Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan Menggunakan Metode Algoritma Bayesian Classifier Pada PT. Cipta Anugerah Musi
Employee performance assessment is an important step in ensuring company productivity. PT. Cipta Anugerah Musi has so far still used manual methods with limited criteria, so the results are less accurate. This research develops an employee performance assessment application using the Naive Bayes algorithm, which utilizes seven main criteria: personality, obeying rules, discipline, responsibility, thoroughness, productivity and neatness. Test results show that this application is able to predict employee performance assessments with an accuracy level of 86.67%, an average precision of 82%, and an average recall of 82%. This application has proven effective in increasing the efficiency of the employee performance appraisal process while reducing manual errors. Thus, the implementation of the Naive Bayes algorithm in this application has succeeded in becoming a reliable tool for HRD in making decisions regarding employee performance assessment.

ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KINERJA PORTOFOLIO DENGAN STRATEGI EQUAL WEIGHT, MEAN-VARIANCE OPTIMIZATION, DAN RISK PARITY
This study aims to compare the performance of portfolios using three asset allocation strategies: Equal Weight, Mean-Variance Optimization (MVO), and Risk Parity, based on the Sharpe Ratio as an evaluation indicator. The study utilizes historical data from four major asset classes most favored in Indonesia: mutual funds, stocks, gold, and cryptocurrencies. The research methodology includes portfolio construction using these three strategies and performance testing using the Sharpe Ratio to measure the return obtained per unit of risk. The findings indicate a significant difference in portfolio performance among the Equal Weight, Mean-Variance Optimization, and Risk Parity strategies. The results show that the Risk Parity strategy achieves the highest Sharpe Ratio, signifying that it provides a better balance between risk and return compared to the other strategies. The Equal Weight strategy tends to generate the highest returns but with greater volatility, while the MVO strategy produces returns that fall between Equal Weight and Risk Parity

One of the efforts to taking medication is through the provision of supportive education with stages of education, teaching, and guiding.
Objective: To determine the effectiveness of supportive education on adherence to tuberculosis medication.
Method: Quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest approach with control group. Random sampling technique obtained 39 respondents who were divided into two : intervention groups and the control groups. The research instrument used the MMAS-8 questionnaire and univariate and bivariate data with Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests.
Research Results: The average age is 41 years. The highest gender is female, with 23 people (59.0%), most of the secondary education level 20 people (51.3%), and the leng of treatment is dominated by the advanced phase, 30 people (76.9%). Wilcoxon test ontained a p-value of 0.021 (p0.05) in the control group. Mann-Whitney test obtained a p-value of 0.001 (p< 0.05).
Conclusion: There is a difference in medication adherence before and after supportive education in the intervention group (p-value 0.021);there is no difference in medication adherence before and after supportive education in the control group (p-value 0.08), and there is a difference in medication adherence after supportive education in the intervention and control groups (p-value 0.001).

PERBEDAAN SIRKULASI DARAH EKSTREMITAS BAWAH DENGAN PEMERIKSAAN ANKLE BRACHIAL INDEKS (ABI) SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH SENAM KAKI PADA PASIEN DM TIPE II DI CLUB SENAM DM
Background: Type II Diabetes Mellitus is a disease characterized by
hyperglycemia based on increased insulin resistance or increased pancreatic beta
cell dysfunction. Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) examination is used to detect
symptoms of decreased peripheral perfusion in the legs, while leg exercises are
one of the appropriate treatments in preventing complications of DM such as
Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). By doing leg exercises 2 times you can improve
blood circulation in the legs, improve blood circulation in the lower extremities
and strengthen the leg muscles.
Objective: To analyze the difference in lower extremity blood circulation values
with ABI examination before and after diabetic leg exercises.
Method: Quantitative research with an Experimental approach with a Preexperiment one group pre-test post-test design, with a total sampling of 43
respondents according to the inclusion criteria. Analysis using the Wilcoxon test.
Results: The frequency distribution of the majority of elderly age was 19
respondents (44.2%), the distribution of female gender was 36 respondents
(83.7%), the distribution of education was mostly high school as many as 20
respondents (46.5%), the distribution of occupation was mostly housewives as
many as 24 respondents (55.8%). Bivariate analysis showed a p value of 0.000
(<0.005), meaning that there was a difference in lower extremity blood
circulation with ABI examination before and after exercise. Suggestion: DM
sufferers routinely do diabetic foot exercises to prevent blood circulation
problems in the lower extremities
