The Influence that Experience in Psychoeducation Practice Gives on the Autonomy of Psychiatric nurses
Get PDF精神科病棟に勤務する看護師の自律性について,心理教育実践経験の有無との関連とその要因を検討することを目的とした.精神科病院に勤務する看護師・准看護師122名を対象に専門職的自律性尺度を用い,一元配置分散分析にて比較検討した.その結果,心理教育実践経験のある者はない者に比べて自律性が高い傾向がみられた.心理教育で用いる技法を日常の患者との関わりに応用すること,心理教育の効果を感じることで,精神科看護師のやりがい,達成感につながり,心理教育実践が自律性向上の一助となることの示唆が得られた.The purpose of this study is to examine the differences in the autonomy levels of psychiatric nurses depending on whether they have any experience in practicing psychoeducation. We measured the levels of the autonomy of 122 nurses working at psychiatry by using the scale of professional autonomy. The one-way analysis of variance was used for the analysis. The result showed that the autonomy of the nurses who had practiced psychoeducation before tended to be higher than those who had not. By applying the communication technique used in psychoeducation to the usual care for patients, they were able to observe its effectiveness, and eventually felt the sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. Thus the study suggested that the practice of psychoeducation would help with the promotion of nurses’ individual autonomy.departmental bulletin pape
Quark Stars in a QCD-like Effective Theory
Get PDFThe spatial structure of quark Cooper pairs in two-flavor quark matter is investigated numerically
within the framework of a modified QCD-like effective model, in which the lattice-QCD-based
gluon propagator is used. The propagator is considered to include the nonperturbative effects
in the quenched QCD. We consider β-equilibrated quark matter with electric charge neutrality
condition. We find that the coherence length ε ～ 1:1 fm at low to moderate quark chemical
potential (0:2 < μ < 0:7 GeV). Cooper pair is considered to be bosonic at μ < 0:4 GeV, because
»=d < 1 in the region(d: interquark distance). Therefore, in the universe, the quark-Bose-Einstein
condensation may exist inside some of compact stars.
Furthermore, we investigate quark stars in our model. We find that, for example, at B^(1/4) =150MeV,
the maximum mass is 1:92Msun and its radius is 10:61km (Msun : solar mass, B : bag constant).departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF急速な高齢化の進展に伴う社会的課題の一つに認知症高齢者の増加がある．認知症高齢者数は，これまでの予測を大幅に上回り2012年300万人を突破した．これからの「認知症ケア」を担う看護師の育成は「老年看護学」教育において重要な課題である．「老年看護学」が看護基礎教育の中に位置づけられ22年が経過したが，これまで「認知症ケア」は何をどのように教授されてきたのかわからない．そこで，老年看護学教育初期（1990年代）中期（2000年代）現在（2010年以降）の老年看護学主要テキストをもとに「認知症ケア」に関する記述内容をレビューし，その変遷を探り今後の「認知症ケア」教育の方向性を検討した．There is one of the social subjects which elderly dementia people increased according to the rapidly aging society. The number of elderly dementia people exceeded greatly a prediction and over three million people in 2012. The promotion of nurses who bears “dementia care” in the future is an important point in “gerontological nursing ” education. Twenty-two years have passed, since “gerontological nursing ” is located in the basic nursing program. What how has been taught to “dementia care” up to now? A Report on Judo in The London Olympic Games
Get PDF第30回オリンピック大会柔道競技が7月28日から8月3日までの7日間,ロンドンにて開催され,了德寺学園より2名の選手が出場した.平岡拓晃が60㎏級で,学園選手初となる銀メダルを獲得し,福見友子が48㎏級で5位に入賞した.日本チーム全体では,金メダル1,銀メダル3,銅メダル3個という厳しい結果となった.北京オリンピック以後,世界ランキング制度導入など,大きな変革の波が押し寄せ,様々な面で日本柔道が十分に対応できなかったことが今回の結果につながったように思われる.次回のオリンピックに向けて,強化の当事者の1人としても, 金メダル獲得目指して努力していきたい.The 30th Olympic Games Judo competition was started on July 28 in London for 7 days until August 3, and two players from Ryotokuji Judo Team participated. Hiroaki Hiraoka won the first silver medal in 60 kg category for the Ryotokuji Judo Team and Tomoko Fukumi placed fifth in 48 kg category. Japanese Judo team took one gold, three silver, and three bronze medals in total. This result was very severe for the Japanese Judo. After the Beijing Olympics, the wave of the big change such as the world ranking system introduction flocked, and it seemed to be connected by various aspects for this result that Japanese Judo was not able to cope enough.

Bag Generation in a QCD-like Effective Theory

零温度且つ有限密度に於いて調べた。グルオン伝播関数として格子QCD データから抽出され、非摂動
効果を含んでいる関数を採用した。カイラル対称性の破れた一様な状態は、零密度真空より圧力が低く、
不安定であった。有限密度領域のある密度のカイラル対称相は、エネルギーが極小となり、且つ零密度
真空と圧力が等しく安定に存在し得る可能性が見いだされた。今回の研究結果から、一様にカイラル対
称性が回復した相に転移する以前に、特定のクォーク密度を有するカイラル対称性の回復した空間領域、
すなわちバッグとそれを取り囲むカイラル対称性の破れた真空領域の共存状態を想定することは無理の
ない論理的帰結であると考えられた。本モデルは一種の単純なバッグモデルを導くことが分かった。算
出されたバッグ定数(B) は、B^(1/4) = 210 MeV である。We investigate chiral symmetry breaking, its restoration and bag generation of two-flavor quark
matter within the framework of a QCD-like effective theory. In the theory we adopt the lattice-QCD
based gluon propagator, which includes nonperturbative effects in the quenched lattice calculation.
We find that, at finite quark density, uniform states with chiral symmetry breaking have negative
pressure with respect to nontrivial vacuum, and are therefore unstable. At some density in chiral
symmetry restored phase, the pressure equals to that of the vacuum. Furthermore, at the density, the
system lies in the lowest energy state. This phenomenon motivates an idea of a state that bags with
chiral symmetry restored ballance the surrounding the nontrivial vacuum. We find B
^(1/4) = 210 MeV
in the present model (B : bag constant). The bag constant B is related to the formation of chiral

The Relationship Between Reasons of Visiting Nurses' Resignation and Supports Inside and Outside the Office
Get PDF本研究は訪問看護師が離職を考える理由と職場内・外サポート体制との関連を検討し，訪問看護師の職務継続および訪問看護の質的向上への示唆を得ることを目的とした．調査は了解の得られたA県内訪問看護ステーション48ヶ所に勤務する訪問看護師203名に無記名自記式調査票を郵送し，同意が得られたものを分析した．
得られたデータを統計的に分析した結果，訪問看護師が離職を考える要因の1つとしてサポート体制が関連していること，離職を考えた時には職場内・外両方によるサポートが役立っていること，訪問看護ステーションでは職場内に比べて職場外サポートの活用が低いことが明らかになった．職場内・外のサポート体制を高めていくことが職務継続や訪問看護の質的向上へと繫がる1つの要因であることが示唆された．The present study investigates the relationship between reasons of visiting nurses’ resignation and supports of visiting nurses inside and outside the office. This paper further makes suggestions concerning some leads to visiting nurses’ continuation of the job and the qualitative progress of home visiting nursing. The authors sent a self-completed, anonymous questionnaire to 203 visiting nurses working at 48 home-visit nursing stations in A prefecture and conducted a statistical analysis of the responses. All the stations consented to this questionnaire survey and we used the responses from nurses who agreed to the conduct of this survey.
The results showed the following: Supporting systems were one of relevant factors when visiting nurses considered leaving their job; when visiting nurses decided whether or not to resign, supports inside and outside their workplaces were helpful; supports outside home-visit nursing stations were not made efficient use of as much as supports inside their workplace. These findings suggest that improving supporting systems inside and outside workplaces should be a factor which contributes to visiting nurses’ continuation of the job and the qualitative progress of home visiting nursing.departmental bulletin pape
Effect of Lymphatic Drainage Technique on Mental and Physical Health
Get PDF健康な成人女性8名を対象に両下肢のリンパドレナージュ法によるマッサ－ジを実施し，生体指標として，血流評価量，下肢径，バイタルサイン，唾液アミラーゼ活性，VASを実施前後に測定し，リンパドレナージュ法による心身への影響を明らかにすることを目的とした．その結果，下肢径はマッサージ後に有意に減少が認められた．血流評価量は足背に比して足先の血流評価量の低い者に血流の上昇が認められた．バイタルサインはマッサージの前後で有意な差は認められなかった．これらの結果より，リンパドレナージュ法によるマッサージにより下肢リンパ還流の促進による下肢径の減少が認められた．足先の血流の低い者の血流の改善に効果がある可能性があることがわかった．The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of lymph drainage visual analog scale of relaxation degree activity and vital signs, salivating amylase on blood flow, diameter of leg, in 8 healthy women. In this study, both legs were massaged for 20 minutes. Before and after the lymph drainage, Vital signs and the diameter of the leg were measured. Blood flow was also measured using a LSFG-ANV.
The major findings of this study as follows:①The diameter of the leg was significantly decreased before and after the lymphatic massage;②Relaxation levels were significantly increased after lymphatic massage.③There was no significant on vital signs before and after the lymphatic massage;④There was no significant difference in blood flow. Blood flow was increased on the people who showed low blood flow of the foot.
This study indicate that lymph drainage promote the reflux of lymph and promote psychological relaxation.
In this study, the following things are suggested. Lymph drainage is to facilitate the reflux of lymph. There is a possibility to improve the blood flow circulation. Lymph drainage also showed the possibility to improve the blood flow.departmental bulletin pape
Influence which the Experience Before a Student Nurse's Entrance has on a Healthy View
Get PDF看護学生の入学前の経験が健康観に与える影響について検討した．障害児，障害者との関わりのない学生の方が『普遍的要素をもつ健康観』において平均点が有意に高かった．『深化過程にある健康観』の平均点が有意に高かったのは，入院経験のない学生と家族や親戚の看病の経験のある学生であった．
健康観は流動的であり複雑化している．時代の要請や個人によって変化するものであることを念頭において看護するために，日々変化する社会の中で看護学生が健康に興味を持つことが重要である．また，自分自身の健康観がどのように変化して来ているのかを振り返り，健康観は深められるべきものであるということを意識しながら看護に臨める様な看護教育を行う必要性について示唆を得ることが出来た．It was examined whether the experience of student nurses before entering university influence their view of health. The average mark on the universal view of health of the student without relation to the handicapped child and disabled person was significantly high. It was a student who did experience hospitalization and who experienced nursing a family and a relative that got higher average score on the view of health in enhancement process.
The view of health is fluid and has been complicated. In order to nurse bearing in mind that it could be changed with the requests of a time and individuals, it is important that student nurses get interested in health in the varied society. Moreover, the present study suggested that, while they look back upon how their own view of health has been changed and are aware that they can deepen it, the nursing education in which the student nurses can face nursing is needed.departmental bulletin pape
