Tra giustificazione e santificazione: Lutero legge Genesi
No full textThe article focuses on Luther’s Lectures on Genesis, given between 1535 and 1545 at the University of Wittenberg. After referring to the querelle on the authorship of this work and analyzing the exegesis of the last Luther, it considers how much the doctrine of justification surfaces in the whole commentary: justification and sanctification are represented as the two poles of the same theological and spiritual movement which Luther sees emerging at the basis of all the stories of Genesis. The Lectures contribute to a better comprehension of the development of Luther’s theologia crucis.L’articolo si concentra sulle Lezioni su Genesi che Lutero tenne tra il 1535 e il 1545 presso l’Università di Wittenberg. Dopo un riferimento al problema dell’attribuzione dell’opera e un’analisi dell’esegesi dell’ultimo Lutero, si considera come la dottrina della giustificazione affiori in tutto il commentario: giustificazione e santificazione sono come due poli di uno stesso movimento teologico-spirituale che Lutero riscontra nelle storie di Genesi. Le Lezioni contribuiscono a comprendere gli sviluppi della theologia crucis luterana

No full textWithin the field of the debate on Justification, in which the German Lutheran Churches took part at the end of the nineties in relation to the Lutheran-Catholic Joint Declaration, the contribution of E Jüngel, one of the most strenuously outspoken critics of this document, stands out. After having pinpointed the essential value which Jüngel puts on Justification regarding doctrine and ecclesial praxis, the article outlines the essential points of the presentation that this Author makes regarding the theme in question, with reference to the condition of the justified sinner. In conclusion, a few elements of synthesis and critical evaluation are put together which, while they recognise the major differences which persist between Lutherans and Catholics in the matter, they attempt to demonstrate the plausibility of a «differentiated consensus» like that reached by the Joint Declaration.Nell’ambito del dibattito sulla giustificazione, che ha coinvolto le Chiese luterane tedesche alla fine degli anni ’90 in relazione alla Dichiarazione congiunta luterano-cattolica, spicca il contributo di E. Jüngel, una delle voci critiche più severe nei confronti di questo documento. Dopo aver messo a fuoco il valore criteriologico che Jüngel riconosce alla giustificazione nell’ambito della dottrina e della prassi ecclesiali, l’articolo delinea i tratti essenziali della presentazione che questo Autore fa del tema, con particolare riferimento alla condizione del peccatore giustificato. In conclusione, vengono raccolti alcuni elementi di sintesi e di valutazione critica che, mentre riconoscono le differenze maggiori che persistono tra luterani e cattolici in materia, cercano di mostrare la plausibilità di un «consenso differenziato» come quello raggiunto dalla Dichiarazione congiunta
La libertà: In dialogo con Heidegger
No full textThis contribution takes up Heidegger’s discourse on liberty, approaching some theoretical texts published before and after the Kehre and the writings on the main authors with whom the philosopher confronted the theme, Kant, Schelling e Nietzsche. One thus discovers an ideal itinerary which moves from liberty understood as letting be to its interpretation as resolution and determination: both definitions, apparently distinct, come together to the point of converging in a common identification in the adherence to the necessity of willing. Along with promising ideas, in the analyzed texts one discovers unmarked territory of research which may have given rise to further fruitful reflections.Il contributo riprende il discorso svolto da Heidegger sulla libertà, accostando alcuni testi teoretici pubblicati prima e dopo la Kehre e gli scritti sui principali autori con cui il filosofo si è confrontato sul tema, Kant, Schelling e Nietzsche. Si scopre così un ideale itinerario che va dalla libertà come lasciar essere alla risolutezza e alla determinazione: le due definizioni, in apparenza distinte, convergono fino a identificarsi nell’adesione alla necessità del volere. Accanto a spunti promettenti, nei testi analizzati si trovano sentieri non percorsi che avrebbero potuto suggerire ulteriori proficue riflessioni
La presenza reale di Cristo nei sacramenti
No full textAlthough the term «real presence» is spontaneously associated to the eucharist, Sacrosanctum Concilium 7 speaks of the manifold presence of Christ in the liturgy, saying that He «is present with his virtue in the sacraments». Starting from here, the article returns to the real presence «par excellence» (the Eucharistic one) and focuses on some recent interpretations of the theme. This reflection therefore offers the elements to highlight both the aspects that make unique the presence of Christ in the Eucharist, and the aspects that join this presence with that one rediscovered in the other sacraments. Similar to what is stated for the Eucharist, the memory/presence of Easter, that the other sacraments bring about, is not the «product» of the believers’ faith, but a possibility offered to them objectively.Benché l’espressione «presenza reale» venga spontaneamente associata all’eucaristia, Sacrosanctum Concilium 7 parla di una multiforme presenza di Cristo nella liturgia, dichiarando che Egli «è presente con la sua virtù nei sacramenti». Partendo da qui, l’articolo ritorna sulla presenza reale «per antonomasia» (quella eucaristica) e si sofferma su alcune recenti riletture del tema. Questa riflessione offre quindi gli elementi per mettere in luce sia gli aspetti che rendono singolare la presenza di Cristo nell’eucaristia, sia gli aspetti che accomunano tale presenza a quella ritrovabile negli altri sacramenti. Analogamente a quanto si afferma per l’eucaristia, la memoria/presenza della Pasqua, che gli altri sacramenti realizzano, non è il «prodotto» della fede dei credenti, bensì una possibilità ad essi obiettivamente offerta

No full textFacing the urgent ecological question, even Pope Francis spoke to awake the ecclesial awareness on care for the “common home” (Laudato si’, n. 14). Answering criticism of the ecology movement, the study argues the reliability of the man-world bond with a theological-dogmatic approach. The post-conciliar theological anthropology, read again in christological and trinitarian key, provides the divine predestination project as hermeneutical key. So, the man-world relationship appears as constitutive of the person, asymmetric and always theologically qualified. This anthropological vision is the basis for christian ethics, to be developed in the key of “filial responsibility”.Di fronte all’urgenza della questione ecologica anche papa Francesco è intervenuto per risvegliare la coscienza ecclesiale alla cura della “casa comune” (Laudato si’, n. 14). Accogliendo le critiche del movimento ecologista, lo studio argomenta la serietà del legame uomo-mondo con un approccio teologico-dogmatico. L’antropologia teologica postconciliare, ripensata in chiave cristologico-trinitaria, fornisce come chiave ermeneutica il progetto divino di predestinazione. Così, la relazione uomo-mondo appare come costitutiva della persona, asimmetrica e da sempre qualificata teologicamente. Tale visione antropologica fa da base per l’etica cristiana, da sviluppare in chiave di “responsabilità filiale”
