Identification of Factors Influencing Online Child Sexual Abuse among Adolescents in the Working Area of Sunggal Public Health Center
Adolescents tend to share personal information online without understanding the consequences of data disclosure, exposing them to the risk of online sexual violence. The risk of online child sexual abuse among adolescents has become a concerning phenomenon as it can affect their well-being and psychological development. Affected adolescents are at risk of social isolation, difficulty in forming interpersonal relationships, and increased susceptibility to cyberbullying. This study aims to identify the factors influencing online child sexual abuse among adolescents in the working area of Medan Sunggal Public Health Center. A descriptive quantitative research design was employed, using accidental sampling techniques to involve 115 adolescents. The study results indicate that regarding internet usage, the majority of adolescents (58.3%) exhibited mild compulsive behavior. In terms of victimization, most adolescents (84.3%) had never experienced online sexual violence. Concerning parental bonding, nearly half of the adolescents (45.2%) showed affectionate conflict. The study identified three main factors influencing online child sexual abuse: repetitive internet use without rational motivation as a means of identity compensation, online sexual violence victimization that impairs adolescents' ability to recognize dangerous situations. and inconsistent parental bonding, which poses a risk to adolescent development.96 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

Background: Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are medical conditions
caused by various pathogens, including bacteria, viruses, parasites, protozoa, and
fungi, which are primarily transmitted through sexual contact. In Papua Barat
Province, the prevalence of STIs has emerged as a critical public health concern.
The region’s complex geographical landscape and limited infrastructure present
substantial challenges to the effective prevention and control of these infections.
Addressing these issues requires comprehensive strategies that consider both the
epidemiological aspects of STIs and the unique contextual factors affecting
healthcare acces in the region.
Objective: This study aims to identify and analyse drug utilization and the
rationality of drug in the therapy of sexually transmitted infections at the Regional
general Hospital of Fakfak Regency, in accordance with the 2016 Natiobal for
Management of Sexually Transmitted Infection Therapy.
Method: This Study was a non-experimental, descriptive study with a
quantitative approach, with data were collected retrospectively using medical
records from the year 2023. The data were then analysed using a descriptive,
analytical design and processed with Microsoft Excel in the form of percentages.

Breach of Contract in Online Merchandise Personal Shopper Services Business: A Perspective of the Civil Code and the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions
The rapid development of information technology has fostered the emergence of various forms of electronic transactions, including the practice of merchandise proxy buying services (jastip) conducted online. This phenomenon creates a legal relationship between the consignor (the person requesting the service) and the consignee (the service provider), often without a formal written agreement but through electronic contracts. This research aims to analyze the legal framework governing such agreements, identify the forms of breach of contract (wanprestasi), and evaluate the legal liability arising from those breaches.
This research employs a normative juridical method supported by field research, with a descriptive approach. The data used consists of primary data, obtained through interviews with online personal shopper (jastip) practitioners such as @tarishaa_ and @jastipinsist_, as well as secondary data. Data collection techniques include literature study and case study, by examining primary legal materials such as the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata), Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2014 on Trade, and Government Regulation Number 80 of 2019 on Trade Through Electronic Systems. Secondary legal materials include literature, legal journals, and expert opinions.
The findings indicate that the online merchandise proxy agreement is a hybrid contract that includes elements of deposit agreements, power of attorney, and sale and purchase agreements, and is legally valid under Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and Article 46 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019. Common forms of breach include delayed delivery, non-conforming goods, and failure to refund payments. The consignee bears civil liability under Articles 1234 and 1243 of the Civil Code, and disputes may be resolved through either litigation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Therefore, legal protection for the consignor is crucial to ensure certainty and justice in electronic transactions.128 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

Analysis of Factors Affecting Crime Rates in North Sumatra Using Multiple Linear Regression Method
Crime is a social issue that is often encountered across various segments of society and is felt by every country, including Indonesia, in a global context. Although Indonesia is considered a safe country to visit, many Indonesians still experience criminal acts. The purpose of this research is to identify the various factors influencing criminal behavior, analyze the impact of each factor, and determine the relationship between the related variables. This research uses multiple linear regression methods on secondary data obtained from BPS North Sumatra. After the data is processed using multiple linear regression, the regression equation obtained is: Ŷ = -15.988 + 0.530X1 - 0.550X2 - 0.004X3 - 0.038X4. After obtaining the regression equation, a simultaneous test can be conducted, resulting in F count (0.490) < F table (6.59), which means there is no effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously.55 PagesKertas Karya Diplom
