    No full text
Due to the low natural fertility and climatic conditions characterized by excessive heat and insufficient precipitation, the sandy soils area in southern Oltenia can be characterized as a disadvantaged agricultural area, with farmers having a small variety of crops to ensure the exploitation of the soil in profitable conditions. In the context of climate change, in order to obtain high, safe and stable productions, it is necessary to choose the range of species and plant varieties with high adaptability to the climatic and soil conditions, in this context, Research-Development Station for Plants Culture on Sands Dăbuleni conducting research on the adaptability and profitability of sweet potato culture. Considering that in the tropical and subtropical regions completely replace the potato, F.A.O. mentions sweet potatoes on the 7th place in the world among agricultural crops. Currently, this culture is less known in Romania. With the increase in the import of vegetables, the interest of Romanian consumers for this species of tropical origin has increased. Taking into account these considerations, the researches aimed at establishing the technology of sweet potato cultivation on sandy soils and the biological and biochemical peculiarities of this species. The obtained results were similar to those in the literature, the differences being due to the studied genotypes and to the climatic conditions of the crop year. It is a drought resistant species with vigorous growth and high productivity (20-40 t / ha). Sweet potato is a species of perspective for Romanian vegetable growing, with special nutritional qualities and economically profitable

The topographic measurements and the technical cadastral documents drawn up in time in Romania included several distinct stages. The main differences between them consisted in the society’s development requirements at that particular moment and the measuring technologies used. Law on Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising no.7/1996, with the subsequent modifications and completions, created the context for drawing up and implementing the unitary cadastre and land register system. This system includes 3,181 administrative - territorial units as follows: 103 municipalities, 217 cities and 2,861 communes, the latter one with 12,957 villages. At the same time, it was started the National Cadastre and Land Registration Program, estimated to be conducted between 2015 and 2023. The main objective of the program consists in performing systematic cadastral works considering the cadastral sectors in the administrative territorial units, so they can be registered in the land register. The cadastral documents drawn up on cadastral sectors indicate the measured surface as well as the real property right over the real estates. According to the present administrative - territorial organization of Suceava County, its 8,553 km2 include 114 administrative – territorial units, of which: 5 municipalities, 11 cities and 98 communes, the latter ones including 379 villages. Our case study tried to point out the real technical and legal situation of two cadastral sectors situated in the unincorporated area of Bilca commune, Suceava County. The two cadastral sectors that were identified and analysed cover 14.5134 ha (cadastral number 243) and 10.0668 ha (cadastral number 254), respectively. The limits of the real estates from the two cadastral sectors mentioned resulted from field measurements and their identification with the legal owners. The limits of the cadastral sectors were indicated on the basic plan sheet, scale 1:5000, nomenclature L-35-04-B-a-3-III and the control area 540.9816 ha

Through this study bring the new contributions to the knowledge of the biology chestnut leaf mining moth. These observations were made in terms of Husi, Vaslui area and consisted of systematic recording of data on the conditions of the studied area, appearance and flying insect oviposition, completing the larval stage, the transformation in pupa stage and re-start every generation, observations what we've done using pheromone traps, "Atra-CAM" and using the Agroexpert program we calculated the sum of effective temperatures required at each stage of development. Order to better establish during each stage in the field I chose trees that have below branches, so as to be able to reach them and chose 1 10 whole leaves that we meant by a thread, and on them we follow all stages from egg to pupa and adult. We watched practically the egg stage, larva and pupa to butterfly leaving the mine by the same leaves an folioles

Tillage systems have influence on soil physical properties and have different consequences for plant growth and development. In particular, tillage systems affect yields. The experiment was conducted at the Didactic Station of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Iasi – Ezareni Farm on a cambic mesocalcaric regraded chernozem between 2016 and 2017 for winter wheat crop. We investigated two variants of soil tillage systems: no-till and conventional tillage regarding soil moisture and bulk density, during vegetation and harvest. In order to determine the main physical properties such as bulk density, soil samples were collected from 10 to 10 cm down to 40 cm depth: 0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-30 cm and 30-40 cm. For soil moisture the samples were collected from 6 layers as follows 0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-30 cm, 30-50 cm, 50-70 cm, 70-90 cm. The bulk density values revealed that it increased in both tillage systems and depths. The mean bulk density showed that it registered the lowest values in no-till variant during vegetation (1.36 g/cm3 ) while the highest value was registered in conventional tillage at harvest (1.55 g/cm3 ). Soil moisture showed differences along depth, growth stages and tillage systems, with higher values for the no-till variant in all periods except of the harvest, where the value was higher in conventional system compared on no-till (20.36% and 18.89% respectively)

Marine algae are an important biomass resource because of the many properties they have in solving various environmental problems such as the ability to decontaminate wastewater, soil decontamination, soil fertilization, etc. Heavy metal pollution is a problem for the environment. The development of industrial activities has led to increased emissions of heavy metals into the environment, with negative consequences for soils, plants, rivers and waters. Therefore, it is necessary to find appropriate methods that should be environmentally friendly in removing metal ions in a more efficient and inexpensive way. In this paper we optimized the biosorption parameters (pH, initial concentration and contact time) for the retention of Cu (II) ions on algae biomass, using two types of marine algae: a red one Callithamnion corymbosum sp. and a green one -Ulva lactuca sp. from aqueous solution
