    Trend of questions on related laws and regulations in the national examination for judo reduction

    柔道整復師国家試験(以下,柔整国試)は現在までに26回実施されている.柔整国試の合格率は,第1回では90.3%だったが,第26回では58.4%となり,国家試験導入以来,初めて50%台となった.このような結果から柔整国試対策が全国的にみて上手く機能していないことが推測され,教科ごとの出題傾向の把握は必要不可欠だと考えられる1).過去の国家試験で出題された問題を分類,分析することは国家試験対策を考える上で重要である2).出題傾向を把握することで効率的な国家試験対策が可能となることが考えられることから,今回「法規」に関する出題について調査した. 結果,柔整国試の「法規」に関する出題において,初期では柔道整復師法における規制を問うものが多かったが,必修問題が導入されるようになってからは序論(様々な法規)や関係法規(社会福祉法等)の出題が増加していた.つまり,今後柔整国試に合格するには柔道整復師法だけではなく他の医療資格の法規や社会福祉といった広い視野で学習する必要性があることが示唆された.National Examination For Judo Reduction (NEJR) has been conducted 26 times so far.The pass rate for the first round of the national reconciliation test was 90.3 percent, but for the 26th, it was 58.4 percent, which was 50 percent for the first time since the national exam was introduced. Based on these results, it is presumed that the policy for the national reconciliation test is not working well, and it is essential to understand the trend of questions asked for each subject. It is important to classify and analyze questions asked in national exams in the past in order to consider national exam preparation. Because it is possible to efficiently prepare for national exams by understanding the trend of questions asked, this time we investigated questions about the laws. As a result, many questions were asked about regulations in judo therapist law in the initial stage of the legislation, of judo national exam, but the questions of introduction and related laws and regulations increased after compulsory subjects were introduced. In other words, it was suggested that students need to study not only judo therapist law but also other medical qualification laws and regulations and social welfare in order to pass examinations in the future.departmental bulletin pape

    A Six-Year Study: Effects of Continuous Tai Chi Exercise with Elderly People Evaluated in Quality of Life

    本研究は太極拳自主グループ活動に6年間継続参加した高齢者の身体状況と健康関連QOL の改善効果を明らかにすることであった.対象は太極拳自主グループ参加者16人で6年間継続参加した10人(平均年齢65.7±3.16歳)(自主太極拳群)を解析対象とした.身体状況,健康関連QOL を太極拳自主グループ活動開始時と6年後に調査した.その結果,開始時に対して6年後は収縮期血圧及び拡張期血圧が有意に低下し, SF-36下位尺度の活力が有意に向上した.国民標準値に基づいたSF-36下位尺度得点について,自主太極拳群と同年代の全国の健常者の国民標準値と比較し,開始時は60代全国の健常者より身体機能,活力,社会生活機能,心の健康の4項目が有意に高く,6年後は70代全国の健常者より身体機能,全体的健康観,活力,社会生活機能,日常精神的役割機能の5項目が有意に高かった.太極拳自主グループ活動への継続参加は高齢者の血圧及び健康関連QOL を改善する可能性がある.介護予防における住民主体の運動プログラムとして活用が期待される.Purpose: To investigate how Tai Chi exercise influenced physical conditions of a group of voluntary elderly people. Systolic blood pressure( SBP), diastolic blood pressure( DBP) and quality of life( QOL) were compared with the national standard. Methods: 16 participants performed Tai Chi exercise once a week as the group between 2008 and 2014. The data were collected at the beginning and end of the study. For QOL, the Short Form 36 (SF-36) questionnaire was utilized to evaluate various aspects of functions. The sub-scores of the SF-36 included physical functioning (PF), physical role (PR), bodily pain (BP), general health (GH), vitality (VT), social functioning (SF), emotional role (RE) and mental health (MH). Eventually, 10 participants were selected for the data analysis; the average age of these participants was 65.7± 3.2 years old. Results: SBP and DBP measured at the end of the study decreased significantly. VT was significant higher than at the beginning. When the participants began exercising, PF, VT, SF and MH were scored higher than healthy 60’s in the national standard. Six years later, when the participants became 70’s, PF, GH, VT, SF and RE showed significantly higher score than the national standard in the same age group. Conclusion: The study would suggest that Tai Chi exercise might be effective maintaining and possibly improving health of the elderly people. Further systematic trial would be required to determine whether or not the Tai Chi exercise program provided significant physiological and functional benefits.departmental bulletin pape

    Reliability and Validity of the Range of Motion Measurement Using a Mobile Phone Application

    【目的】静止画から角度を計測できるスマートフォン(スマホ)アプリケーション(アプリ)を使用した際に,画面の大きさの違い(スマホとタブレット端末)による信頼性と妥当性の変化について測定対象物(固定物に反射マーカ4個を貼付したもの)を用いて検証した.【方法】測定にあたり測定対象物を10個用意した.測定者は理学療法士3名とした.測定対象物を三次元動作解析装置,スマホ,タブレット端末で各3回撮影し,各測定で角度を計測した.得られた結果から各測定の信頼性と三次元動作解析装置との関連性について検討した.【結果】各測定の検者内・検者間信頼性はすべてICC が0.999以上となった.三次元動作解析装置との関連もr = 0.999以上となり,誤差も2°程度であった.【考察】画面の大きさに関わらず,アプリを用いた角度計測は,スマホ,タブレット端末どちらにおいても信頼性,妥当性が高い評価方法であった.【結論】角度計測アプリを用いた測定はスマホ, タブレット端末どちらを用いても臨床に応用できる可能性のある評価方法である.[Purpose] This study was to examine the reliability and validity of the goniometry using a mobile phone application. The study was specifically designed to determine whether or not the size of the screen made any differences in reliability and validity of the goniometric measurement.[Method] Totally 10 objects were used as the markers to create a three dimensional and movable figure on a board for the measurements performed by three physical therapists. The objects were taken pictures for three times with the mobile phone, tablet and three-dimensional motion analysis system. The three examiners measured the angles from the pictures using the application. The angles were analysed the reliability and validity using relative and absolute reliability( Bland-Altman analysis). [Results] The values of the intra-reliability and inter-reliability measured for three times within a day were almost 1.0( ICC( 1, 1) = 0.999 or more). Also, the relationship among the three-dimensional motion analysis system, mobile phone and tablet was close (r = 0.999). The result of error (systematic and random) was two degrees. [Discussion] Despite of the size of the screen, there was little difference in the measurement reliability and validity. [Conclusion] The study would suggest that the utilization of the mobile phone and tablet application might become a part of clinical practise.departmental bulletin pape

    大学生の主体性を育成する目的で導入されたアクティブ・ラーニングであるが,これまで指導者や受講者にとって様々な課題が明確になっている.特に受講者にとってのアクティブ・ラーニングの課題は発達の特性や,今日的な課題によるものが大きいと考える. そこで本論文では,現代の若者の持つ友人関係やコミュニケーション特性に着目し,社会学的かつ心理学的側面からその課題の本質を探り,課題解決のための方法学的視点を明確にしていきたい.Active learning has been introduced for the purpose of fostering the independence of university students. However, various problems caused by their characteristics of development, their communication styles, and relationships with their friends have been clarified so far. Therefore, we should consider them when conducting active learning.     Injuries that Athletic Trainers Frequently Encountered by SepakTakraw Players (Follow-up report)

    「目的」2015年~ 2017年の日本セパタクロー協会主催大会においてアスレティックトレーナーブース(以下AT ブース)を利用した選手の記録を基に,セパタクロー競技における性別およびポジション別の外傷・障害発生数を調査することを目的とした. 「対象」全日本セパタクローオープン選手権大会(22回,23回,24回),全日本セパタクロー選手権大会(26回,27回,28回),SEPAK BOWL 2016,JOC ジュニアオリンピックカップ全日本セパタクロージュニア選手権大会(15回,16回),セパタクロー新潟ダブル大会 2017,のいずれかの大会参加選手でAT ブースを利用した大会参加選手のうち年齢,性別,ポジション,対応部位の記録に記載漏れがなかったもののべ506件(男性351件,女性155件)を対象とした. 「方法」各大会においてAT ブース利用の際に選手自身が記入した利用記録から,年齢,性別,損傷部位,ポジションを集計した.Purpose: To demonstrate the injury locations frequently seen among sepaktakraw players. In addition, the study examined the differences in typical injuries between male and female players and the differences in different positions in the game. Sujects: 506 players were participated in this study between 2015 and 2017 during the competitions organized by the Japan Sepaktakraw Federation. Method: The data were collected from the playes who utilized the athletic trainer(AT) service booth.     Relationship between the sustainable exercise play in a short time and the athletic ability in nursery school children

    本研究は,保育園で行う運動遊びを開発し,効果を測定したものである.この運動遊びは,幼児および保育士が高い動機づけを維持して行うことができる身体活動のエクササイズである.具体的には,ある保育園で,文部科学省の運動能力調査の6種目で行って,その結果から,低い点数だった能力に働きかける運動遊びを考案した.そして,考案した運動遊びを保育園で継続して実施してもらい,3か月後に再度運動能力調査6種目を行って効果測定を行った.この結果,2種目と全体の評点が有意に上昇した.This study developed exercise play at the nursery school and measured the effect. This athletic play is a physical activity exercise that infants and nursery teachers can maintain while maintaining high motivation. Specifically, at a nursery school, we conducted at the sixth event of exercise capacity survey of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and devised an exercise game to work on the low score scores from the results. Then, we asked the nursery school to continue the exercise game we devised, and after three months again we performed six types of exercise capacity survey and measured the effect.     Two Cases Using Extension Block Splint for the Basal Bone Fracture of the Elderly

    高齢者の骨折治療は,解剖学的治癒と機能的治癒の相反する2面の要素を持ち,多くの場合,機能的治癒に主眼をおいて行われる.今回、左小指基節骨基部骨折の2症例に対し,環指及び小指のみ固定するExtension Block Splint を用いて早期運動療法を行った.このExtension Block Splint は環指・小指の MP 関節を伸展運動のみ制限した固定である.MP 関節屈曲位固定、IP 関節屈伸運動を可能とし,基節骨の背側を包むように走行する伸筋腱を緊張させることで,骨折部に対し圧迫力が生じる.また,MP・IP関節の関節拘縮を防ぐ.固定指を隣接指である環指のみとすることで,固定中も母指と示指・中指の対立運動が可能であり,固定中や固定除去後のADL の低下を最小限にすることを目的とした.結果として大きな転位や機能障害も認めず治癒に至った.今後の高齢者骨折における保存療法の一助になると考える.Bone fracture treatment of elderly people had two contradictory factors of anatomical healing and functional recovery. In many cases, the focus was on functional recovery. In this study, early exercise therapy was performed by using Extension Block Splint(EBS), which fixed only the ring and little fingers. The splint was used for both cases of the left fingers touched the base of the basal bone fracture. This EBS was a fixation in which the MP joints of the ring and little fingers were restricted only to the extension movements. The MP joint flexion position fixation, IP joint flexion and retraction made some movements possible. This position created a certain tension on the extension muscle tendon covering as an envelope over the dorsal side of the basilar bone to generate a compressive force against the fractured part. The splinting also prevented joint contractures of the MP · IP joints. By utilizing only the ring fingers as the adjacent fingers, the EBS allowed the opposing movements of the thumb, index and middle fingers during the fixation. More importantly, the device minimized the decrease in ADL during the fixation as well as after the removal of the splint. As a result, neither major dislocation nor dysfunction was observed. The study would indicate that the conservative therapy might be helpful for the elderly fracture intervention.departmental bulletin pape

    本稿は,2017年度1年間の学生相談室の利用状況を報告するものである.相談内容は,「自己理解」と「同級生との関係」に関するものが最も多かった.来談経路は相談員の授業を受けたことをきっかけとする来談が最も多く,次いで自主的な来談が多かった.In this study, we reported the use of student counselling during 2017 . The content of consultation was the most common self-understanding and relationship with classmates.     A Study of Surveying School Principals about Opportunities to Have Student Teachers

    本研究は, 保健体育教員養成課程および養護教諭養成課程における学校インターンシップの実習校の意見を分析し, 課題を明らかにすることを目的とした.2018年度に本学で実施した「教職インターンシップ」の実習校の管理職の意見を分析した. その結果, 聞き取りを行った全ての管理職がその有用性を認めていることが明らかになった. しかし, 実施にあたっての受け入れ校の負担とならないような実施方法・内容が要望として多くみられ, それらの検討が課題であることが明らかとなった.The purpose of this research was to analyze the opinions about the school internship and identify the problems to improve the future internships. The interns were majored in health and education and nursing. The opinions were collected from the school principals who provided the internship opportunities in 2018. The results revealed that all the school principals recognized the benefits of students. However, there were many requests for implementation methods/content that would not be a burden on the accepting schools. Further discussion and planning regarding the contents of the internships remained as the future assignments.departmental bulletin pape
