The Implementation Of Notary Honorarium In Relation To Unfair Competition And Violation Of The Notary’s Code Of Ethics

    No full text
In practice, the implementation of notary honorariums still lacks legal certainty. The absence of uniform regulations concerning minimum notary fees across cities and regencies has created opportunities for notaries to engage in unfair competition among peers. Such behavior constitutes a violation of professional ethics and undermines legal certainty both for the public and for the notarial profession itself. The problems addressed in this study are: how notary honorariums are determined based on the Notary Position Act and the Notary Code of Ethics; how effective the law is in regulating honorariums to prevent unfair competition among notaries; and what legal consequences arise if a notary engages in unfair competition related to honorarium practices. This normative juridical study examines the implementation of notary honorariums in relation to unfair competition among notaries. It utilizes primary, secondary, and non-legal materials obtained through literature review and applies descriptive analysis to interpret the findings. The research concludes that the determination of minimum honorariums based on notarial associations is not standardized and lacks regulatory clarity, rendering such standards ambiguous and legally unfounded. This ambiguity facilitates unfair competition among notaries, who may reduce or minimize their fees in order to attract clients from other notaries. Such practices harm fellow notaries and undermine the principle of fairness within the profession.126 PagesTesis Magiste

    No full text
This experiment aims to design and implement an Arduino-based vehicle reverse parking video monitoring system equipped with distance sensors on the left and right rear. This system is developed to improve the safety of reverse parking maneuvers by providing visual feedback and distance warnings to the driver. The system design integrates a camera module for video monitoring, ultrasonic distance sensors installed on the left and right rear of the vehicle, and an Arduino microcontroller as a data processing center. The system works by processing distance data from the sensors and displaying it in real-time along with a video feed on a screen that can be accessed by the driver. If an obstacle is detected within a predetermined threshold distance, the system will provide visual and audible warnings with varying intensity according to the proximity of the object. The test results show that the system is able to detect obstacles in the range of 2 to 400 cm with an accuracy of ±2 cm, and present a clear video feed with distance information simultaneously. This integrated approach is expected to provide better situational awareness to the driver during the reverse parking process, thus having significant potential to reduce the risk of collisions and improve parking accuracy, especially in conditions of limited visibility.93 PagesKertas Karya Diplom

    No full text
Production scheduling involves the strategic allocation of resources within a manufacturing enterprise to optimize production activities. Proper scheduling can minimize production time, ensuring that orders are fulfilled on time. CV Mandiri Teknik is a manufacturing company that produces simple machines, one of which is a palm fruit threshing machine. Currently, the company employs a first come, first served (FCFS) scheduling method, which results in prolonged makespan and consequently delays in order fulfillment. The primary objective of this research was to optimize palm fruit threshing machine production scheduling using a genetic algorithm approach to reduce makespan. The genetic algorithm, an evolutionary based method, was applied to identify a near-optimal scheduling sequence that minimizes production time. The optimal scheduling sequence was identified as (4-7-5-1-6-3-2)-(2-3)-(1-2)-(4-7-5-1-6-2-3)-(2-7-1), with a total makespan of 549.07 minutes. The study revealed an efficiency index of 1.21 and a relative error of 20.77%, demonstrating the genetic algorithm's effectiveness in substantially reducing the production makespan.162 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

    No full text
This research aims to develop a motorcycle safety and monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The identification of the problem shows that as the theft occurs, public unrest increases. The theft can be prevented by adding a security system for motorcycles. One of the most famous motorcycle security systems today is using IoT (Internet of Things). IoT projects can be the latest solution to the problem of motorcycle theft. The motorcycle safety monitoring system can easily track the location of the motorcycle using GPS (Global Positioning System) and also the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) module. RFID modules are also used for the system authorization process. In this motorcycle security monitoring system, data exchange is very important for the speed of transmitting theft information and the location of the motorcycle. The protocol used on this system is MQTT for data communication. The system uses the MQTT protocol, with the broker as the server and MQTTX as the client application in real-time to receive and display data from the sensors. In this test, it is shown that the system is able to transmit data with good throughput and very good packet loss. Despite the higher delays and the regulated delivery intervals, this does not have a significant impact on the functioning of the motorcycle safety monitoring system as well as the improvement of the quality of network connections and QoS settings. The MQTT communication protocol also has reliability that can be seen from parameters such as throughput, delay, and packet loss.83 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

Anime as one of the popular cultures originating from Japan has many fans spread throughout the world. In Indonesia itself, there are many anime fans of various ages. Not only children, but teenagers and adults also like anime. And not only men follow the development of anime, but many women also have an interest in this popular culture. This research aims to examine how anime plays a role in a person's mindset and habits to adapt a new identity. In this case, the author wants to see how someone can become an anime fan and how mass media plays a role in it. This research uses a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. Then to find research data, two data sources are used, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of interviews conducted with all informants. Secondary data which is supporting data is obtained from library studies or literature reviews based on journals, theses, and websites in the database. The results of the study found that there is a tendency for anime fans to adapt their identities based on the anime they watch. Like the Naruto anime, which has influenced many informants to continue to fight enthusiastically and never give up in achieving a goal, such as continuing to live life without giving up easily. Stuart Hall wrote an essay entitled Cultural Identity and Diaspora in 1990 which was intended to identify as an effort to understand cultural identity which is done by distinguishing the context of the identity itself. Hall said that identity is not fixed but rather identity is a complex process that takes place continuously. In the essay, Hall divides identity into two parts, namely identity as "being" which is something that is fixed and identity as "becoming" which is something that is in process, construction, and difference. Then Hall also stated that identity can be grouped as personal identity and collective identity (group). Identity will always be in the process of reconstruction by adjusting to new social conditions and interpretations. This is evidenced by changes in mindset and habits carried out by informants because of the anime characters that influence them.134 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
