Get PDF本稿は、邦語で十分に発信されていない、2019.5のプランS改訂版発表以降の主要な動きを解説したものである。「転換契約・転換モデル契約・転換雑誌」「価格透明性フレームワーク」「権利保持戦略」「プランS の影響モニタリング枠組み」について解説し、「欧州研究評議会（ERC）離脱」の動きを含む、プランS改訂版への反応を紹介する。最後に、グリーンOA推進を標榜してきた日本に対し、「権利保持戦略」を日本において採択することの可能性を示唆する。This report reviews the developments after the release of Plan S Revision in May 2019. It covers the “transformative agreements, transformative model agreements, transformative journals,” “cost transparency framework,” “rights retention strategy,” and “Plan S effects monitoring framework.” It highlights the reactions to Plan S including the ERC rejection of Plan S.
