Modern approaches and prospects of blended teaching for students of higher medical education institutions
No full textМета роботи – проаналізувати ефективність змішаного навчання в контексті медичної освіти на рівні вищої школи шляхом дослідження впливу поєднання традиційних методів навчання з цифровими технологіями на якість засвоєння навчального матеріалу студентами, їхню мотивацію та розвиток навичок самостійного навчання.
Висновки. Змішане навчання є перспективною парадигмою організації навчального процесу у вищих медичних навчальних закладах, оскільки поєднує переваги традиційного та онлайн-навчання. Найбільш ефективними моделями визнано ротаційну модель та модель «Перевернутий клас», які сприяють оптимізації навчального процесу та підвищенню рівня засвоєння матеріалу. Успішне впровадження змішаного навчання вимагає розширеного використання цифрових платформ, адаптації навчальних програм та вдосконалення методичної підготовки викладачів. Подальші дослідження можуть бути зосереджені на розробці нових підходів до оцінювання знань студентів у контексті змішаного навчання.
The aim – to analyse the effectiveness of blended teaching in the context of medical education at the higher education level by investigating the impact of combining traditional teaching methods with digital technologies on the quality of mastering by students, their motivation and development of independent learning skills.
Conclusions. Blended teaching is a promising paradigm for organising the educational process in higher medical education institutions, as it combines the advantages of traditional and online learning. The most effective models are the rotational model and the ‘Flipped Classroom’ model, which help to optimise the learning process and increase the level of learning. Successful implementation of blended teaching requires the expanded use of digital platforms, adaptation of curricula, and improvement of teacher training. Further research could focus on developing new approaches to assessing students’ knowledge in the context of blended teaching
