    Applying semantic web technology in IoRT: A Review

    This paper provides an overview of semantic web concepts, distinguishing them from World Wide Web, and examines their impact on Internet of Robot Thinks technologies. Here it provides a review of semantic web technologies, their applications across various industries, and their role in achieving practical objectives. It further explains how the application of semantic web technology in robotics can enable automation across different environments, even without direct spatial awareness. Moreover, the application of semantic web technologies increases the opportunities for automating robots, facilitation coordination between robots and humans. Additionally, the paper explains how employing deep learning algorithms, cloud computing, and IoT enhances the opportunities for applications and expands the capabilities of robotic systems

    A Comparative Methodological Framework for Semantic Enrichment of Time Series Forecasting: Beyond the Balkans Case Study

    This research introduces a robust methodological framework that builds upon and extends our prior investigations into knowledge extraction from time series data within the broader context of digital transformation. Using the Balkans as a case study, we employ a comparative methodological design to evaluate diverse forecasting techniques—VAR, ARIMA, LSTM, and Prophet—integrated with semantic enrichment strategies. The proposed framework seeks to address critical methodological gaps in interdisciplinary research that bridges machine learning, econometric modeling, and semantic technologies. By systematically comparing ontology engineering approaches and assessing semantic enrichment methodologies, we develop a generalizable decision-support framework tailored for researchers engaged in knowledge extraction from time series data. Our findings demonstrate that semantic enrichment significantly enhances interpretability while maintaining forecasting accuracy across different methodologies. Consequently, this study establishes methodological standards and transferable guidelines that can inform and advance future interdisciplinary research in this domain

    КРЕИРАЊЕ НА ПЛАТФОРМА СО ВЕШТАЧКА ИНТЕЛИГЕНЦИЈА ЗА ИМПЛЕМЕНТАЦИЈА ВО ОБРАЗОВАНИЕТО (DEVELOPMENT OF AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM FOR IMPLEMENTATION IN EDUCATION)

    Образованието е еден од основните столбови на едно општество и, како такво, луѓето, институциите и различни компании се стремат да развиваат континуирани реформи со цел да се постигне одржлив напредок. Со високата технолошка експанзија, особено во последните години кога забележуваме зголемување на услугите базирани на вештачка интелигенција (ВИ), образовниот процес неизбежно беше засегнат. Во последниве години, одредени организации започнаа да ја интегрираат ВИ и во образованието. Затоа, во оваа студија се обидовме да истражиме и да ги пронајдеме најновите информации за развојот на специјализирани ВИ услуги или други форми на примена. Како резултат, откривме платформа што има развиено сопствени ВИ системи, кои се занимаваат со автоматска подготовка на испитни прашања и создавање интерактивни автоматски одговори, имено платформата Eklavvya. Истовремено, десетици други платформи нудат виртуелна обука за студенти и академски кадар со цел подобро разбирање и примена на ВИ во образованието. Покрај тоа, останатите нудат онлајн курсеви за професионална обука во областа на развојот на ВИ услуги. Така, врз основа на резултатите од нашето истражување, забележуваме раст на платформите кои обезбедуваат обуки, курсеви или ја подобруваат свесноста за користењето на ВИ во образованието. Сепак, проценуваме дека е потребна поголема работа во развојот на специјализирани платформи кои ќе бидат фокусирани исклучиво на образованието и сите услуги поврзани со него. Иако не најдовме платформи посветени само на образованието, внимателно го истраживме и анализиравме влијанието на GPT-3 и Gemini врз образовниот процес. По спроведеното истражување, развивме интелигентна платформа која нуди автоматско генерирање на наставни програми, предавања и испити. Покрај тоа, таа овозможува одржување и надгледување на онлајн испити. Education is one of the basic pillars of a society and as such people, institutions and various companies tend to develop continuous reforms in order to have sustainable progress. With the high technological advancement, especially in recent years where we have had an increase in AI services, the educational process has not been left without being affected. In recent years, some organizations have begun to orient AI from education as well. Therefore, we have tried in this paper to research and find the latest news about the development of special AI services, or other forms offered. As a result, we have found a platform that has developed its own AI systems, which deal with the automatic preparation of exam questions and the creation of interactive automatic answers, namely the Eklavvya platform. Meanwhile, dozens of other platforms in number offer virtual training for students and academic staff for the better recognition and use of AI in education. Also, the rest of them offer online courses in professional training in AI service development. So, based on the results of our research, we see that there is an increase in platforms that offer training, courses or help increase knowledge on how to use AI in education. While we estimate that more work needs to be done in developing specific platforms that deal only with education and all the services related to it. While we have not found other platforms dedicated only to education, we have carefully researched and addressed the impact of GPT-3 and Gemini on education. After the research we have developed an intelligent platform that offers automatic generation of syllabuses, lectures and exams. It also enables the holding and supervision of online exams

    Овој докторски проект го истражува влијанието на родителските стилови врз социјалниот и емоционалниот развој на учениците и нивниот академски успех во контекст на приватните училишта. Родителските стилови, дефинирани како конзистентни психолошки конструкции кои го насочуваат однесувањето на родителите (Baumrind, 1966), играат клучна улога во обликувањето на социјалните интеракции и емоционалната отпорност на децата. Целта на ова истражување е да се утврди врската помеѓу специфичните родителски стилови и целокупниот развој на учениците, при што ќе се истакне како оваа динамика влијае врз нивната академска ангажираност и нивниот успех. Понатаму, истражувањето дава препораки за развој на подобри образовни политики во приватните училишта, со фокус кон унапредување на благосостојбата на учениците и академските резултати. Методологијата комбинира квантитативен и квалитативен пристап, преку употреба на прашалници за родителите, податоци за училишниот успех на учениците и интервјуа со родителите. Резултатите ќе понудат детално разбирање на интеракцијата меѓу домашната и училишната средина нагласувајќи ја потребата од заеднички стратегии за поддршка на сеопфатниот развој на учениците. Резултатите од истражувањето се очекува да дадат информации за создавање приспособени образовни политики кои земаат предвид различни потреби на учениците во приватните училишта (Bronfenbrenner, 1979)

    Traffic is one of the existential functions of man in today's modern life and an extremely important organized social and human activity. Over the past few decades, we have witnessed the rapid growth of the demand for transportation in road traffic. In particular, the volume of road traffic has significantly increased during this period, which is reflected in the increase in economic activity, population and car ownership. Modernization, planning and improvement in traffic cannot be imagined without the use of information and computer technology, i.e. traffic simulation models are indispensable tools for transport planners and traffic engineers.     AI IN NONLITERAL LANGUAGE TRANSLATION: TRANSLATING MACEDONIAN PROVERBS AND IDIOMS

    Translating proverbs and idioms poses a significant challenge for translators worldwide. Thus, it is no wonder that AI models seem to struggle, too. These expressions often rely on cultural context, figurative meaning, and linguistic creativity – things that AI models cannot really replicate. Recognizing this, this study examines how three AI models—ChatGPT, Gemini, and DeepSeek—handle the translation of Macedonian proverbs and idioms into English. The findings reveal several patterns: Explanation accuracy varies though all AI models consistently provide a two-part translation; they all favor direct translations over idiomatic equivalents, provide uniform translations of simpler proverbs, but show significant variability in word choice for more complex ones, and fail to maintain stylistic elements such as rhyme, alliteration, and wordplay

    The contemporary landscape, shaped by urbanization and rapid technological advancements, has undergone significant transformations. The discharge of hazardous substances stands out as a primary contributor to heavy metal contamination in our environment. A plethora of research underscores the detrimental impact of heavy metal pollution on ecosystems, posing threats to the survival of vital plant and animal populations. Moreover, heavy metals can potentially infiltrate our food supply, presenting the risk of long-term health consequences when integrated into the food chain. This experimental investigation sheds light on the accumulation of heavy metals in key elements of our ecosystem, including dairy products, soil, grass, and the omega-3 and omega-6 components in meat and dairy samples in Kosovo. Employing the inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) method for heavy metal analysis and gas chromatography (GS-FID) for omega-3 and omega-6 assessments, our study involves metals such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, iron, mercury, lead, and zinc. The findings suggest that dairy products exhibit an average level of contamination, possibly linked to pollution from coal power plants. However, this revelation does not absolve us from the need for sustained vigilance and ongoing attention to this critical environmental issue. Continued observation and proactive measures remain imperative to mitigate the potential consequences of heavy metal contamination in our ecosystem and safeguard both environmental and human well-being

    The modern world is facing changes in international relations, a shift in the center of power at the regional and global levels, new political processes, technologies, and weapons. New geopolitical tensions have offered stark evidence that the security challenge for the European Union is growing, increasingly volatile and accentuated by the hybrid nature of many threats. Security also needs to respond to changes in society and technology. In the paper, the author will define the term hybrid threats. He will then analyze the 2023 Security Union Strategy - designed to equip the European Union with tools to better counter the development of the threat (facing crises caused by the pandemic and war, tackling organized crime and terrorism, and combating radicalization). In the final part of the paper, the author states that the Strategy sets out activities to support Member States in achieving the strategic goal - Strengthening the Security of Citizens in the European Union; The Strategy also sets out numerous tools that are being developed and strengthened to improve the European Union's ability to effectively deal with hybrid threats. The content will be created based on the analysis of foreign literature and using electronic content. In preparing the content of the paper, the author used the general scientific methods: the descriptive method, the normative method, the comparative method and the content analysis method as a special scientific method.
