Factors Associated with Self-Efficacy of Code Blue Team Nurses at Palembang City Hospital
Background:
Emergencies can occur in any situation without being predicted. Hospitals need to have a Code Blue system in order to handle emergencies quickly and accurately. Response time 5 minutes is still found. This can cause failure to rescue patients. Nurse self-efficacy is related to achieving the right response time in Code Blue cases. Self-efficacy is influenced by mastery experience, vicarious experience, social persuasion, and Physiological and Emotional Status in Code Blue Nurses.
Objective: To analyze factors related to the self-efficacy of Code Blue Team Nurses at Palembang City Hospital
Method: Quantitative with correlation design, using a cross-sectional approach. totaling 56 populations, totaling 44 respondents. Samples were taken using the total sampling technique. Data collection tools were adopted from various sources. Data were analyzed using the Kenda'sl tau - b test
Results: Respondents who were middle-aged = 42 (95.5%) and young = 2 (4.5%); male gender = 25 (56.8%), last education Diploma III Nursing = 25 (56.8%), work units in inpatient care as many as 24 (54.5%), length of service 11-15 years 24 (54.5%), clinical level nurses III 40 (90.9%) and no experience in critical units 27 (61.4%)
Conclusion: There is no relationship between mastery experience, vicarious experience, social persuasion, physiological and emotional status with Self-Efficacy of Code Blue Team Nurses. However, there is a tendency that the better the factors related to self-efficacy, the better the success rate of Code Blue.
Suggestion: The code blue team needs to improve self-efficacy through training related to code blue

This study was conducted to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement, brand image and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Skintific skincare products in Palembang City. This data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 125 respondents who met the criteria obtained using purposive sampling method, namely the criteria that respondents are people who have bought or used Skintific brand products and know and know the celebrities who promote Skintific skincare products. Using the t test analysis technique, f test and the coefficient of determination. Using the t test analysis technique, the F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsers, brand image, and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Kerupuk Kemplang Dua Merpati di TikTok Shop
This research aims to find out how product quality and price influence the decision to purchase kemplang dua pigeon crackers at the TikTok Shop. The data used is primary data from the questionnaire. The population of this study is people who have purchased two pigeon kemplang crackers twice a month, and the sample used was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a pursive sampling approach. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and descriptive statistics. The model feasibility test technique uses the F test and coefficient of determination. The hypothesis testing technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and the T test. The results of this research reveal that product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions and price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions
Analisis perbedaan likuiditas saham dan kinerja saham pasca stock split berdasarkan tingkat kemahalan harga saham
This study aims to determine whether there are differences in stock liquidity and stock performance after a stock split based on the stock price level. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population consists of companies that conducted stock splits during the 2019–2023 period. The sampling technique used was total sampling. There are 54 companies as a sample which consist of 20 undervalued companies and 34 overvalued companies with a total of 162 data over one year which divided into 3 period. The analytical tool was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results of this study indicate that there are no significant difference in stock liquidity and stock performance after a stock split based on the stock price level
Pengaruh Capital Intensity dan Koneksi Politik Terhadap Tax Avoidance Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Periode 2021-2023
This study aims to determine the effect of capital intensity and political connections on tax avoidance by focusing on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a research period of 2021-2023. The data used is secondary data in the form of company annual reports. The samples in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 15 companies with a total of 45 samples. Capital intensity in this study is measured by total fixed assets with fixed assets, political connections in this study are measured by comparing the number of government shares with total outstanding shares, tax avoidance in this study is measured by the calculation of Effective Tax Rate (ETR). Hypothesis testing is done with multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 2022. The results of this study indicate that capital intensity has no effect on tax avoidance and political connections have no negative effect on tax avoidance

This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin and online customer review on purchasing decisions for Cosrx skincare. This type of research is included in empirical research. The population in this study are consumers who buy and use Cosrx skincare. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is to use the survey method by distributing questionnaires. The results obtained in this study indicate that the country of origin variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Cosrx skincare. And the online customer review variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Cosrx skincare
Pengaruh BI Rate, Tingkat Inflasi, dan Perubahan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Sektor Energi
This study aims to analyze the influence of the BI Rate, inflation, and exchange rate changes on the energy sector stock price index. The population in this study comprises the energy sector stock price index, with the sampling technique employing total sampling, resulting in 47 samples. Data collection was conducted using documentation methods, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the BI Rate variable has a positive and significant effect on the energy sector stock price index. Meanwhile, the inflation and exchange rate change variables do not have a significant effect on the energy sector stock price index
Pengaruh kepercayaan merek dan kualitas produk terhadap niat beli ulang produk Bioaqua
This study aims to empirically prove whether Brand Trust and Product Quality affect the Repurchase Intention of Bioaqua Products. This study uses a quantitative approach with the population in this study being users of Bioaqua products. The sample size was taken as many as 100 respondents, with a non-probability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The results of the study prove that (1) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. With the coefficient of determination obtained from the Adjusted R^2value of 0.538, which means that 53.8% of the repurchase intention variable can be explained by the brand trust and product quality variables while the remaining 46.2% is explained by other variables outside the scope of this study

This research aims to determine the influence of brand reputation and service quality on interest in repurchasing Azarine skincare. The data used is primary data, the population in this study is consumers who have purchased Azarine skincare products at least once at the official Azarine store. The sampling technique in this research was a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 application. The results of this research show that brand reputation has a significant influence on the intention to repurchase Azarine skincare at the official store and service quality has a significant influence on the repurchase intention to Azarine skincare at the official store
PENGARUH LEVERAGE TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS DENGAN STRUKTUR ASET SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
This study aims to determine the effect of leverage on financial distress with asset structure as a moderation variable. The data used is secondary data, The population in this study is consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research period of 2021-2023. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method and was obtained from 102 companies with a total of 306 samples. Hypothesis testing is carried out by moderation regression analysis. The results of this study show that asset structure is able to moderate the influence of leverage on financial distress
