Estrategias de prevención del Online Grooming: Incorporando la mirada de las víctimas
Get PDFIntroducción: La prolífica investigación sobre los factores de riesgo y el modus operandi del online grooming (Webster et al., 2012), con frecuencia incorporando la perspectiva de la víctima (Whittle et al., 2014), no se ha visto acompañada de un análisis sobre las mejores estrategias de prevención. Éstas corren el riesgo de no conectar con las inquietudes de los adolescentes y de incluso, culpabilizar a las víctimas por sus deseos de explorar (Karian, 2014). El presente trabajo aborda la percepción de los jóvenes sobre la prevención de los riesgos de Internet incorporando al análisis su socialización en las redes sociales (Boyd, 2014), el modo en que valoran y protegen su intimidad, y la forma en que viven la emergencia de su sexualidad. La investigación se enmarca en el proyecto europeo RAYUELA H2020, cuyo objetivo es combatir el cibercrimen a través de un videojuego educativo.
Método: Análisis de las narrativas (entrevistas en profundidad) de cinco jóvenes que han sido víctimas de Online grooming. Encuesta a 2000 adolescentes de la Comunidad de Madrid sobre riesgos de Internet.
Resultados: los resultados preliminares muestran en qué aspectos los jóvenes se sienten informados y en qué otros consideran que se debe profundizar. Existen elementos en los programas de prevención que entran en conflicto con sus hábitos, como la insistencia en la privacidad (que choca con el deseo de reconocimiento social que pasa por publicar cuestiones personales), los engaños en la identidad (algo que no siempre se valora como negativo) o la forma de abordar el intercambio de material sexual.
Discusión: Con los datos obtenidos, se discute la incorporación en la prevención del online grooming de estrategias no abstencionistas sobre las expresiones sexuales y de opciones de privacidad que posibiliten mantener unos niveles adecuados de socialización. También se anima a realizar evaluaciones/grupos de discusión en las propias intervenciones de prevención para democratizarlas, incorporando la visión de los jóvenes.Introduction: Prolific research on the risk factors and modus operandi of online grooming (Webster et al., 2012), often incorporating the victim's perspective (Whittle et al., 2014), has not been accompanied by an analysis of the best prevention strategies. These run the risk of failing to connect with adolescents' concerns and even, blaming victims for their desire to explore (Karian, 2014). The present work addresses young people's perception of Internet risk prevention by incorporating into the analysis their socialization in social networks (Boyd, 2014), the way they value and protect their privacy, and the way they experience the emergence of their sexuality. The research is part of the European project RAYUELA H2020, which aims to combat cybercrime through an educational video game.
Method: Analysis of the narratives (in-depth interviews) of five young people who have been victims of online grooming. Survey of 2000 adolescents in the Community of Madrid on Internet risks.
Results: Preliminary results show in which aspects young people feel informed and in which others they consider should be deepened. There are elements in the prevention programs that conflict with their habits, such as the insistence on privacy (which clashes with the desire for social recognition that involves publishing personal matters), identity deception (something that is not always seen as negative) or the way of dealing with the exchange of sexual material.
Discussion: With the data obtained, we discuss the incorporation in the prevention of online grooming of non-abstentionist strategies on sexual expressions and privacy options that make it possible to maintain adequate levels of socialization. No full textA través de los siglos la figura mitológica de la hechicera Circe ha representado el encantamiento, la brujería y el peligro que las mujeres con conocimientos suponían para los hombres. Desde el siglo XIX, a partir de las representaciones prerrafaelitas de Circe en las pinturas de John William Waterhouse, el interés por este personaje se ha renovado, evolucionando hacia sentidos y significados que han generado nuevos encuadres que sustentan un discurso de corte feminista. En nuestra comunicación proponemos un análisis interdiscursivo de las representaciones contemporáneas de Circe en la pintura, redes sociales, el cómic, el cine y la literatura mediante la alineación del encuadre de este mito para ajustarse a una nueva narrativa.Through the centuries, the mythological figure of the sorceress Circe has represented enchantment, witchcraft, and the danger that knowledgeable women posed to men. Since the 19th century, from the pre-Raphaelite representations of Circe in the paintings of John William Waterhouse, interest in this character has been renewed, evolving towards new meanings and a new framing that support a feminist discourse. No full textArtículos en revistaspGiven the scarcity of instruments in Spanish to measure forgiveness, two studies were conducted in this population to obtain validity evidence of the Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS), an instrument that measures dispositional forgiveness of self, others, and situations. In the first study, 203 students (65% women) participated. After ensuring the linguistic adequacy and clarity of the wording of the items, a lack of congruence was found between the factors obtained in the exploratory factor analysis and the original theoretical structure of the HFS. A sample of 512 participants (63.9% women) attended the second study. This study aimed to analyze the construct validity of the HFS using confirmatory factor analysis through structural equation modelling and to explore convergent, discriminant, and criterion validity. Of the different factorial configurations tested (including the original), only a scale reduction to eight items, grouped into three factors, showed an appropriate fit. The HFS eight-item version also showed acceptable internal consistency, adequate convergent and discriminant validity, and criterion validity with respect to related variables. These
findings suggest that the eight-item version of the HFS may be a valid and reliable tool for assessing forgiveness for self, others, and situations in Spanish adults.info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersio

Y hacerlo en todo escenario, en y ante cualquier situación, concurra quién concurra. Tanto en la fase estática como en la dinámica o propiamente de ejecución de la garantía, a la par de institutos como la transmisión fiduciaria o el pacto marciano. El hecho de que éste goce de un poder inmediato y directo sobre el bien o derecho objeto de la garantía (incluso sobre un valor global y heterogéneo de bienes y activos que pueden mutar), pudiendo utilizarlo, disponer, en ciertas modalidades de garantías mobiliarias, así como una tutela preferencial en el más estricto de los conceptos, le confiere un poder de agresión y realización en sintonía con el debilitamiento simultáneo de las pretensiones de otros acreedores. Un poder que no requiere de la posesión material, pues ésta no exterioriza en puridad el derecho real de garantía. No es esa su función. Lo cual no quiere decir que el tipo de posesión no acabe modalizando y perimetrando el alcance real de los derechos y esfera de influencia que el acreedor puede desarrollar sobre el bien pignorado. Preservación y conservación de una garantía mobiliaria no posesoria, sustituible en su objeto bajo continentes claros de cuantía y tiempo, no atentan contra la esencia misma de la garantía. Pero sí frente a rancios prejuicios, formalismos y trincheras dogmáticas de antaño. Hoy el traslado posesorio al acreedor es residual, poco productivo y más oneroso que si el bien o activo permanece en poder del deudor y forma parte de una unidad productiva de la índole que sea. Tratado de la Prenda, cuestiona, zahiere, propone y critica, pero también analiza y estudia el marco actual y proyecta soluciones de futuro.The function and basis of all security rights, whether movable or not, is none other than to secure and immunise the creditor's right against all claims to property, including personal claims.
