Capital psicológico, carga de trabajo y síndrome de burnout: estudio asociativo en docentes de educación formal
No full textLa docencia es una profesión estresante. Contar con los recursos del capital psicológico permite responder con eficacia a las demandas de esta profesión sin perjudicar el bienestar. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la relación entre el CP, la carga de trabajo y el SB en docentes de educación formal de la ciudad de Pereira en el año 2024. Estudio cuantitativo, con estrategia asociativa, transversal y muestreo no probabilístico, en el que participaron 119 docentes de instituciones públicas y privadas. Se usó un cuestionario ad hoc, el IPSICAP-24, la Escala de Carga de Trabajo y el Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS) adaptado a población colombiana. Se realizaron análisis descriptivos y correlaciones a través de software estadístico JASP® 0.19.3. Se observaron medias elevadas en las dimensiones del CP. La carga de trabajo se ubicó en niveles intermedios, mientras que el SB mostró puntuaciones moderadas en agotamiento emocional y cinismo, y alta en eficacia profesional. Las variables presentaron correlaciones significativas. Los resultados se interpretan a la luz de la Teoría de la Conservación de los Recursos. Se discuten las limitaciones y los aportes teóricos. Se concluye que el CP ayuda a enfrentar los desafíos de una alta carga de trabajo actuando como recurso protector frente al SB.Teaching is a stressful profession. Having the resources of psychological capital allows us to respond effectively to the demands of this profession without compromising well-being. The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between CP, workload, and BS among formal education teachers in the city of Pereira in 2024. This quantitative study, with an associative, cross-sectional strategy and non-probability sampling, involved 119 teachers from public and private institutions. An ad hoc questionnaire, the IPSICAP-24, the Workload Scale, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS), adapted to the Colombian population, were used. Descriptive analyses and correlations were performed using JASP® 0.19.3 statistical software. High means were observed across the CP dimensions. Workload was at intermediate levels, while BS showed moderate scores for emotional exhaustion and cynicism, and high scores for professional efficacy. The variables presented significant correlations. The results are interpreted in light of the Conservation of Resources Theory. Limitations and theoretical contributions are discussed. Theoretical perspectives on subjective well-being: A Review
No full textEl bienestar subjetivo es un concepto psicológico que hace referencia a la evaluación global que las personas hacen de sus vidas, integrando tanto la satisfacción vital como el equilibrio entre emociones positivas y negativas. El objetivo del estudio fue explorar el constructo desde sus principales enfoques teóricos, identificando factores determinantes y desafíos en su investigación. Para ello, se revisaron los aportes de autores clásicos como Diener, Lyubomirsky y Kahneman, entre otros. Se concluye que el bienestar subjetivo, revisado desde diferentes perspectivas teóricas, enriquece la comprensión del constructo al articular factores individuales, sociales y contextuales, permitiendo una mirada que trasciende lo individual.Subjective well-being is a psychological concept that refers to people’s overall assessment of their lives, integrating both vital satisfaction and the balance between positive and negative emotions. The objective of the study was to explore the construct from its main theoretical approaches, identifying determinants and challenges in its research. For this, the contributions of classical authors such as Diener, Lyubomirsky and Kahneman, among others, were reviewed. It is concluded that the subjective well-being, reviewed from different theoretical perspectives, enriches the understanding of the construct by articulating individual, social, and contextual factors, allowing a perspective that transcends the individual.Introducción

Relación en sintomatología de ansiedad y depresión en adultos jóvenes que realizan AF leve, moderada y vigorosa en Pereira, Colombia.
No full textEl presente estudio tuvo como objetivo principal identificar las diferencias en los síntomas de ansiedad y depresión entre adultos jóvenes que realizan actividad física regular y aquellos que no la hacen. Se utilizó un diseño no experimental-transversal, con una muestra de 53 participantes de la ciudad de Pereira, seleccionados a través de un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, mediante la difusión de formularios digitales en redes sociales y círculos académicos. Se aplicaron los instrumentos Inventario de Depresión de Beck (BDI), el Inventario de Ansiedad Rasgo-Estado (IDARE), el cuestionario IPAQ (versión corta) y un cuestionario ad hoc para recoger información sociodemográfica.
El análisis de datos se realizó utilizando el software JASP 0.14.1. Se aplicó la prueba de Shapiro-Wilk para verificar la normalidad de los datos, encontrando una distribución no normal (p<0.05). Se llevaron a cabo análisis descriptivos y correlaciones de Spearman, además de una prueba U Mann Whitney para comparar diferencias por género. Los resultados mostraron que las mujeres reportan mayores síntomas de ansiedad-estado y depresión que los hombres. Además, se encontró una correlación negativa entre la actividad física y los niveles de ansiedad-rasgo y estado, así como con la depresión. De manera específica, la actividad vigorosa se asoció con menores síntomas de ansiedad y depresión.
En conclusión, la actividad física, especialmente de alta intensidad, reduce significativamente los síntomas de ansiedad y depresión, con un impacto positivo en la salud mental. Además, las mujeres presentan mayor tendencia a estos síntomas.The main objective of this study was to identify differences in anxiety and depression symptoms between young adults who engage in regular physical activity and those who do not. A non-experimental cross-sectional design was used, with a sample of 53 participants from the city of Pereira, selected through non-probability convenience sampling, by disseminating digital forms on social media and in academic circles. The Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (IDARE), the IPAQ (short version), and an ad hoc questionnaire were applied to collect sociodemographic information.
Data analysis was performed using JASP 0.14.1 software. The Shapiro-Wilk test was applied to verify data normality, finding a non-normal distribution (p < 0.05). Descriptive analyses and Spearman correlations were performed, as well as a Mann-Whitney U test to compare differences by gender. The results showed that women reported more symptoms of state anxiety and depression than men. Furthermore, a negative correlation was found between physical activity and levels of trait and state anxiety, as well as depression. Specifically, vigorous activity was associated with fewer symptoms of anxiety and depression. In conclusion, physical activity, especially high-intensity physical activity, significantly reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression, with a positive impact on mental health. VIDEO EN AUDIOPOEMA “Influencia del acompañamiento visual en la recepción emocional y simbólica de los audiopoemas”
No full textEste proyecto plantea un propósito novedoso al explorar el vínculo entre los audiopoemas y los videoclips, mostrando cómo la integración de ciertos componentes visuales puede transformar las experiencias emocionales y la forma en que el espectador lo siente. Exhibir los poemas sonoros, como manifestación moderna de la poesía recitada, junto a diferentes sonidos y melodías, brinda una vivencia sonora única y particular; no obstante, al sumarle un acompañamiento visual en formato de videoclip, se genera una atmósfera emocional e incluso sensorial, que puede realzar o cambiar el mensaje del poema y sobre todo, su aceptación. El análisis busca determinar por medio de preguntas y de reacciones, cómo los videoclips inciden en la interpretación de los audiopoemas, generando así lazos emocionales nuevos y mucho más intensos gracias a la imagen. A través de un enfoque cualitativo, se analizan ciertos gestos del público hacia el audiopoema con el videoclip, evaluando tanto las respuestas de la audiencia, como también las factibles reacciones y su lenguaje corporal para entender mejor la percepción del contenido que se presenta. Además, se considera cómo los elementos visuales tienen el potencial de enriquecer el mensaje poético. Esta investigación brinda una comprensión más extensa sobre la interacción entre lo sonoro y lo visual en la poesía, ofreciendo nuevas perspectivas sobre la evolución de la poesía actual y el rol que cumplen las imágenes en la interpretación y la valoración artística.This project proposes a novel approach by exploring the connection between audio poems and music videos, showing how the integration of certain visual components can transform emotional experiences and the viewer's perception. Showcasing sound poems, as a modern manifestation of recited poetry, alongside different sounds and melodies provides a unique and distinctive sonic experience; however, adding a visual accompaniment in the form of a music video generates an emotional and even sensorial atmosphere, which can enhance or change the poem's message and, above all, its acceptance. Through questions and reactions, the analysis seeks to determine how music videos influence the interpretation of audio poems, thus generating new and much more intense emotional bonds thanks to the image. Using a qualitative approach, we analyze certain audience gestures toward the audio poem and video clip, evaluating both audience responses and possible reactions and body language to better understand their perception of the content being presented. We also consider how visual elements have the potential to enrich the poetic message. This research provides a broader understanding of the interaction between sound and visuals in poetry. offering new perspectives on the evolution of contemporary poetry and the role that images play in artistic interpretation and appreciation.Tabla de contenido

No full textPara abordar los nuevos conceptos poéticos de una forma apropiada, es importante tener una comprensión integral del lenguaje poético en todas sus dimensiones, tanto históricas como contemporáneas. Esto implica romper con las barreras tradicionales y no limitarse a ver el poema como un simple manuscrito. Este proyecto busca analizar la fusión entre la poesía y el lenguaje cinematográfico. Se hizo uso de una metodología cualitativa donde se realizó un análisis de diversos autores y sus respectivas teorías donde abordan las posibilidades de la poesía en el mundo audiovisual. A través de presentar el guión del cortometraje “Ausencia”, inspirada en un poema personal, da vida a una producción con influencia nostálgica que fomenta la introspección.To appropriately approach new poetic concepts, it is important to have a comprehensive understanding of poetic language in all its dimensions, both historical and contemporary. This entails breaking down traditional barriers and not limiting oneself to viewing the poem as a simple manuscript. This project seeks to analyze the fusion between poetry and cinematic language. A qualitative methodology was used, analyzing various authors and their respective theories that address the possibilities of poetry in the audiovisual world. Sistema de información de perfilamiento profesional de inmigrantes
No full textEl proyecto "Informalidad laboral de los inmigrantes en Colombia" aborda desafíos que enfrentan los inmigrantes para integrarse al mercado laboral. La falta de acceso a oportunidades laborales, dificultad para validar sus habilidades y ausencia de canales de contacto son algunos de los obstáculos que perpetúan la informalidad laboral.
Para enfrentar estos desafíos, el proyecto propone el desarrollo de una plataforma web. Su objetivo principal es permitir a los inmigrantes acceder a empleos mediante el registro y su conexión directa con empleadores.
El resultado del proyecto es el desarrollo del portal SIPPI, un software con funcionalidades diseñadas para atender una necesidad específica. Se espera que contribuya a la reducción de los niveles de informalidad entre los inmigrantes. En conclusión, este proyecto no solo ofrece una solución tecnológica a un problema social, sino que también busca influir en la formulación de políticas que fortalezcan la integración laboral de los inmigrantes en Colombia.The project “Labor informality of immigrants in Colombia” addresses challenges faced by immigrants in integrating into the labor market. Lack of access to job opportunities, difficulty in validating their skills and lack of contact channels are some of the obstacles that perpetuate labor informality.
To address these challenges, the project proposes the development of a web platform. Its main objective is to enable immigrants to access jobs by registering and connecting them directly with employers.
The result of the project is the development of the SIPPI portal, a software with functionalities designed to address a specific need. It is expected to contribute to the reduction of informality levels among immigrants. In conclusion, this project not only offers a technological solution to a social problem, but also seeks to influence the formulation of policies that strengthen the labor integration of immigrants in Colombia.Pág.

Descripción de la relación entre sintomatología depresiva y consumo de marihuana en adultos emergentes: Pereira y La Virginia.
No full textEl estudio analiza la relación entre sintomatología depresiva y consumo de marihuana en adultos emergentes (22-29 años) de Pereira y La Virginia, Colombia, debido a la alta prevalencia de consumo en Risaralda y la escasez de investigaciones en esta población. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, transversal y descriptivo, evaluando a 100 participantes (50 consumidores y 50 no consumidores) mediante el ASSIST y la Escala de Hamilton. Los resultados muestran que las mujeres presentan mayor sintomatología depresiva, mientras que los hombres consumen más cannabis; además, el 80% de los consumidores de marihuana presentó síntomas depresivos frente al 48% de los no consumidores. El estudio destaca la necesidad de desarrollar programas preventivos e intervenciones en salud mental dirigidos a esta población, ya que la etapa de adultez emergente implica cambios y vulnerabilidades que pueden influir tanto en el consumo de sustancias como en la salud mental.This study analyzes the relationship between depressive symptoms and marijuana use in emerging adults (aged 22-29) from Pereira and La Virginia, Colombia, given the high prevalence of use in Risaralda and the paucity of research in this population. A quantitative, cross-sectional, and descriptive approach was used, evaluating 100 participants (50 users and 50 non-users) using the ASSIST and the Hamilton Scale. The results show that women present greater depressive symptoms, while men consume more cannabis; furthermore, 80% of marijuana users presented depressive symptoms compared to 48% of non-users. The study highlights the need to develop preventive programs and mental health interventions targeted at this population, since emerging adulthood entails changes and vulnerabilities that can influence both substance use and mental health.Tabla de contenido

No full textEl desarrollo del lenguaje en la primera infancia requiere una estimulación constante para un adecuado desarrollo de las competencias comunicativas. Esto no solo contribuye a que se presente una buena ejecución lingüística, sino que también ayuda a prevenir o tratar trastornos específicos del lenguaje entendido como aquellas alteraciones, desórdenes y disfuncionalidades que tienen lugar en el desarrollo de las competencias lingüísticas, que afectan la comunicación oral y la interacción social de los niños. El presente estudio busca analizar si las didácticas utilizadas por los docentes en el aula influyen en los trastornos específicos del lenguaje en niños de 5 a 6 años. Para ello, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica de investigaciones previas sobre los trastornos específicos del lenguaje, enfocándose en cómo estas didácticas se convierten en centro de atención e intervención para lograr mejoría en la ejecución lingüística. Los resultados destacan la importancia del aula como espacio de intervención clave para promover el desarrollo lingüístico.Language development in early childhood requires constant stimulation for adequate development of communicative skills. This not only contributes to good linguistic performance, but also helps prevent or treat specific language disorders understood as those alterations, disorders and dysfunctions that take place in the development of linguistic skills, which affect oral communication and social interaction of children. The present study seeks to analyze whether the didactics used by teachers in the classroom influence specific language disorders in children aged 5 to 6 years. To this end, a bibliographic review of previous research on specific language disorders was carried out, focusing on how these didactics become the center of attention and intervention to achieve improvement in linguistic performance. APROXIMACION BIOCLIMATICA PARA DISEÑO DE ESPACIO PUBLICO INTEGRADO A UN EDIFICIO MIXTO EN EL CENTRO DE MANIZALES.
No full textEl Presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo mostrar a través- de un caso de estudio, la aplicación de los conocimientos adquiridos en el transcurso de la especialización de Arquitectura Bioclimática en la universidad católica de Pereira, mediante el análisis de un posible rediseño del espacio público de la carrera 23 como eje articulador que se integre a la construcción de un edificio mixto 2.3 en el centro de la ciudad de Manizales, aprovechando al máximo para ambos temas, las condiciones climáticas de su entorno y así reducir su impacto ambiental y mejorar el bienestar de sus usuarios, teniendo en cuenta factores como la orientación, la ventilación, la iluminación natural y el uso de materiales sostenibles que conduzcan a una huella ecológica reducida, además de proporcionar un espacio tanto publico como interno más saludable y cómodo.
Se pretende pasar del proceso académico, a la aplicación real, al aprendizaje en sitio de la orientación y direccionamiento de los conceptos “simples” e importantes dentro de la aplicabilidad de los espacios sostenibles y confortables que se buscan fortalecer y exigir de alguna manera el rol del arquitecto en el espacio, sitio o lugar, buscando dar un sentido un poco distinto dentro de las prácticas y conceptos que se venían trabajando, que se tenían en mente y que hacían parte del diario vivir, entendiendo que debemos salirnos del molde y cambiar o quizás replantear la forma como pensábamos los proyectos, tomando conciencia de lo que estamos diseñando y dejar de hacer esa arquitectura industrializada, pensando en una arquitectura más bioclimática, más social y colaborativa con el entorno, de manera que se alcance sinergia con el medio que la rodea, se trata de SENTIDO COMÚN, en la que se Elimine el hacer por hacer, sino más bien, el hacer para crecer, el hacer para entender y el hacer para permanecer; aportar el granito de arena para potencializar la vida, la salud, la seguridad, la dignidad y el mejoramiento de las condiciones bioclimáticas de las propuestas arquitectónicas que se construyan.This paper aims to demonstrate, through a case study, the application of the knowledge acquired during the Bioclimatic Architecture specialization at the Catholic University of Pereira. This study analyzes a potential redesign of the public space of 23rd Street as a central axis that integrates with the construction of a 2.3 mixed-use building in downtown Manizales. This project takes full advantage of the climatic conditions of its surroundings, thus reducing its environmental impact and improving the well-being of its users. This takes into account factors such as orientation, ventilation, natural lighting, and the use of sustainable materials that lead to a reduced ecological footprint, in addition to providing a healthier and more comfortable public and internal space.
The aim is to move from the academic process to the actual application, to on-site learning of the orientation and direction of the "simple" and important concepts within the applicability of sustainable and comfortable spaces that seek to strengthen and demand in some way the role of the architect in the space, site or place, seeking to give a slightly different meaning within the practices and concepts that were being worked on, that were had in mind and that were part of daily life, understanding that we must break the mold and change or perhaps rethink the way we thought about projects, becoming aware of what we are designing and stop doing that industrialized architecture, thinking about a more bioclimatic architecture, more social and collaborative with the environment, so that synergy is achieved with the environment that surrounds it, it is about COMMON SENSE, in which doing for doing is eliminated, but rather, doing to grow, doing to understand and doing to remain; contribute their grain of sand to enhance the life, health, safety, dignity, and improvement of the bioclimatic conditions of the architectural proposals that are built.1.
