Various factors contribute to complications in the compensation process for land acquisition, often resulting in a prolonged and drawn-out procedure. In addition to compensation issues, another common problem is the emergence of land ownership disputes during the land acquisition process. This research addresses the following issues:
1. What is the mechanism for providing compensation in land acquisition when there is a dispute over ownership of the acquired land, based on the principles of justice and legal certainty?.
2. What legal protection is afforded to rightful landowners in cases of unlawful land ownership claims in relation to the receipt of land acquisition compensation?.
3. How should the court's ruling in the Tangerang District Court Decision Number 577/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Tng in conjunction with the Banten High Court Decision Number 241/PDT/2021/PT.BTN be analyzed.
This research employs a normative juridical method, referring to legal norms through literature study to obtain secondary data. The research is descriptive-analytical in nature. Data collection is conducted through literature review, and data is analyzed using qualitative methods.
The findings show that in cases of ownership disputes during land acquisition, as in Decision Number 577/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Tng, compensation is deposited with the court. Preventive legal protection for rightful landowners involves presenting proof of ownership. If such proof does not provide sufficient protection, the aggrieved party may file a lawsuit in court. The judges' decisions in both the district and high courts were based on legal considerations supported by the evidence submitted by the disputing parties.
This study recommends that parties who feel disadvantaged by land ownership
disputes in land acquisition processes seek legal recourse through the courts.202 PagesTesis Magiste

Experimental Study of Tumeric Dryer Using Closed Cycle Condenser Heat Pump
Turmeric is a plant that comes from the ginger family using the Latin name Curcuma longa or Curcuma domestica Val. Turmeric is spread in all tropical regions. Turmeric is a plant that has many benefits, which are used as medicinal plants, ingredients for cooking spices, coloring agents, natural preservatives, basic ingredients for making herbal medicine, raw materials for the food and beverage and cosmetic industries. Therefore, a turmeric dryer is needed, because if you still use the traditional method there will be many obstacles in drying. This is because the drying process using the sun which takes 3 to 4 days, certainly makes some turmeric become moldy and the drying temperature of curcumin is below 50 Therefore, testing of a closed-cycle double condenser heat pump turmeric dryer was carried out because the heat pump has many advantages such as more hygienic, temperature and humidity of the drying air are easily controlled so that it can be used in a wide temperature range according to needs. In addition, the quality of the dried material becomes better, does not depend on the outside weather and does not produce smoke that pollutes the atmosphere. The double condenser in this tool is expected to increase the efficiency of heat transfer in the heat pump system where the heat load distribution becomes more evenly distributed. In this test, the final weight is obtained 0,2272 kg from the initial weight of 1 kg and the moisture content is below 8% of the initial moisture content of 84%. The value of turmeric drying rate is the minimum value of 0.0186 kg / hour, the maximum value is
0.222 kg / hour, 0.12914491 kg / hour. The value of the specific water extraction rate (Specific Moisture Extraction Rate) is the minimum value is 0.04232 kg/kWh, the maximum value is 0.421252 kg/kWh, the average value is 0.24215484 kg/kWh. Specific energy consumption values are: minimum value of 2.373874 kWh/kg, maximum value of 23.62949 kWh/kg, and average value of 5.76889277 kWh/kg as well as heat pump drying efficiency of 24.7%.107 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

Simple lawsuit as an embodiment of the principle of simple, fast and low-cost justice, which means that the examination and resolution of cases are carried out in an efficient and effective manner as regulated in Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. Simple lawsuits as regulated by the Supreme Court regarding simple lawsuits have been implemented in the Faryetti case with PT. Toyota Astra Financial Services, where in this case there was a default by PT. Toyota Astra Financial Services to Faryetti related to the financing credit agreement for the Toyota Rush car as in the multipurpose agreement that had been agreed upon by the parties. The formulation of the problem in this thesis is what are the criteria for credit agreements that can be resolved by simple lawsuits, how to regulate the application of the principle of fast, simple and low-cost justice in resolving credit agreement disputes through simple lawsuits and how to Apply the Principle of Fast, Simple and Low-Cost Justice in Resolving Credit Agreement Disputes Through Simple Lawsuits in the Decision of Civil Case Number 05/Pdt.G.S/2023/PN. Mdn.
This research method uses a normative legal approach and is descriptive in nature with a normative legal approach method. Data were obtained through literature studies with data collection techniques in the form of official documents, books, scientific journals, and other literature sources. Data analysis was carried out using normative juridical analysis.
The results of this study conclude that the criteria for credit agreements that can be resolved through simple lawsuits still refer to Perma Number 2 of 2015 Jo. Perma Number 4 of 2019 concerning simple lawsuits. The case resolution process often exceeds the 25-day time limit due to the Defendant's lack of readiness to undergo trial. Then the same legal area as the defendant becomes an obstacle for the plaintiff both in determining the defendant's address in his lawsuit which at any time the Defendant moves addresses.102 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Effectiveness of Propineb and Chlototalonil Fungicides in Controlling Purple Blotch Disease (Alternaria porri) in Shallot Plants (Allium ascalonicum L.) in Dolok Sanggul
Shallots are widely used in daily life, including as a cooking spice and traditional medicine. One of the causes of low shallot production is the disturbance of purple blotch disease caused by the pathogenic fungus Alternaria porri. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of combining different concentrations and application intervals of fungicides with active ingredients Propineb and Chlorothalonil in controlling purple blotch disease in shallot plants.. The study was conducted in Purba Dolok, Dolok Sanggul, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, North Sumatra Province, at an altitude of ± 1400 meters above sea level. The research was carried out from April to June 2024. The experiment used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with three factors and three replications. The first factor was fungicide treatment with three levels: F0 = no treatment (control); F1 = Propineb; F2 = Chlorothalonil. The second factor was fungicide concentration with three levels: K1 = 1 g/L; K2 = 2 g/L; K3 = 3 g/L. The third factor was application interval with three levels: A1 = 5-day interval; A2 = 10-day interval; A3 = 15-day interval. The results revealed that the treatment F1K3A1 (Propineb at 3 g/L with a 5-day application interval) exhibited the lowest disease severity of purple blotch, with a percentage of 1.09% at 7 weeks after planting.63 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
The Effect of Pandan Wangi Leaf Mouthwash (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) on the Corrosion Rate and Surface Roughness of Stainless Steel Orthodontic Wires
Fixed orthodontic treatment takes a long time which causes the orthodontic wire to be in continuous contact with the unstable oral cavity environment and causing corrosion. One of the factors that triggers corrosion and surface roughness of orthodontic wire is the use of mouthwash. Fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) mouthwash tends to have minimal side effects and can act as a corrosion inhibitor so that it can be used as an alternative mouthwash. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fragrant pandan leaf mouthwash (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) at concentrations 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% on the corrosion rate and surface roughness of wire that immersed for 7, 14 and 21 days. This type of research is a laboratory experimental study. The sample of this study was a stainless steel orthodontic wire with a diameter of 0.016 inches and a length of 5 cm. The samples were divided into 15 groups, which is orthodontic wires immersed in artificial saliva, 0.2% chlorhexidine, fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) mouthwash 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4% for 7, 14 and 21 days. The corrosion rate was measured using the weight loss method and surface roughness was measured with a profilometer then tested statistically using One Way Anova. The results of this study indicate that the highest average corrosion rate and roughness were in 0.2% chlorhexidine and the lowest in artificial saliva both at 7, 14 and 21 days of immersion. The conclusion of this study is that fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb.) mouthwash with a concentration of 0.4% is more effective in reducing the corrosion rate and surface roughness of stainless steel orthodontic wires than 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash.108 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
