Architects have a crucial role in designing spaces that cater to users needs, enhance their well being and improve the overall quality of life by creating unique experiences in the built environment. This study explores the notion of improving human experience through architecture and investigates how architects can create spaces that positively affect users. A qualitative research approach, including an extensive literature review and case studies, were employed to identify the most effective methods for producing human-centered architecture that emphasizes the importance of human-centered design, the use of natural light, Colours, materials, and other design principles in developing spaces that promote well being and enhance human experience. The results have important implications for architects, interior designers, urban policymakers, and other building environment professionals who want to prioritize the human experience in the built environment. Ultimately, this study concludes that integrating architectural phenomenology through human-centred design principles can enhance the quality of experiences for all users of the built environment

The outcome of the research revealed that there is significant relationship between architectural development and societal growth and disconnectedness. The study used a survey research design and a qualitative research design, using the purpose sampling.Questionnaire, as primary tool for data collection were randomly shared among the respondents. The data acquired were examined descriptively and presented in percentage frequency distribution tables, oppositely, the discovery of this study showed that architectural development contributes a lot to environmental/societal development, this research has also shown that urbanization is not the sole responsibility of architectural development as other factors can be considered. However architectural development like a shopping mall would help promote security, networking and socialization
