Analysis of Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) in the Avicennia marina Chloroplast Genome
Avicennia marina is one of the primary mangrove species in Indonesia's coastal regions, known for its high salinity tolerance and strong potential in ecosystem rehabilitation efforts. To support the conservation and management of this species, a comprehensive understanding of its genetic diversity is essential. This study aims to identify and analyze Simple Sequence Repeats (SSR) motifs within the chloroplast genome of A. marina using an in silico approach. Chloroplast genome sequences were retrieved from the NCBI database and analyzed through a bioinformatics pipeline consisting of quality control, trimming, genome assembly, and SSR identification using MISA software. The results revealed a total of 137 SSR loci across a 148,263 bp chloroplast genome, with a strong dominance of adenine (A) and thymine (T) mononucleotide motifs. Most SSRs were located in non-coding regions of the genome, indicating their potential as effective molecular markers. This study highlights the relevance of chloroplast SSRs for genetic and conservation research in mangrove species and provides a foundation for the development of specific primers to support more adaptive mangrove rehabilitation strategies.52 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Legal Problems of Marital Property After Divorce (Study of PT Decision No.486/PDT/2021/PT MDN)
In every human life, there will be no escape from a legal event starting from birth, marriage, and death. Humans will always interact and live life and continue to develop, one of which is marriage. With marriage, a legal relationship will arise for parents and children and property in marriage. However, a marriage does not always run harmoniously and may end in divorce. The formulation of the problem in this writing is how to regulate marital property according to Indonesian law, the division of marital property in the event of a divorce, legal analysis of the decision of PT No. 486 / PDT / 2021 / PT MDN
Research methods used in This research is Study Normative literature (library research ) namely study with method collect secondary data consisting of from material law, primary, secondary and tertiary. In this study, it was also carried out interview with the judge.
In a marriage, legal consequences arise in the form of marital property. The regulation of marital property is stipulated in Law Number 1 of 1974, Chapter VII, Articles 35 to 37; in the Civil Code (KUHPerdata) under Article 119; and in the Compilation of Islamic Law under Article 85. When it comes to the division of marital property in the event of a divorce, several determining aspects must be considered before a decision is made. The research findings indicate that although a property may be a gift from a parent, under certain conditions it can be categorized as joint property if there is an agreement or mutual contribution from both parties in its use. This is reflected in the panel of judges’ consideration, which stated that the court of first instance erred in assessing the status of the property.102 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Hybrid Renewable Energy System (PLTS & PLTBa) Design for Peak Load Shaving Function Using Homer Pro
Indonesia’s reliance on fossil energy, which accounts for over 80 % of the national energy mix, risks triggering an energy crisis and perpetually increasing subsidy burdens. To address this, the government has set a target of 23 % renewable energy in the national mix by 2025. Meanwhile, the education sector is also affected, as exemplified by the Digital Learning Center Building (DLCB), which consumes 905,194 kWh annually at a cost of IDR 714,684,603. This study analyzes the implementation of a Hybrid Renewable Energy System (HRES) integrated with the PLN grid from technical, economic, and peak-load-shaving perspectives. Technically, a 327 kWp PV array (448 modules) generates 379,070 kWh/year, while the wind turbine contributes only 31 kWh. The hybrid configuration comprising PV, wind, inverter, battery, and grid reduces grid consumption to 526,093 kWh and lowers the electricity bill to IDR 415,613,470, yielding annual savings of 379,101 kWh and IDR 299,489,790. Economically, the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) of IDR 3,860,478,200 increases to IDR 4,076,369,021 when discount and inflation rates are applied; the Cost of Energy (COE) rises from IDR 790 to IDR 965.14 per kWh, and the Payback Period (PBP) extends from 12.65 to 17.96 years. During peak demand, the HRES supplies 511.5 kWh of the 517 kWh required. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of HRES in reducing fossil-energy dependence and promoting a sustainable energy transition.110 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
The Phenomenon of Women Delaying Marriage "Late Marriage"
The phenomenon of women choosing to delay marriage (late marriage) is increasingly visible in modern Indonesian society, although patriarchal culture still strongly perceives marriage as a social obligation and a symbol of women's success. This study aims to identify the factors influencing adult women’s decisions to postpone marriage and to understand how they interpret this choice within the context of social pressure and patriarchal power relations. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and involves ten female informants over the age of 34, with at least a bachelor’s degree, stable employment, and monthly income above five million rupiah. The findings show that the decision to delay marriage is not an absolute rejection of the institution itself but rather a conscious and reflective action rooted in gender awareness. Influencing factors include traumatic or negative experiences related to marriage within the family or social environment, a desire to maintain economic independence and personal freedom, and difficulty finding a partner whose values align with their own. Informants still experience social pressures and stigmas such as the question “when will you get married?”, yet they manage to cope thanks to their economic capital, educational background, and critical awareness of gender inequality. From the perspective of Marxist feminist theory, this phenomenon is understood as women’s resistance to patriarchal and capitalist domination that places women in subordinate positions through the institution of marriage. Women choose to postpone marriage as a strategy to maintain control over their lives, define happiness independently, and reject traditional norms that restrict their roles. This study affirms that late marriage is not merely about delaying marriage but also reflects a shift in social values, where women become active agents negotiating their roles and happiness beyond the structural pressures of society.188 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
In-Silico Study: Anti-inflammatory Activity of Ethanol Extract of Rantiti Leaves (Cipadessa Baccifera (Roxb.Ex Roth) Miq.) Using Networking Pharmacology and Molecular Docking Methods
Background: Inflammation is the body's physiological response to infection and
tissue injury. Inflammation also initiates pathogen killing, tissue repair, and helps
restore homeostasis at the site of infection or injury. Acute inflammation is
characterized by swelling/edema, heat, redness, pain, and loss of tissue function as
a result of local immune system, vascular, and inflammatory cell responses to
infection or tissue injury.
Objective: To determine the anti-inflammatory activity of ethanol extract of
rantiti leaves using networking pharmacology and molecular docking methods.
Methods: The method used in this study is a descriptive study using In Silico to
determine the anti-inflammatory effects of Rantiti Leaves (Cipadessa baccifera
(Roxb.Ex Roth) Miq.) using network pharmacology and molecular docking. Tests
carried out include identification of target proteins from bioactive compounds,
Collection of Target Genes for Secondary Metabolite Compounds of Rantiti
Leaves, Collection of Anti-inflammatory Target Genes PPI (Protein Protein
Interaction), Making Cytoscapes, Selection of Protein Codes for Receptor and
Ligand Preparations, Validation of RMSD (Roat Mean Square Deviation),
Receptor and Ligand Docking, Analysis and Visualization of Receptor and Ligand
Interactions.
Results: This study identified four main target proteins, namely Protein IL 1 B
(Interleukin-1 beta), IL 6 (Interleukin-6), SRC (Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein
kinase Src), and TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor). Molecular docking experiments
showed that ten main compounds, namely Aucubin acid, Bracteatin, Communesin
H, Galactaric acid, Lynestrenol, Secologanin, Solanidine, Quercetin, Quercitrin,
and Zinnimidine have good affinity to 5R8O, 1ALU, 2H8H, and 3VHE. These

results indicate that rantiti leaves have the potential as herbal therapy in the
treatment of inflammation by modulating various molecular signaling pathways.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, the ethanol extract of rantiti leaves
shows potential as a natural anti-inflammatory agent. This is supported by the
results of molecular docking which show that the phytochemical compounds in it
are able to interact well, through hydrogen and hydrophobic bonds, with proteins
involved in the inflammatory pathway and immune system such as IL 1 B, IL 6,
SRC, and TNF. These interactions indicate the ability of the compound to act as a
biological inhibitor of the inflammation process. Thus, rantiti leaves have the
prospect of being further developed as an anti-inflammatory drug, although in
vitro, in vivo tests, as well as pharmacodynamic and toxicity analysis are still
needed to ensure their effectiveness and safety.105 PagesKertas Karya Diplom

Legal Liability of the Board of Directors of a Limited Liability Company for Unlawful Acts Resulting from Negligence by a Branch Office (Case Study of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) TBK, Kota Pinang)
Limited liability companies (Perseroan Terbatas) often establish branch offices to expand their operations. However, this can lead to negligence that may result in unlawful acts committed by the branch office on behalf of the parent company toward third parties. This research addresses three primary issues: the duties and authority of the board of directors in managing a limited liability company; the board's accountability for negligence committed by a branch office; and the legal certainty of the board's responsibility for unlawful acts arising from negligence by the branch office in case No. 29/Pdt.G/2022/PN Rap. The research methodology employed is juridical-normative, using both legislative and case-based approaches, with secondary data obtained from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The board of directors has duties and authority in managing the limited liability company based on regulations such as the Limited Liability Company Law, the State-Owned Enterprises Law, the Banking Law, and other relevant regulations. The board is responsible for representing the company with a fiduciary duty principle. The board may be held accountable for negligence committed by the branch office since the branch office does not have a separate legal status from the parent company. The principle of vicarious liability can be applied if the branch office commits negligence that harms the parent company, which may lead to the board's accountability if it is proven that there were no adequate policies or supervision in place. The court decision No. 29/Pdt.G/2022/PN Rap provides legal certainty regarding corporate liability for the branch office's negligence; however, it does not extend to the personal accountability of the board of directors or the branch office head. The board's accountability only applies if it is proven that there were no internal policies or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regulating credit issuance and no internal supervision of the branch office.192 pagesSkripsi Sarjan
Revitalization PT KAI DIVRE Medan with the Addition of a New Function as a Railway Museum through Juxtaposition and Regional Approaches
Medan is one of the cities that is very rich in historical buildings and has a
highhistory,Medan is also one of the cities that inherited many former Dutch
colonial buildings that have high architectural value. However, in the midst of
the rapid development of time and times, many new buildings have emerged
that cover the value and beauty of heritage buildings so that people are less
familiar with the history and importance of Medan's urban growth, making this
building only a silent witness to a history.
Medan only has a few tourist destinations, therefore the Revitalization
Design of the Heritage Building with the addition of a new function, namely the
Railway Museum with the concept approach of Juxtaposition and Architecture
Regional which creates a synergy of harmony between old and new buildings,
is expected to make this heritage building a tourist destination so as to
increase the value and identity of the heritage building without destroying the
historical character of the building.
This study is expected to provide guidelines for revitalizing heritage
buildings in Medan optimally to create a visual and functional balance. This
study is also expected to maintain other heritage identities through the
addition of functions that are relevant to the needs of today's society, and also
as a guide to maintain, preserve, and utilize historical heritage in Medan on an
ongoing basis.228 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
Legal Protection of Bank Customers Against Misuse of Customer Identity for Fictitious Financing (Study at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Setiabudi and PT Bank Nano Syariah Medan)
Islamic banks function as financial institutions that collect and distribute public funds to meet societal needs and facilitate payment system mechanisms across all economic sectors. Fictitious financing is a form of fraudulent activity within banking operations, often committed by internal parties, which results in financial losses for both customers and the bank itself. This issue highlights the importance of bank accountability toward customers who suffer losses due to the misuse of their identities in fictitious financing schemes. This study seeks to address the following research questions: (1) What categories of financing can be classified as fictitious financing in Islamic banking? (2) How is the bank held accountable for identity misuse committed for fictitious financing in Islamic banking? and (3) What legal protections are afforded to bank customers whose identities are misused in fictitious financing?
The research method used in this thesis is normative juridical research, focusing on the analysis of applicable legal norms. The data sources consist of secondary data supported by primary data obtained through interviews.
The results of this study indicate that fictitious financing is classified based on the elements outlined in Article 63 paragraph (1) of the Islamic Banking Law. Bank accountability toward affected customers is governed by Article 1365 and Article 1367 of the Indonesian Civil Code, Article 19 paragraph (1) of the Consumer Protection Law, and Article 10 paragraph (1) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) Number 22 of 2023, which affirm the bank’s responsibility for unlawful acts committed by its employees due to the hierarchical relationship between employer and employee. Furthermore, the legal protection of customers affected by fictitious financing is regulated under Article 29 paragraph (2) of the Banking Law, Article 35 paragraph (1) of the Islamic Banking Law, Article 3 of POJK Number 22 of 2023, and POJK Number 12 of 2024.Pages 157Skripsi Sarjan
