The Potential of Biocomposite Nano Chitosan-Silica-Calcium Carbonate as an Agent of Guided Tissue Remineralization (GTR) Dentin

The Legal Validity of Unwritten Profit-Sharing Agreements (A Case Study of Ananda Tempe Factory)
Production sharing agreement is a form of agreement that is widely applied in various business sectors in Indonesia, including in the tempe manufacturing industry which is generally still small to medium scale. In practice, many tempe factories, such as Tempe Ananda Factory, use unwritten profit- sharing agreements. However, the absence of formal documents in unwritten profit-sharing agreements can lead to various legal problems, especially when there is a dispute regarding the distribution of profits and responsibilities of each party. The research objectives in this thesis are to explain the unwritten profit- sharing agreement applied by Ananda Tempe Factory in accordance with the applicable legislation, to find out the obstacles in conducting an unwritten profit- sharing agreement at Ananda Tempe Factory, to find out the form of settlement in the event of default in the implementation of an unwritten profit-sharing agreement at Ananda Tempe Factory. The research method used is juridical-normative supported by field research. The nature of the research used is descriptive research. With the type of data used is secondary and tertiary data related to the problem under study. The results showed that although unwritten agreements are recognized in the Indonesian legal system as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, these agreements will still be faced with high risks in terms of proof when a dispute occurs. Oral agreements or unwritten agreements are difficult to prove in court, so they often result in prolonged conflicts. In addition, unwritten profit-sharing agreements can also hinder business growth due to a lack of legal certainty, which can affect the confidence of potential business partners and investors.101 pagesSkripsi Sarjan
Smart Electric Waste Transport Vehicle Monitoring System Design
Waste is an unavoidable issue in daily life. Almost every human activity generates
waste, thus requiring an efficient management system, especially for garbage collection
vehicles. In Indonesia, garbage trucks generally still rely on fossil fuels and are not yet
equipped with intelligent monitoring systems. This study aims to design and implement an
intelligent monitoring system for electric garbage trucks based on the Internet of Things
(IoT). The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with an HC-SR04
ultrasonic sensor to measure waste height, an S-type load cell to measure waste weight,
and a Neo-6M GPS module for vehicle tracking. Data is transmitted to the ThingsBoard
platform using the MQTT protocol in JSON format every 3 seconds and displayed through
a driver dashboard. The test results show that the system successfully measures and
transmits data on waste height, weight, and vehicle location in real time. The ultrasonic
sensor provides reasonably accurate level estimates, while the S-type load cell produces
varying accuracy levels depending on the weight distribution inside the truck bed. In the
evenly distributed load scenario, the sensor achieved very high accuracy with an average
of 99.65%, showing an upward trend as the load increased. When the load was
concentrated in the center, accuracy remained high at 97.57%, indicating that a centrally
placed sensor works optimally when the force is applied directly above it. However, when
the load was focused at the front and rear ends, the accuracy dropped significantly to
58.07% and 2.5%, respectively. This decrease is attributed to the hydraulic chassis
structure obstructing the transfer of force from the load to the sensor, particularly when
the weight is far from the sensor's position. Tests on the left and right sides resulted in
average accuracies of 88.64% and 82.95%, respectively, with a decreasing trend as the
load increased. Overall, placing the sensor in the center is effective for symmetrical or
centered loads but less ideal for uneven load distribution. Therefore, implementing
multiple sensors in strategic positions is recommended to enhance system accuracy.
Meanwhile, vehicle location monitoring using the Neo-6M GPS module worked effectively,
showing minimal deviation when compared to the Garmin eTrex 10 reference device, with
nearly 100% accuracy. In conclusion, the system enables efficient and real-time monitoring
of electric garbage trucks and has the potential to support smarter and more integrated
waste management solutions.87 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Architectural Design of Wisma Kolaborasi Building in Medan City
Medan City, as a center of economic growth and the creative industry, requires collaborative spaces capable of accommodating the activities of communities, startups, and creative industry actors. The limited availability of representative and flexible coworking spaces poses a challenge in supporting the development of a thriving and inclusive creative ecosystem. Wisma Kolaborasi Kota Medan is designed as an adaptive, functional, and sustainable architectural solution. The design approach focuses on spatial flexibility to accommodate various user needs—ranging from individual work, group collaboration, to community activities—while prioritizing comfort and efficiency. The architectural concept draws inspiration from the kantan flower (Medinilla speciosa), a native flora of North Sumatra that symbolizes growth, local elegance, and harmony with nature. These values are embodied in the building’s massing, which resembles blooming petals, as well as in vertical elements serving as sun shading that reflect the natural structure of the flower. The design also incorporates leaf-inspired forms as symbols of regeneration and ecological harmony, expressed through an organic façade and dynamic structural elements. Building materials are selected based on sustainability principles, including the use of local resources, recycled materials, and environmentally friendly construction systems. Wisma Kolaborasi is envisioned to become an urban architectural icon that supports the growth of creative communities and promotes sustainable, locally driven development in Medan.554 PagesTesi
