cm with a pressure of 3 tons for 15 minutes. The results obtained with the most effective filtration value of manganese metal (Mn) from the initial content of 3.386468 mg/L with a filtration result of 0.000128 mg/L with a percentage adsoption capacity 0.0038%, while the effective filtration of lead metal (Pb) from the initial content of 0.000862 mg/L with a filtration result of 0.000013 mg/L with a percentage adsoption capacity 1,5081%. For the results of surface morphology and element content in samples using SEM-EDX, in this study the dominating element values were carbon (C) by 50.7%, oxygen (O) 31.6%, silica (Si) 15.7% and aluminum (Al) 2% in the best sample while in the lowest sample the carbon (C) element was 43%, oxygen (O) 35.4%, silica (Si) 19.8% and aluminum (Al) 0.9%. The adsorption efficiency for manganese metal (Mn) was 99.99% while the adsorption efficiency for lead metal (Pb) was 98.49%.104 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
