Nursing Technical Skill Exercises Using a Tablet-Type PC
Get PDF本研究は，看護学科2年生を対象に看護技術演習にタブレット型端末の導入を試み，その意義を質問紙法により明らかにすることを目的とする．その結果，「タブレット型端末を使用しての看護技術演習に関心・意欲がもてた」，「タブレット型端末を使用して映像を再生することにより自分の動作を客観的に見ることや，できていない動作に気づけた」，「タブレット型端末の映像をみることによりできていない技術を改善できた」等の回答が多かった．一方，映像を撮られることで緊張するとの少数の回答もあった．今回，タブレット型端末を看護技術演習に導入したことにより，看護技術演習に興味・関心が持って積極的に取り組み，できていない動作の改善に役立つなど，導入の意義が認められた．今回はタブレッド型端末の数が少なかったため，今後台数を増やし，他の看護技術演習にも導入し教育的効果を明らかにすることが課題である．I was using a tablet-type PC to exercises of nursing technical skill. Then, an attempt was made to reveal the results of 4-point. Many of the students responded, there is a willingness and interest in the exercise of using the tablet-type PC. Students responded to be useful, It can also be seen objectively their behavior. By looking at the image of the tablet devices, Technology has been improved. Showed who responded that they get nervous that the video is taken.
But tablet-type PC was less this time. In the future, I want to increase the tablet-type PC. I want to consider using technology in nursing practice of other tablet-type PC.departmental bulletin pape
Yamazaki Ansai’s(山崎闇斎) Shintoism
Get PDF山崎闇斎の学問は最終的には神道に帰着する.その学問の出発点が朱子学であったというところが闇斎の日本学に大きな影響を与えたと言ってよい.闇斎の垂加神道は近世に於ける諸種の神道説の中でも極めて特殊な地位を占めている.この垂加神道は,朱子学すなわち宋学に於ける理気説の要素があり,寧ろ朱子学の基底の上に構想されたものと言える.
とくに闇斎の垂加神道と称される思想を理解するために,学問的な理論としての「土金伝(つちかねのつたえ)」が重要な手がかりである.闇斎は万物を創造し構成する要素の根元を「土」とみなしている.闇斎はとりわけ「土」を重んじ,さらにそこから生じる「金」と合わせて重視したということが分かる.「土」が万物を創造するということは「土」がそうしたものを内包するということであり,「敬」の概念との共通性を見出している.言葉に表れた音としての調べから発展したイメージ,抽象的概念としてこれを捉えたと推察できる.In the end, Yamazaki Ansai's studies returned to Shinto. It would be safe to say that the fact that the starting point of his studies was Neo-Confucianism had a significant influence on Ansai's Japanology. Among the various Shintoisms in early modern times, Ansai's Suika Shinto held an extremely unique status. Suika Shinto contains elements of the theory of li and qi found in Neo-Confucianism and, more specifically, the Song dynasty Cheng-Zhu school; in fact, one could say that it was conceived of on a base of Neo-Confucianism.
In particular, tsuchikane no tsutae (土金伝, “tale of earth and metal”) as a scholarly theory is an important clue in understanding the ideas purported by Ansai's Suika Shinto. Ansai saw earth (土) as the base element which created and composed all things. One can see that Ansai esteemed earth above all, and stressed the importance of it in addition to metal (金), which is born from earth. As earth creates all things, earth contains all things, and one finds commonalities with the concept of respect (敬). It can be surmised that Ansai perceived this as images and abstract concepts developed from the sounds expressed in words.departmental bulletin pape
A Survey on Consciousness of Judo Renaissance Project: A case study of the participants in the 2010 Judo Renaissance Forum.
Get PDF本研究は2001年から2011年の間,講道館と全日本柔道連盟との合同プロジェクトとして行われた「柔道ルネッサンス」について,2010年のルネッサンスフォーラム参加者に対してアンケート調査を行い,その認知度や効果,必要性等を把握し,今後の柔道界が目指すべき方向性について示唆を得ることを目的とした.選手や会場使用のマナーについては改善に向かっていることが示唆される結果であったが,応援者のマナー,強化選手及び強化指導者のマナーについては,更なる改善が望まれる結果であった.柔道選手及び柔道指導者のマナーについて他競技と比べた場合,どちらでもない,あまり良くない,とする回答の合計が6割近くになり,改善の必要性がうかがえた.柔道ルネッサンスにより,柔道に対する意識は9割の者が良くなった,まあ良くなったととらえており,柔道界にとって非常に有益な活動として認識されていた.活動の継続については,100％の者が必要であると認識しており,今後,柔道ルネッサンスの復活,或いはそれに変わる活動が行われることが強く望まれる.The purpose of this survey is to obtain a direction for Japanese Judo based on information collated from opinion surveys from the Judo Renaissance Project which was a joint project of Kodokan and the All Japan Judo Federation from 2001 through 2011. The questionnaire was distributed to the Renaissance Forum participants in 2010, in order to grasp its recognition, effects, and necessities of and for Japanese Judo. Although the survey shows the manners of participants and hall use have improved, further improvements are desired regarding the manners of supporters, national team athletes and coaches. When compared with other athletes the manners of judo players and coaches need to be improved. 90 percent of the participants felt the images of Judo has improved as a result of the Judo Renaissance. All the participants, therefore, thought it necessary to resume the activity of the Judo Renaissance or, alternatively, starting another activity of the same kind for the future of Japanese Judo.departmental bulletin pape
Community Health Activities Through Cooperation of a University and The Local Community (Practical Report)
Get PDF高齢化やコミュニティの希薄化が進む中，大学として地域に貢献できることがないかと模索する中で，有志学生からなる地域保健活動グループRUNPを結成した．高齢化が進行するA市Bマンションとの協働により活動を定期的に行い，約2年が経過した．この活動を通して学生は世代を越えた交流を体験し，地域住民への理解を深めるとともに自らの気づきへとつながり成長がみられている．今後も継続することで学生の気づきの促進と地域との協働からコミュニティの活性化に貢献したいと考える．The residents of the apartment B in the city A are aging rapidly. Trying to find out what contribution we can make to the local community, we organized a community health activity group of volunteer students named RUNP(Ryotokuji-Urayasu, Nurse, Project). RUNP has periodically collaborated with the residents over period of two years and through the cross-generational exchanges, the students better understood the local inhabitants, also providing opportunities for student self-reflection. Early Mobilization Exercise of Radial Head Fractures-Using a Short Arm Cylinder Cast-A Case Report
Get PDF今回，我々は橈骨頭骨折に対し患者の希望を考慮し，従来よりも固定範囲を大幅に短くした改良型シリンダーキャスト(以下，短縮型シリンダーキャスト)固定下で積極的に前腕回旋の自動運動を行う早期運動療法を行い良好な結果を得た症例を経験したため報告する.
症例は61歳女性．平成25年9月25日転倒し右肘を地面にぶつけ受傷，その後右肘痛が持続するため9月26日整形外科クリニックを受診した.診察時，右肘全体の腫脹と疼痛を認めた.X線上，右橈骨頭骨折を認めたが著明な転位は認めなかった.受傷後11日目よりシリンダーキャスト固定の選択を考えていたが，飲食店に勤務し受傷後2日目より仕事に復帰していた患者にとって，水場でキャストが濡れることや洋服の袖が通らないことが問題となる従来のシリンダーキャストでは，仕事に支障が出ることが予想された．そのため，短縮型シリンダーキャストを施行した．固定期間は21日．ギプス除去後の骨片転位はなく前腕回旋可動域も良好で，特に問題なく従来通り仕事可能となった.短縮型シリンダーキャストは従来のシリンダーキャストと同様に前腕回旋拘縮を予防し，症例を選んで施行すれば有用な治療法であると考えた.We reported on mobilization exercises for a patient who had a radial head fracture in the early stages of treatment. In the exercise a cylinder cast shorter than usual was utilized. The patient was a 61-year-old female and had pain and swelling in her right elbow. X-rays showed she had a radial head fracture and was treated with a short arm cylinder cast. The short arm cylinder cast was applied for twenty one days to restrict the movements of flexion and extension at the elbow but to encourage supination and pronation movements. Twenty one days later X-rays showed the bones were aligned, which meant a good range of motion was preserved.
We found that the short arm cylinder cast prevented elbow stiffness, ensured stable fixation and recovered the motion in the same range as before.departmental bulletin pape
Fundamental Study on Management Method of Sports Equipment
Get PDFスポーツ選手を取り巻く環境条件には,天候,温度,湿度,サーフェイスの性状,用具など多岐にわたり,環境要因が適した状態に保たれる事は選手の健康を守る意味でも重要である.本研究ではスポーツ用具を用いる競技においてAdenosine TriPhosphate（以下,ATPと言う.）ふき取り検査法を用いた用具の清浄度を測定し,市販消臭剤と,コンタクトレンズ洗浄液に使用される「ポリヘキサメチレンビグアニド（以下,PHMBと言う.）」の清浄効果を比較検証し,競技者の衛生管理教育の基礎資料とする事を目的とした.方法は,剣道,フェンシング,なぎなた,アメリカンフットボールの顔に使用する用具（以下,顔用具と言う.）と手に使用する用具（以下,手用具と言う.）を対象に市販消臭スプレー使用前後及び,PHMBの使用前後のATP量を比較した.結果は,消臭スプレーでは手用具のATP量が減少し,顔用具では変化がみられなかった.一方,PHMBの使用後は顔用具,手用具とも減少した.この結果から,PHMBの活用はスポーツ用具の衛生管理に有用と考えられ,簡易で効果的な衛生管理方法の示唆を与える結果が得られた.Environmental conditions surrounding athletes include weather, temperature, humidity, surface texture and equipment. It is important to maintain optimal environmental factors in order to protect athletes’ health. This research was conducted to create a fundamental document in the hygiene control education for athletes engage in the type of sports require equipment. We examined equipment cleanness and measured Adenosine TriPhosphate (ATP) using a smear test, and compared the cleaning effects of deodorant products and Polyhexamethylene Biguanide (PHMB) which is used in cleansing solution for contact lens. In this approach, we targeted equipment used on face (“facial equipment”) such as Kendo, fencing, Naginata Japanese fauchard, American football as well as equipment used by hand “(hand equipment”) and compared ATP levels before and after use of deodorant sprays and PHMB. The result showed that deodorant spray reduced the ATP level on hand equipment while not of the facial equipment. However, PHMB reduced ATP levels on both facial and hand equipment after use. Based on these results, we believe application of PHMB proved to be an effective and convenient method to control hygiene for sport equipment.departmental bulletin pape
