    Sugarcane is a crop that requires a number of processing steps from planting to harvesting. Green productivity is a viable option to increase the productivity and sustainability of sugarcane. Various planting methods, management strategies (fertilisation), insect/pest and disease management options as well as management of adverse climatic conditions and waste management that not only improve soil fertility and sugarcane productivity are environmentally friendly and safe for the environment. Productivity in the sugarcane farming environment requires improvement so that the sugarcane management process does not adversely affect the environment. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect productivity and recommendations for improving green productivity. Cobb Douglass method to determine the factors in sugarcane farming that affect the sugarcane management process and green productivity is a strategy used to increase productivity and reduce the environmental impact of sugarcane fields. The results of this study found that the output elasticity value of sugarcane farm labour input symbolized (β) in the 2021-2022 period was smaller than the input of raw materials (α), which was 0.39 in units of million rupiah. Based on this, it can be concluded that the input that has the greatest influence on the productivity of sugarcane farmers is labour, as evidenced by the smallest elasticity value, which means that it has a large influence on productivity.     THE USE OF THE ATUMICS METHOD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGNS FOR WOMEN'S LEATHER BAGS

    Abstract: Leather bags are popular consumer products, frequently undergoing innovations to meet evolving aesthetic preferences and market demands. While leather artisans continuously experiment with new designs, integrating traditional and contemporary styles remains an underexplored area, especially in the application of batik printing on leather. To address this knowledge gap, this study seeks to enhance leather bag designs by incorporating batik printing, aiming to modernize traditional motifs and elevate the cultural value of these products. Using the ATUMICS method—a structured approach that harmonizes traditional and modern elements through Artifact, Technique, Utility, Material, Icon, Concept, and Shape criteria— the study examined the impact of adding batik printing designs on the feasibility and consumer appeal of leather bags. Findings reveal that leather bags with batik printing achieve higher feasibility scores, with product evaluations improving from 30–65% to 80–100% after applying the ATUMICS method, based on a questionnaire completed by ten experienced artisans. Validity and reliability tests yielded values (validity: 0.716–0.967; reliability: Cronbach's Alpha 0.885) that confirm the robustness of the instrument used. The novelty of this research lies in demonstrating the potential of batik-printed leather bags as a culturally resonant, modern product for broader markets. Implications suggest that integrating traditional patterns with contemporary aesthetics can revitalize interest in leather crafts and serve as a model for other traditional crafts, providing artisans with valuable insights into product differentiation and market adaptation. Future research should expand on design variations in form and color to further enhance the diversity of leather bag offerings and maintain the cultural significance of traditional art forms in modern fashion

    IOT-BASED VANAME SHRIMP WATER QUALITY MONITORING PROTOTYPE USING GOOGLE SPREADSHEET

    General Background: Effective monitoring of water quality is crucial in shrimp farming, as poor conditions can lead to significant harvest failures. Specific Background: The integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technology provides a promising solution for continuous water quality assessment, enabling farmers to monitor conditions remotely. Knowledge Gap: Despite advancements in monitoring technologies, there is limited research on the practical implementation of IoT-based systems in aquaculture settings, particularly for Vannamei shrimp. Aims: This study aims to develop an IoT-based water quality monitoring tool using a combination of sensors and cloud-based data storage to enhance shrimp farming productivity. Results: The system incorporates DS18B20, pH, and conductivity sensors linked to an Arduino Uno and NodeMCU ESP8266, successfully transmitting data to Google Sheets. The TDS sensor, DS18B20 sensor, and robotic DF pH sensor demonstrated accuracies of 98.59%, 98.59%, and 94.89%, respectively, with standard deviations indicating good reliability. Novelty: The proposed system offers a user-friendly interface via Google Sheets, allowing real-time monitoring without geographical constraints, making it accessible for farmers. Implications: The findings underscore the potential of IoT technologies in aquaculture for optimizing water quality management, thereby maximizing shrimp production and minimizing economic losses due to harvest failures. This innovative approach could serve as a model for future research and application in sustainable aquaculture practices

    THE APPLICATION OF MOTION AND SONG IN IMPROVING THE ABILITY TO MEMORIZE ASMAUL HUSNA IN CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS

    Objective: This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the movement and song method in enhancing the memorization and understanding of Asmaul Husna in children aged 5–6 years. Methods: A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews with principals, teachers, and students, and documentation. The research subjects included kindergarten students and educators at RA Darun Najah Sukodono. Data validity was ensured using triangulation techniques by combining information from various sources. Data analysis involved summarization, thematic identification, and presentation of findings. Results: The findings reveal that incorporating physical movement and singing into the learning process makes memorizing Asmaul Husna engaging and effective. This method actively involves children, enhances their emotional engagement, supports motor development, and improves their ability to understand the meaning of Asmaul Husna. Despite these benefits, challenges include time constraints and varying levels of parental support in reinforcing the method at home. Novelty: This study demonstrates the unique integration of movement and song as a fun, developmentally supportive, and culturally relevant approach to teaching religious content to early childhood learners.     Objective: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on the topic of animal classification based on food type at SDN 15 Pulau Rimau, addressing the low achievement caused by traditional teaching methods. Method: A classroom action research approach was employed, utilizing scientific models and visual media to enhance understanding and engagement. The research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through descriptive analysis, in collaboration with the classroom teacher. Results: The use of scientific models and image media significantly improved student participation and learning outcomes. Observations during both cycles showed increased student engagement and a better grasp of the material. Novelty: This study contributes to the field by demonstrating the effectiveness of combining scientific teaching models with visual aids to foster active learning and improve academic performance, particularly in science education

Principals do not only function as administrative officials who sign off on policies, but also play an important role in building the ethos of the institution and planning its future direction. The purpose of this study is to provide school principals with some ideas and insights into the different types of leadership and communication patterns they can use to achieve their set learning goals in order to adapt to the current state of education, taking into account all the points from the description given above. This investigation utilized a literature review methodology, which falls under the category of qualitative research. Based on the discussion given, it can be concluded that a principal's social communication skills have a significant effect on leadership effectiveness and problem solving in the classroom.     IMPROVING THE RESULTS OF GRADE V STUDENTS IN SCIENCE LESSONS WITH THE FOOD CHAIN AND FOOD WEBS MATERIAL THROUGH AUDIO VISUAL AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 3 KARANGANYAR

    Objective: This study aims to enhance the academic performance of fifth-grade students in understanding food chains and food webs through the implementation of audio-visual media at UPTD SDN 3 Karanganyar. Initial data revealed that only 21.73% of students (5 out of 23) met the competency threshold, with an average class score of 41.73. Method: Conducted as a Classroom Action Research (CAR) study, the research spanned two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. The study involved 23 fifth-grade students. Results: The integration of audio-visual media resulted in significant improvements in students’ learning outcomes. The average score increased from 57.39% in Cycle 1 to 89.56% in Cycle 2, indicating substantial enhancement in students' comprehension of food chains and food webs. The use of audio-visual tools fostered an interactive and engaging learning environment, promoting active participation and deeper understanding. Novelty: This research highlights the effectiveness of audio-visual media as an innovative pedagogical tool for improving science education outcomes in elementary schools. It emphasizes the role of interactive media in enhancing conceptual understanding and recommends its broader application in similar educational settings

    East Java is still facing nutritional and child health problems. It is important for society, especially young mothers, to realize how important the nutritional needs of children are. This is because a child's nutritional condition directly affects their physical and mental growth and development. From an early age, it is important to monitor the child's development regularly. In an effort to obtain high-quality human resources, this is done. The growth of the golden period, or golden age, occurs during the first five years of a child's life. Monitoring development from an early stage is crucial to obtaining the right information to provide the right stimulation and nutrition. In the service of this community, we use the method of measuring the nutritional status of young people at Aisyiyah Kempantren Sidoarjo. We used anthropometric standards of weight based on age (Body fat/age) and height based upon age (Height/age), as defined by the WHO. The results showed that 91.89% (68 people out of 74 young people) had good nutritional status, and 8.11% of 6) had better nutritional/obesity status.
