THE EFFECT OF REPRODUCTIVE SYNCHRONIZATION ON LAMBING EFFICIENCY AND MILK YIELDS IN SHEEP FARMING SYSTEMS IN THE BALKANS
Improving productivity in semi-intensive sheep farming systems is
crucial for maximizing farm efficiency and profitability, especially in regions with
seasonal reproductive challenges. Estrus synchronization has emerged as a
promising approach to addressing these challenges and boosting overall farm
output. This study examines the effects of estrus synchronization on lambing rate
per ewe and milk yield, focusing on experimental and control groups in two
regions of Macedonia. Using hormonal induction (FGA + PMSG) to facilitate outof-
season lambing, experimental farms achieved an average of 3.25 lambs per
ewe over two years, compared to just 2.12 lambs in the control groups. Milk
production remained stable and consistent between the two groups,
demonstrating that enhanced lamb production can be achieved without
compromising milk yields. Furthermore, a comprehensive revenue analysis
revealed a 36% increase in total income for experimental farms, underscoring the
significant economic potential of this technique. These results suggest that estrus
synchronization offers a viable method to optimize both lamb production and
milk yields, leading to improved profitability in semi-intensive sheep farming
systems

OPPORTUNITIES FOR CULTIVATION OF WILD FLAX - CAMELINA SATIVA (L.) CRANTZ IN THE PRILEP PRODUCTION REGION
Camelina sativa (L.) Crantz, is an oil-bearing crop of the Brassicaceae family. It is used for the
production of biofuels, biolubricants, feed for domestic animals and fish, the cosmetic and pharmaceutical
industries. Two varieties ("NS Zlatka" and "NS Slatka"), produced at the State Institute of Field and
Vegetable Crops in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia, were used in the research. The two varieties of wild flax
grown in the Prilep production area are characterized with good morphological properties and an average
grain yield of 1348 kg/ha for "NS Zlatka" and 1204 kg/ha for "NS Slatka".

Understanding Inflation Drivers in North Macedonia: An Econometric Analysis
Inflation plays a key role in a country’s economy, especially in terms of its economic stability and growth. Understanding its determinants is essential for formulating effective policies. This paper analyzes the factors influencing the rate of inflation in the Republic of North Macedonia in the period 2002-2023. The objective is to identify and assess the impact of the money supply (M2), the real effective exchange rate of the Macedonian denar (MKD), and the unemployment rate (independent variables) on the inflation rate (dependent variable) in the analyzed period. In the paper, a statistical analysis was performed that identified the possible correlations between the dependent variable and the three independent variables. Also, econometric modeling and evaluation of the model were performed using the ordinary least squares (OLS) linear regression method. The results of the research have been properly interpreted, and relevant conclusions have been drawn based on that. This research is particularly useful for economists, policymakers, and the Central Bank of the country, as it provides insights into inflation dynamics. Based on this information, they will be able to develop and implement appropriate monetary policies to control and manage the economy, which is crucial for achieving economic stability and growth
Review of the best AI tools for teachers that help optimize the learning process
In today’s educational landscape, teachers are often overwhelmed by extensive workloads that in addition to direct instructional duties, also include numerous behind-the-scenes tasks. Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education offers solutions to reduce the pressure, enabling teachers to focus more on meaningful student interactions and personalized learning. This paper comprehensively reviews four prominent AI tools designed to optimize the learning process: iSpring Page,Canva Magic Write,Magic School, andPowerPoint Speaker Coach. Each tool was assessed based on user feedback from teachers and educators, as well as practical testing in simulated classroom environments. Criteria for evaluation included user-friendliness, interactivity, customization, interaction with existing systems, support and training, effectiveness in achieving learning outcomes, and assessment capabilities. The outcome highlights that Magic School stands out due to its user-friendly dashboard, extensive customization platforms, and comprehensive support resources. While Magic School excels in these areas, the other tools provide benefits as well. iSpringPage’s simplicity for content creation and PowerPoint Speaker Coach’s real-time feedback on presentation skills also offer valuable benefits allowing teachers to choose the tool that best fits their special teaching needs
Politics and Democracy in the Age of Misinformation
Today, it is increasingly difficult to draw clear boundaries between information and
disinformation, between information and propaganda, between public relations
and manipulation, and between truth and lies. Public speaking has never required
greater courage. One of the dangers lurking in what the media imposes is populism,
which becomes a measure of taste for the mass audience. Even in democracy, which
is often considered the better side of politics, the relationship with truth is complex
and remains unresolved. What value does truth have if it is not part of the public
discourse? Disinformation is a form of deliberate deception. If facts and arguments
are invalid, if truth no longer matters, if debate is rejected and dialogue is silenced,
can we still claim to live in an age of disinformation (lies), or are we witnessing an
attack on democracy itsel
