Abstract:
Indonesia is the most populous country in the Islamic world with a population of about 220 million, of which 87% are Muslims. The majority are followers of the Shafi'i school of thought. Despite being such a large country, Indonesia has only one center for halal supervision known as (Lembaga Pengkajian Pangan Obat-obatan dan Kosmetika) LPPOM. This center is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. This center conducts research on Halal foods, medicines and cosmetics. The purpose of establishing the center was to ensure that Muslims consume only Halal food materials in the future. Halal Assurance System is an organization whose mission is to fulfill the needs and rights of consumers and provide halal products to Muslim consumers. To ensure the supply of halal products to consumers in Indonesia, the company has the (Majlis Ulema Indonesia) MUI Halal certificate and it is valid for two years. The company has to ensure the consumers that they maintain the continuity of Halal products. Therefore, MUI has needed to create a system, which is named as HAS. The purpose of implementing Halal Assurance System (HAS) is to maintain and ensure the factors and procedures of halal products. HAS is a system in which Halal certified company to enable delivery of halal food as per law
The value of sonnet in Pashto literature
A sonnet is a poem of fourteen stanzas in which an idea or an impression is expressed. It is a type of poem which belongs to an Italian origin. The term sonnet was used for first time In Italy in sixteenth century and arrived from the Italian literature to Urdu through English literature and after from Urdu it’s come to Pashto literature.
In English and Urdu literature, there are some great name of poets in this genre of poetry, but in Pashto literature, this genre of poetry has not yet get like the same position as in other literature of Western or Urdu literature. However, some pashtun writers and poets like Dr. Salma Shaheen, Dr. Abdullah Jan Abid and Dr. Farzana Ghani are argue that there are poets like Mr. Hashim Babar, Professor Muhammad Nawaz Tahir, Dr. Aminul Haque Amin, Mr. Salim Raz and Abdul Rahim Majzoob etc. have worked on sonnet poems in Pashto literature
A Comparative Lexical Study of Pashto Dialects (Dawarwala, Orakzai, Bangash)
Linguists define a dialect as a dialect that is spoken in a particular tribe, a particular region, or a particular community, and the language has special phonology, grammar and vocabulary, so it is called a dialect. So here we also study a part of the dialects mentioned in the title before the definition of the dialect, i.e. the comparison of vocabulary. Because these three tribes are basically a Karlani tribe, but this tribe is further divided into smalls tribes. Of which half comes in the descendant of Kaki and half comes in the descendant of Kudi. In this division of Karlani tribes, Dawar, Orakzai and Bangash also come Dawar is considered to be a descendant of Kaki, and Orakzi and Bangash are considered to be descendant of Kudi, that is, there is a strong relationship between Dawar, Orakzi and Bangash. Therefore, we also considered it necessary to determine the linguistic relationship between these three tribes that how many matches and mismatches there are in their conversation, from this lexical study of the languages of Dawars, Oraks and Bangash, we will also know the linguistic relationship of these tribes apart from their Ancestry relationship

Allah had blessed Mufti Muhammad Rafi with countless qualities; his personality was a shadow full of blessings in evil and temptation. He had a dignified tone and style as well as a real dignified person of worldly glory, compassionate and kind and one of the Saints. He possessed other qualities like a guardian. Besides being a madrasah and administrator, he also wrote more than 30 books, which have the status of a source in different positions. He was a leader in the true sense. In his speech and writing, there is also an element of spirituality along with the power of reasoning, which inspires the listener and the reader to action. In addition to being a nobleman, he is also performing his services at national and international levels. He was an eminent religious scholar, distinguished exegete and hadith scholar, researcher and manager, disciplined, modest and an ideal personality in terms of promoting knowledge and lofty thinking. .
Due to these attributes, the dignity, greatness and importance of every scholar and people of knowledge is clearly known, because the construction and development of religion and the world, the exaltation of Islam and the glory of the people of faith are related to the footsteps of scholars. It is the cause of happiness and happiness that no century, no era and no era of Islamic history has passed without the scholars of Rabbani and Rizal-e-Haqqani. There have been great scholars and men of knowledge who guided the Ummah on the right path and set them on the straight path in darkness and darkness. From this point of view, Mufti Muhammad Rafi Usmani is a role model for all of us. This void of Mufti Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him) will never be filled and his pain will be felt by everyone. In pursuit of a magnificent life, man has always gone through various trials and temptations to lead a wonderful life. To navigate these trials and face these temptations he has to follow certain principles. These principles are called as values. These values provide a framework for facing challenges and abiding by societal norms. Norms serve as societal guidelines, reflecting shared beliefs about what is considered morally right or wrong, desirable or undesirable. They play a crucial role in shaping behavior and maintaining a sense of order within a community. As Pashtoons constitutes one of the largest societies of the world, their norms could be followed in their societal lives.
The values of Pashtoonwali play a crucial role in providing a moral compass for individuals within the Pashtoon society. Pashtoonwali is the un-written constitution of Pashtoons, and its values and traditions are Maraka, Jirga, Nanawathi, Panah and Rogha Jorha, as well as Darha, Badraga, Badla, and Peghor are the main elements of Pashtoons’ life. Moreover, the interplay between love and rebellion often unfolds in a parallel dimension, showcasing the intricate dynamics where emotions and defiance coexist. This duality can bring about both tension and transformation within personal and societal realms.

He broke the scilistic stagnation in the judiciary and opened the door to ijtihadat, made many reforms in judicial matters, held various judicial positions, he was the Rector of Jamia Azhar for 6 years, ended the traditional imitative status and obsolete teaching method from Jamia Azhar made a modern and enlightened institution, reforms in the laws, curriculum and teaching method of Azhar, made Azhar an exemplary institution in terms of knowledge, practice, discipline and financial matters,He was a special student of Muhammad abdah, and was the leader of his school of thought. used politics for religious purposes, spent his entire life for exaltation of religion, service to humanity, and in connecting the creatures of Allah with Allah, made the youth aware of modern problems and taught them how to fight them, He taught unity and coincidence to Muslims, connected people with the Qur'an through his lectures, presented the subjects of the Qur'an to the people in a generally understandable manner, chose verses for the exegetical lessons that touched the hearts of the people, majesty of Allah Ta'ala, hatred of sins, passion for the study of science, and the answer to the doubts of the objectors, he spoke about the wisdoms of the orders of the Shariah, showed social problems and the ways to solve them, He proved that the Holy Qur'an is not against modern sciences, but encourages the acquisition of these sciences. ADVENT OF ISLAM AND ROLE OF SHAHMIR IN FOUNDATION OF MUSLIM RULE IN KASHMIR
Kashmir, a territory renowned for its Muslim majority, is seeing an increase in its Muslim population by more than 97% within the Valley. Although the entire state of Jammu and Kashmir was a rigid Hindu community for 3100 years with religiously race-discriminative divisions until the arrival of Baba Bulbul Shah and Shah-e-Hamdan in Kashmir. As from Hameem Bin Sameh to Bulbul Shah, Muslims were present but undominant, after the embracing Islam of Renchan Shah., Islam became the official religion of the state. Islamization was strengthened by Shahmir, purified, and modified by Shah-e-Hamdan. This paper explores facts about how Islam brought equality, justice, social harmony, ethical values, unity, brotherhood, friendship, and equality through the struggles of the Sufi saints and Muslim scholars. It unveiled the close knits with Central Asia that had consequences in the fields of art and craft, carpet viewing, wood and stone carvings, as well as many with skills. Kashmiris gained fame in the fields of art and craft and in Persian literature and soon emerged as “Iran-e-Sagheer.
