本稿は、通信販売にクーリング・オフ制度を導入すべき理由を論じる。従来、通信販売は不意打ち性が乏しく自主的検討が可能とされクーリング・オフは法定されていない。しかし近年、SNS 利用中など購買意図のない場面で、個人情報を用いたターゲティング広告や、成功報酬型で不当表示が生じやすいアフィリエイト広告、在庫僅少表示やカウントダウンなどのダークパターンが多用され、消費者の購買の自主性が損なわれているといえる。現行の取消制度は広告保存義務もなく活用困難で、被害防止には不十分である。上記の広告にまつわる事柄は主としてインターネット上での話ではあるが、クーリング・オフは電子商取引に限定すべきではなく、紙媒体やテレビ通販も対象とすべきである。クーリング・オフ導入により不当な広告の自然淘汰も期待できるのではないか。departmental bulletin pape
A Positive Research on Effects of Practicum for the Vocational Competency Formation: Based on a questionnaire survey to 245 students of universities and specialized training colleges

本稿の課題は、大学・専修学校のインターンシップや臨地実習（職業現場実習）における量的側面が、その質的側面や関連する学生の諸活動（正規課程の学習、課外・自主的活動）とともに、いかなる職業的目的・人間形成目的に寄与するのかということを明らかにすることである。職業コンピテンシー30 項目を対象とした探索的因子分析の結果4 因子が、さらに構成項目数の多かった第1 と第2 の因子を更に分析した結果、各2 因子、合計4 因子（「責任感・自律性」「組織性」「仕事情報処理力」「仕事段取り力」）が抽出された。この4 因子の下位尺度に対して、固定的独立変数として実習の期間を設定し、さらに実習内容、正規課程の学習、課外の活動（各5 形態）の2 要因分散分析を行った。それら合計60 の分析結果の一覧から、第1 に実習の内容が実習の期間に吸収されていること、実習期間がほぼすべての項目の主効果で有意であること、有意な交互作用は期間× 正規課程に顕著であること、因子尺度では、責任感・自律性と仕事段取り力の効果で交互作用が明らかになった。departmental bulletin pape
The Sociology of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) and Web3
Get PDF本稿は分散型自立組織（DAO）とWeb3 に含まれる，組織に関する思想およびそれを実現するための実践を社会学的に理解しようとするものである。
初めに断っておくと，本稿はこの思想に大きな期待を寄せているわけではないが，かと言って無意味であると断じるものでもない。あくまでそこに，社会に関するどのような考え方が含まれているかを検討しようとするものである。
以下，第1 節で，DAO とその背景であるWeb3 について概説する。また，それと関連して直接民主制をDAO で実現しようとする考え方にもふれる。第2 節で，ブルーノ・ラトゥールらによる「リヴァイアサン」の記述（Callon and Latour 2015, Latour 1997=2008），大黒岳彦によるブロックチェーンの分析（大黒 2018, 2023）を参照し，DAO に見られる人と物の関わりの特異性について考察する。第3 節では，DAO の限界についてふれる。
これをもとに，第4 節でDAO が実現しようとしている分散型のフラットな組織の実現には，ブロックチェーン（イーサリアム）の物としての関与だけでは完結しないことを論じる。この節は本稿のまとめであるが，DAOに関する考え方が変化の途上にあることを考慮して「中間的なまとめ」としている。Abstract
This study aims to sociologically understand the ideas about organizations, mechanisms to realize those contained in Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), and Web3. It specifically focuses on the unique relationship between people and objects in this context. In this study, DAO refers to an organization on the Internet that uses blockchain technology and that has no specific administrator (that is decentralized and flat), whereas Web3 refers to the way that the Web is organized premised on such an organization. A DAO attempts to reduce uncertain elements and create a firm, flat organization by introducing the physical technology of blockchain into an organization composed of people. However, its operation is more intricate. For example, blockchain is not purely an object but humans are embedded within it and their desires are harnessed as its driving force. This study attempts to describe such an intricate construct and specifically focuses on the effort needed to create a “flat” organization. It is not simply realized mechanically through the blockchain but people are also substantially involved, including in the pre-discussion process (off-chain). For example, whether a DAO becomes a flat organization may depend on the original relationships between its members. The workings of the blockchain are more dependent on the people participating in it and their relationships than they appear. Recently, some DAOs have placed less emphasis on protocols, such as on the automatic execution of the content of contracts, and more emphasis on community. 『秒速5 センチメートル』（2007年公開）は，新海誠監督によるアニメーション映画であり，繊細な映像美に彩られた切ない悲恋の物語である。本稿の目的は，主人公・遠野貴樹の分析を通じて思春期・青年期の心理について検討することである。まず本作の「高さ」というモチーフが何を表すか検討したところ，①鳥瞰的な視点の獲得，②理想への邁進，③現実からの遊離と考えられた。特に現実で居場所のない孤独な少年は，現実から極端に離れ，人間関係をほとんど持たず，情緒さえ遠い場合がある。しかし，時に彼らは理想化した女性イメージとの内的な関わりを通じて成熟していくことを検討した。Abstract
5 Centimeters per Second (released in 2007) is an animated film directed by Makoto Shinkai, depicting a bittersweet love story alongside delicate visual beauty. This study analyzes the psychology of the protagonist, Takaki Tōno, and examines the psychological transitions during adolescence. First, the motif of “height” in the film was analyzed to determine its symbolism. Three possible interpretations were identified: (1) gaining a bird’s-eye perspective, (2) striving for an ideal, and (3) detachment from reality. Specifically, boys who cannot find their place in reality and experience loneliness may be highly detached from reality, have few interpersonal relationships, and even distance themselves from their own emotions.
