application/pdf論文(Atticle)Interactive Evolutionary Computation (IEC) is well-known for obtaining media content suited to individual users. This study deals with the generation of mixed ASMR sounds. Although the IEC proposed in the previous study was capable of adjusting the number of ASMR sound sources, the effectiveness of the adjustment was not sufficient. This is because the system was verified under the initialization that the number of silence genes was set to 1 in a system where the upper limit of the number was 6. ASEANにおける鉄鋼生産能力の拡大と需給構造変化
application/pdf論文(Article)東アジアにおける鉄鋼産業は2000年代以降に急速に発展した。その中心は中国であるが,近年ではASEAN諸国の鉄鋼需要の伸びが高く,生産能力の拡大が高まっている。その背景には,中国鉄鋼メーカーによるASEAN鉄鋼需要の獲得と現地からの輸出拡大を狙ったASEAN進出と現地生産能力の拡大がある。その結果,ASEANでの鋼材別需給では条鋼類の生産が需給を上回っただけでなく,鋼板類の生産も急拡大しておりASEANでの鉄鋼需給構造は大きく変化している。しかし,将来的な鉄鋼過剰生産は現地鉄鋼メーカーの経営状況に悪影響を与えるだけでなく,ASEANからの輸出を促して国際的な貿易摩擦に発展する可能性もある。また,脱炭素経済への転換にとっての問題となりかねない。そこで,本論文では,ASEAN鉄鋼産業の需給構造の拡大を分析すると共に,中国のASEANでの生産能力の拡大ASEAN鉄鋼産業に与える影響と課題を明らかにする。departmental bulletin pape
機械学習を用いた味と匂いの融合センサシステムによる食品の風味認識向上に関する研究 ー醤油の風味認識に向けた試みー
application/pdf論文(Atticle)A system that evaluates and discriminates food flavors by integrating machine learning with semiconductor gas sensors and taste sensors is proposed in this study. For the implementation of machine learning, the supervised learning method k-nearest neighbors (k-NN) is adopted. Before applying k-NN, various dimensionality reduction algorithms are used to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data processing. As a result of evaluating 18 kinds of soy sauce, integrating odor and taste data led to an improvement in the accuracy of correctly distinguishing "sweet," "rich," and "light" flavors. These results suggest that the combined semiconductor gas sensors and taste sensors, by leveraging the unique characteristics of both taste and odor, is beneficial for strengthening food flavor recognition.departmental bulletin pape
色の明度短期記憶に対し柑橘臭が及ぼす影響についての報告
application/pdf論文(Atticle)Olfactory inputs can modulate the visual cognitive process. The authors investigated the effect of citrus odor on the working memory of the orange color. This report focused on color brightness as one of the visual features for memorization. We designed a 2-back color working memory task. The participants performed this task with citrus odor presentation and were measured electroencephalography (EEG) during the task. This report compared the event-related potential peaks obtained from EEG to demonstrate the impact of citrus odor on the recognition of orange color brightness.departmental bulletin pape

モンクット王工科大学(KMITL)における問題解決型 学習プログラムの実施報告 -The 4th Global Project Based Learning in KMITL-
applicationThe 2023 global project-based learning (gPBL) program, which was held at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) Thailand, is reported in this paper. In this gPBL program, 10 Fukuoka Institute of Technology (FIT) students, 11 KMITL students and 2 Temasek Polytechnic (TP) students undertook the project: “Advanced design of a line follower robot”. To evaluate this gPBL program, we conducted a questionnaire survey for 9 FIT students after the gPBL program was finished. The result of the questionnaire survey showed that this gPBL program has a great influence on students' motivation to learn. Furthermore, all students gave affirmative answers concerning the effectiveness of this program.論文(article)othe
高精度予測を可能とする噴霧モデルの構築
application/pdf論文(Atticle)The breakup time was modified to improve the accuracy of droplet breakup predictions. The modified breakup time showed a similar trend to the experimental formula proposed by Pilch et al. By using a revised breakup time,a value close to the empirical formula proposed by Pilch et al. was obtained. Furthermore, downstream droplet information was predicted from upstream droplet information using measurements of the velocity and size of droplets inside the spray near the nozzle exit using a laser 2-focus velocimeter(L2F).
