Management of Nursing Services and Care for Clients with Auditory Hallucinations Throuhg the Application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Prof. Dr. Ildrem Mental Hospital
Auditory hallucinations are a common sensory perception disorder in patients with mental disorders, and can trigger aggressive behavior, social isolation, and a decline in psychosocial functioning. Proper nursing interventions are needed to help clients manage their symptoms. The management of nursing care is carried out through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reduce the frequency and intensity of hallucinations. The intervention was conducted in five sessions at Prof. Dr. M. Ildrem Psychiatric Hospital, Medan, covering initial assessment, cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, technique evaluation, and relapse prevention. The techniques used include restructuring automatic thoughts, self-control (hardikan), medication education, and increasing social activity. The results show an improvement in the client's ability to recognize, control, and respond to hallucinations adaptively. The client also showed active involvement in developing and implementing relapse prevention strategies, as well as beginning to carry out daily routines independently. The evaluation shows a significant reduction in the intensity of hallucinations and an increase in independence.118 PagesKarya Tulis Profes
The Influence of Interest Rates, Word of Mouth Promotion, Brand Image, Product Type on Income through the Decision to Use People's Business Credit (KUR) (Case Study: BNI KCP Petisah)
The increase in the distribution of People's Business Loans (KUR) every year has not been in line with the level of utilization by MSME actors, including at BNI KCP Petisah which is one of the active KUR distributors in Medan City. In fact, KUR is designed to expand access to financing and strengthen the capacity of small businesses to increase revenue. This reflects that the lack of optimal use of KUR is closely related to certain factors that affect the decision to use, which can ultimately limit the development and income of MSME actors. This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, word of mouth promotion, brand image, and product type on the decision to use KUR, as well as its impact on MSME income. The approach used is quantitative with the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 82 food MSME actors who are active debtors of KUR at BNI KCP Petisah. The results showed that interest rates had a significant negative effect on the decision to use KUR, while word of mouth, brand image, and product type had a significant positive influence. In addition, the decision to use KUR has proven to have a positive impact on increasing MSME income. These results provide useful empirical input for banks and the government in designing financing strategies that are more effective, adaptive, and on target in supporting the growth of MSMEs.97 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
The Relationship Between Lifestyle and The Incidence of Chronic Kidney Disease in Patients at Mitra Sejati General Hospital in 2025
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) with a continuously increasing prevalence rate every year, both globally and in Indonesia. Globally, the prevalence of CKD in 2021 was 8.54%, while in Indonesia, according to the 2020 Indonesian Renal Registry (IRR) report, it was 0.38%. Of these patients, 19.33% underwent dialysis therapy. The increasing number of cases of CKD is associated with an unhealthy lifestyle and the presence of comorbid diseases such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between lifestyle and the incidence of CKD in patients at RSU Mitra Sejati in 2025. The study used a cross-sectional design with a population of outpatients at the Internal Medicine Clinic of RSU Mitra Sejati. A total of 104 respondents were selected using accidental sampling. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and medical records, and then analyzed using chi-square testing. The results of the study showed that the proportion of cases of end-stage kidney disease was 40.4%. There was a significant relationship between the consumption of packaged drinks (p0.05) and the incidence of CKD. It is recommended that patients, especially those with CKD, adopt a healthy lifestyle by limiting their consumption of packaged drinks and fast food, as well as managing hypertension and diabetes mellitus through regular treatment and health checkups to prevent further decline in kidney function.112 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Pengaruh Keahlian Finfluencer, Preferensi Risiko, Bias Konfirmasi terhadap Perilaku Informational Herding pada Investor Gen-Z di Medan: Peran Moderasi Literasi Keuangan
This study aims to analyze the influence of finfluencer expertise, risk preference, and confirmation bias on informational herding behavior among Gen Z investors and to evaluate the role of financial literacy as a moderating variable. Herding behavior, which frequently occurs in digital investment decisions, indicates psychological and social influences that require empirical investigation. This study employed a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method, and a two-stage moderation test. Primary data were collected from 100 active Gen Z investor respondents through an online survey. The analysis showed that finfluencer expertise had a significant positive effect on informational herding, while confirmation bias had a significant negative effect. Risk preference and financial literacy had positive but insignificant effects. The moderation test revealed that financial literacy significantly weakened the effect of confirmation bias on informational herding (β = -0.214; p = 0.032). However, the moderating effect of financial literacy on the relationship between finfluencer expertise and risk preference was insignificant.155 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

The Relationship between Workload and Workstress with Turnover Intention Among Nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital
High workload and work-related stress can lead to both physical and mental strain on nurses. This condition contributes to an increased intention among nurses to leave their jobs (turnover intention). This study aims to examine the relationship between workload and work stress with turnover intention among nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital. This research applied a descriptive-analytic design and was conducted at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital between January and April 2025. The population consisted of all inpatient nurses, with a sample of 73 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Pearson’s product-moment correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the Pearson correlation test indicated a significant relationship between workload and turnover intention among nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Similarly, a significant relationship was found between work stress and turnover intention, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the most influential indicator on nurses’ turnover intention was problems with patients (β = 0.246).183 PagesTesis Magiste
Smoking Detection System Using YOLO11 with Automatic Notification Via Telegram
Indonesia ranks fourth globally in terms of the highest number of smokers as of 2025. Exposure to cigarette smoke poses health risks not only to active smokers but also adversely affects passive smokers due to the toxic substances contained in the smoke. To address this issue, the government has enacted Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Smoke-Free Areas (Kawasan Tanpa Rokok). However, its implementation remains hindered by ineffective and limited manual monitoring. This research aims to develop a system for detecting individuals who are smoking by utilizing the You Only Look Once version 11 (YOLO11). The system is designed to automatically detect cigarettes, followed by triggering a voice warning and sending instant notifications through a Telegram Bot. The model was trained using a dataset of cigarette images and evaluated to measure its effectiveness in object detection. The evaluation results show that the system achieved an accuracy of 85%, with a precision of 90%, recall of 92%, and F1-score of 90%. In real-time testing, the system demonstrated an average response time of 39.30 milliseconds and a processing speed of 7.20 frames per second, indicating relatively responsive performance. However, certain factors such as visual obstructions, suboptimal image quality, and object similarities still affect detection accuracy.81 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Analysis of Carbon Footprint of Transportation Sources at Household Level in Padang Bulan Village Medan Baru Subdistrict
Transportation is the second largest source of air pollution and a major contributor
to carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, contributing to climate change. Population
growth has led to a rise in the number of household transportation vehicles, which
is adjusted to the number of family members. Therefore, an indicator is needed to
describe the amount of carbon produced by each individual, known as the carbon
footprint, as determined by the IPCC in tons of CO2. Padang Bulan Village is a
densely populated area with educational, commercial, health, and service activities.
Therefore, the potential for transportation use is high. This study aims to analyze
the carbon footprint of household-level transportation sources, as well as the
knowledge, attitudes, and actions of household heads. This study uses a descriptive
survey. The sample consisted of 95 household heads using a purposive sampling
method. Based on the study, the majority of households own motorcycles (93,68%).
The most common type of fuel used for transportation is Pertalite. (74,7%) of
households produce a low carbon footprint, ranging from 0,192 to 1,951 tons of
CO2/year. Heads of households' knowledge of reducing the carbon footprint of
transportation sources was categorized as good (51,58%), attitudes toward
reducing their carbon footprint were categorized as positive (65,26%), and only
(28,4%) of heads of households had already reduced their carbon footprint. These
results indicate that relevant agencies need to educate the public about efforts to
reduce the carbon footprint of transportation sources and develop infrastructure
that can encourage people to switch from private transportation.157 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
The Going Concern Doctrine in Bankruptcy Proceedings Based on Law Number 37 of 2004 Concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (A Case Study of Supreme Court Decision Number 1434 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit Jo. 153/Pdt.Sus/Pkpu/2020/Pn.Niaga.Jkt.Pst.)
The going concern doctrine is a fundamental principle in accounting and bankruptcy law, which assumes the continued operation of a business entity despite financial distress. This study examines the application of the doctrine within the context of Indonesian bankruptcy law, as governed by Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU).
With a case study of Supreme Court Decision Number 1434 K/Pdt.Sus- Pailit/2020 jo. 153/Pdt.Sus/PKPU/2020/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. The research employs a normative legal method with a qualitative approach, involving analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials related to the going concern doctrine and the bankruptcy process.
The findings indicate that the going concern doctrine is implicitly regulated in the Bankruptcy and PKPU Law, particularly in Articles 104 and 179 paragraph
(1). The case study of PT Plaza Adika Lestari (PT PAL) reveals that although the Supreme Court rejected the composition plan due to procedural violations, the going concern principle was still implemented through a third-party acquisition that transformed Plaza Atrium into Millennium Mall. This research concludes that the going concern doctrine plays a strategic role in bankruptcy proceedings by maintaining the viability of debtors with economic potential. However, clearer legal provisions and better synergy among legal, accounting, and management aspects are needed to ensure its effective implementation.114 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Geographical Isolation in the Protection of Human Rights for Remote Indigenous Communities (KAT) in Indonesia: Challenges in the Implementation of International Human Rights Law
Uncontacted peoples or isolated indigenous peoples is part of indigenous communities living in geographically isolated areas heavily dependant on their respective surrounding local natural resources. Population of Indonesia’s isolated indigenous peoples is decreasing as the result of underdevelopment, asimilation, and land along with resources grab. The most relevant international human rights law to these issues faced by isolated indigenous peoples in Indonesia is Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), and International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) that has been ratified and legally enforced in Indonesia. Normative applications of human rights principles codified in ICCPR and ICERD face challenge such as assimilative approach of Indonesian national law and normative limitation of indigenous representation in central government. The practical applications of human rights principles codified in UDHR, ICCPR, and ICESCR by Indonesian government for isolated indigenous peoples rights face challenge in form of geographic isolation leading to issues such as underdevelopment, poverty, and evictions.126 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
