No full textA União Europeia (UE), modelo de integração regional único no mundo, pressupõe o princípio da cooperação leal pelos seus Estado-Membros. Daí resulta o cumprimento do direito da União pelos países que voluntariamente assumiram o compromisso de participar nesta aventura eurocomunitária que se densificou desde a ideia lançada em 1950 pelos seus pais fundadores.
Contudo, acontece que, por vezes, os Estados-Membros não cumprem integralmente as normas do direito da União Europeia conforme se comprometeram. Para tal situação, os tratados institutivos, num sistema jurisdicional inovador no quadro internacional, criaram a ação por incumprimento. Prevista nos tratados desde a origem, consta como meio de recurso ao Tribunal de Justiça da União Europeia para reação contra um Estado que infrinja as regras que se esperam cumpridas para a coerência do todo. Tal acontece, quase sempre, por iniciativa da Comissão Europeia, no papel de guardiã do direito da União Europeia
Social Networks: The impact of political marketing on voter opinion formation
No full textThis study aims to understand the impact of digital marketing on the Portuguese political scene, as well as understanding the influence of social networks on the voter opinion formation process. The main objectives of this research are to collect current information on the use of digital marketing as a communication tool by political parties and their candidates and also to assess the influence of social networks in terms of society's political preferences, focusing on voters Portuguese. A literature review was carried out based on articles from specialized journals, academic works, news, reports and books in the area. Then, to support the theoretical framework, quantitative research was carried out using an online questionnaire, followed by the analysis and interpretation of the data obtained. The results indicate that Portuguese voters consider social networks essential for accessing political information, for following electoral campaigns and for clarifying and forming opinions
A participação das mulheres nos processos de construção da paz na América Latina. O caso da Colômbia
No full textDesde a aprovação, no ano de 2000, da Resolução 1325 do Conselho de Segurança
da ONU, a participação das mulheres nos processos de paz tem vindo a ocupar um
lugar de destaque a nível global. Na América Latina, a aplicação desta Resolução e da
Agenda Mulheres, Paz e Segurança enfrenta desafios, pois, apesar de ser uma região
com escassos conflitos armados interestatais, apresenta elevados índices de violência.
No contexto regional, a Colômbia destaca-se como um caso emblemático, não só pela
duração e complexidade do seu conflito armado interno, mas também pela inclusão
pioneira da perspectiva de género na negociação, redação e implementação do Acordo
de Paz, assinado em 2016 entre o governo da Colômbia e as FARC. Esta investigação,
tendo como base teórica as teorias feministas, centra-se nos diferentes papéis que as
mulheres assumem no âmbito dos processos de paz na América Latina. Ao atentarmos
no caso concreto da Colômbia, entendemos que, embora a Agenda Mulheres, Paz e
Segurança forneça um quadro normativo importante, na prática, as mulheres têm
desempenhado um papel fulcral enquanto construtoras da paz, complementando, desta
feita, a aplicação da Agenda. Por esta razão, tendo presente a importância normativa
da Agenda Mulheres, Paz e Segurança, mas procurando considerar as múltiplas
vivências femininas que surgem neste âmbito, com a presente investigação visamos,
ainda, identificar os desafios enfrentados pelas mulheres, bem como destacar as
oportunidades para a sua participação efetiva na construção da paz na Colômbia, na
América Latina e no mundo.Since the adoption of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 in 2000, women's
participation in peace processes has gained significant prominence on a global scale. In
Latin America, the implementation of this Resolution and the Women, Peace, and
Security Agenda encounters several challenges, as the region, despite having few
interstate armed conflicts, experiences high levels of violence. Within this regional
context, Colombia emerges as a notable case, distinguished not only by the duration and
complexity of its internal armed conflict but also by the pioneer inclusion of a gender
perspective in the negotiation, drafting, and implementation of the Peace Agreement
signed in 2016 between the Colombian government and the FARC. This study focuses
on the diverse roles women assume in peace processes in Latin America. By focusing
on the specific case of Colombia, it becomes clear that, although the Women, Peace and
Security Agenda provides an important normative framework, in practice, women have
played a pivotal role as peacebuilders, thereby complementing the implementation of the
Agenda. For this reason, while acknowledging the normative significance of the Women,
Peace and Security Agenda, this study also seeks to consider the manifold female
experiences that arise in this context. Furthermore, it aims to identify the challenges
women face and highlight opportunities for their effective participation in peacebuilding
in Colombia, Latin America, and beyond
Estratégias de marketing de performance: análise e otimização das campanhas digitais
Get PDFNo âmbito do Mestrado em Marketing e Negócios Digitais, a presente dissertação propõe-se à descrição e análise das atividades excetuadas ao longo dos seis meses de estágio curricular realizado na agência de marketing digital Webcomum, tendo como propósito final a obtenção do grau de Mestre pela Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique. Esta experiência de estágio decorreu sob supervisão de Fábio Teixeira, numa lógica de tempo integral e em regime de trabalho híbrido, com início a 2 de outubro de 2023 e término a 16 de abril de 2024.
As funções desempenhadas ao longo das 900 horas de estágio inseriram-se no departamento de Marketing da entidade acolhedora previamente referida e cobriram múltiplas dimensões do Marketing Digital, concretamente ao nível da análise da concorrência; estudo do mercado e comportamento do consumidor; criação e gestão de conteúdos para as redes sociais; gestão de campanhas digitais com recurso às plataformas Google Ads e Meta Ads; medição dos resultados e análise de KPIs relativos às iniciativas de marketing realizadas; bem como search engine optimization (SEO)
Cultural Wine Landscape Characterization: The Vinho Verde Region as an Example of an Approach
No full textThe Wine cultural landscapes have yet to receive the necessary attention for their protection and preservation as fundamental elements of the authenticity of the regions they encompass. This issue becomes even more problematic due to the rapid growth of tourism in various wine-producing regions. Thus, it is essential to increase the number of studies involving various regional stakeholders to understand the best solutions for these areas better and preserve the existing cultural and heritage values. In this study, the Vinho Verde region is analysed as a culturally significant landscape, shaped by unique vine cultivation systems and associated with distinct grape varieties, strongly connected to the environment, traditions, and cultures with historical value. The study is based on a collaborative analysis with members of the “Comissão Vitivinícola da Região dos Vinhos Verdes” and participants that are local stakeholders linked to both the production and commercialisation of Vinho Verde, as well as entrepreneurs from the tourism sector. With this analysis, it was possible to conclude that participants are aware of the necessary preservation and protection of the cultural wine landscape by implementing concrete planning policies
