No full textIndonesia is a country that is rich in natural beauty and diverse cultures, so that in this country we can see that there are many tourist attractions, both cultural tourism and natural tourism. With this, the role of villages is very necessary, especially in managing tourist villages, especially in Pacitan Regency. Apart from that, a phenomenon was also found that from 2021 until now there is a problem with funds, this is because the village budget has been used up for the needs of handling Covid in the form of direct assistance to communities affected by Covid. So that construction to maximize tourist attractions was temporarily stopped. Research shows that the management of natural tourist attractions in Pacitan Regency is running well, as the government has provided supporting facilities and infrastructure, but there are several obstacles, namely the difficulty of implementing water sports in this area. The method used in community service program activities is based on the asset based approach (ABA). The activity stages include field observations, drafting material requirements and implementation, licensing, implementation of service, evaluation, up to the final report. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that several things could be done to implement nature-based water tourism in the Wonodadi Kulon Village area, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency. (1) Development of water tourism objects can be done by adding tourist variations such as canoes and water boats; (2) Development of transportation infrastructure by improving road access to tourist attractions which is still not good; (3) Development of capital assistance for activities by seeking sponsors in various sectors; and (4) Development of facilities and infrastructure that support tourism activities by rejuvenating facilities and innovating facilities that do not yet exist, such as parks and rest areas for tired visitors

Imbalan bagi para guru ini biasanya tertuang dalam sistem kompensasi yang telah diatur oleh lembaga pendidikan baik itu kompensasi yang sifatnya material seperti gaji, tunjangan, insentif, dan sebagainya maupun yang bersifat non material seperti asuransi kesehatan, lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, fasilitas kerja yang menunjang, dan sebagainya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan maksud agar para guru tersebut mendapatkan imbalan yang layak dan dapat mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Pemberian kompensasi yang sesuai ini diharapkan mampu menunjang kinerja guru pada lembaga pendidikan tempat mereka bernaung. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan model problem based learning. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu, planning, action, observation dan reflection. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV UPTD SDN 2 Rajabasa Baru yang terdiri dari 26 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dimulai dari tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keaktifan peserta didik dinilai berdasarkan partisipasi dalam diskusi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan kerjasama dalam kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahap prasiklus persentase keaktifan sebesar 46,15%, siklus I sebesar 73,08% dan pada siklus II sebesar 88,46%. Hasil belajar diukur menggunakan tes tertulis. Pada tahap prasiklus persentase hasil belajar sebesar 42,30%, siklus I sebesar 65,38% dan siklus II sebesar 84,62%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan tercapainya indikator keberhasilan dengan kategori sangat baik. Simpulannya yaitu penggunaan model problem based learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPAS peserta didik

No full textThe potential that exists in each region is often not fully utilized, especially in relation to the development of village tourism, including in Wonodadi Kulon village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency, East Java Province. One of the village potentials that can be developed is village tourism based on river water sports. Through Community Service Program activities, it is hoped that existing resources can be optimized so that the village becomes a tourist village based on river water sports. The Community Service Program will be implemented from October to November 2023 in Wonodadi Kulon Village, Ngadirojo District, Pacitan Regency, East Java Province. The method used in community service program activities is based on the asset-based approach (ABA). The activity stages include field observations, drafting material requirements and implementation, licensing, implementation of service, evaluation, up to the final report. The general results of the activity were that training and mentoring activities related to the development of village tourism based on river water sports were carried out with 35 participants. Activity material includes introduction to river water sports, management, water sports facilities and infrastructure, prevention and first aid for accidents, as well as publication and marketing using social media. No full textBased on the observations made, problems were found including accounting records that were still manual and a lack of understanding regarding accurate software. The lack of expertise in the use of technology in the accounting process creates a new problem, which is difficult to get a decent job for job seekers. Among job seekers, there are various educational backgrounds, ranging from high school graduates, vocational schools, as well as undergraduate graduates from various universities. The Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University Community Service Center conducts training on Accurate accounting software for teachers and vocational students in Sidoarjo. Training is provided using Accurate software. The purpose of this training is to provide training to teachers and students in understanding and operating various features in Accurate related to transaction accounting which are expected to improve skills in using this software. The method in this service uses the PAR method which involves the teacher. The stages of implementing community service use the PAR method, namely initial mapping, implementation, and monitoring/evaluation. The results of the service carried out at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo went smoothly and the teachers succeeded in increasing teachers' understanding in using accurate applications

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yaitu peneliti melakukan review dan identifikasi jurnal-jurnal sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada. Metode pengumpulan artikel jurnal ini bersumber dari Google Scholar, Garba Rujukan Digital (GARUDA), dan Publish or Perish. Pengumpulan data artikel memakai metode Population, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome (PICO). Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa analisis jabatan dan desain pekerjaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Analisis jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompetensi organisasi. Kemudian analisis jabatan juga berperan penting dalam penentuan isi dari jabatan yang terdiri dari tugas yang akan dikerjakan, tanggung jawab, keterkaitan antara jabatan satu dengan yang lain, dan syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Selain itu analisis jabatan diperlukan untuk memahami spesifikasi jabatan, deskripsi kerja, lama waktu kerja, dan gaji karyawan. The principal ought to pay more attention to the teacher's labor discipline because this is an ongoing issue. The principal must possess a strong spirit of leadership in order to effectively discipline teachers who fail to perform their duties. The goals of the study that was done are as follows: 1) comprehending the principal's leadership role in enhancing teacher and employee work discipline; 2) being aware of the challenges the principal faces in enhancing teacher and employee work discipline. This study employs a subjective engagement methodology and a writing survey technique to select information from books, journals, and articles related to the subject under investigation. The review reveals that the principal's responsibility for further developing the work discipline of educators and education personnel consistently fosters a sense of responsibility, particularly as a pioneer, superintendent, and inspiration in the school climate. No full textIn language, reading ability is an important basis in the learning process. Moreover, the ability to read must be mastered by every student. The implementation of offline learning after the Covid 19 pandemic, many students in elementary school especially lower grades were able to sound out letters even though they did not understand the text they were reading. Students had lack of ability to read and difficult to understand for them to receive learning material. Then, it is necessary to utilize technology which has developed rapidly every day in learning process. By bringing up new innovations regarding the Scrabble game learning media in elementary school students’ reading, this research aims to motivate the reading process of elementary school students. This game can motivate students to read vocabulary with concrete objects related to their daily life, including the environment around them. This research uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The results of this research show that students obtained a score of 91% (Very Good), class teachers 94% (Very Good), and 96% (Very Good) from teachers in the Computer Science Technology subject. It is proven from the results of obtaining these scores that the Scrabble game can be used as a reading support material for elementary school students

No full textAs is the case in other regions, the management of waqf land in the Penataran Sewu Branch, Sidoarjo is not yet optimal, even though it has great potential if managed properly. This is caused by the knowledge, insight and skills of the Sweu Penataran Branch in managing waqf land to become productive rice field rentals and making waqf land as a medium of da'wah which is still limited. Therefore, a community service program was carried out with the aim of the Muhammadiyah leadership and members launching the Sewu Upgrading. To achieve the goal, several methods of activity were used including coordination, counselling, training, as well as mentoring and monitoring evaluation. The results of the community service program show that the community service program has been carried out well, with organized land waste management and the provision of independent treatment by members who grumble at Muhammadiyah who are productive. Muhammadiyah leaders and members gain knowledge, insight and skills in managing waqf land into productive land so that it can become a media for da'wah bil hal and become an example for the community and other branches in managing waqf lan
