We emphasized investigation of food waste and municipal waste of conditions for not only the whole country,but also Beijing and Shanghai specifically. Based on these fact finding surveys, we have made clear the problems concerning the recycling of food waste and municipal waste in China, from the viewpoint of the construction of“the Sustainable Recycling-Oriented Society”. A Review and Prospect of Area Scaling Trend for SRAM CircuitDesign Solution in Deeper Nano-meter Era
Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)We compare the area scaling trend of various SRAM margin-assist solutions for V[T] variability issues, which are based on efforts by not only the cell topology changes from 6T to 8T and 10T but also incorporating multiple voltages supply and timing sequence controls of read and write. The various solutions are analyzed in light of an impact of ever increasing V[T] variation (σ[VT]) on the required area overhead for each design solution, resulting in slowdown in the scaling pace. If σ[VT] suppressed to ＜70mV even at 15nm node, it has been found that 6T will be allowed long reign even in 15nm if σ[VT] can be suppressed to ＜70mV thanks to EOT scaling for LSTP process,otherwise 10T and 8T with read modify write will be needed.departmental bulletin pape

Direct Electrochemistry for Laccase-Modified Polyaniline/Silica Sol-Gel Film-Coated Graphite Electrode
Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)Laccase (E.C. 1.10.3.2) from Trametes versicolor has been electrochemically immobilized on the layer of electropolymerized polyaniline entrapped in a thin silica sol-gel film deposited onto a graphite electrode. The magnitude of redox peaks of the cyclic voltammogram observed for the laccase-modified electrode has been found to vary remarkably with the electropolymerization conditions. It could be presumed that the conductivity of polyaniline would exert considerable effects on the direct electron transfer between the enzyme molecule and the electrode surface. The electrochemical parameters obtained by cyclic voltammometry have showed a pH dependence, and it was suggested from the results that the binding of copper ion in the active center of laccase might become appreciably loose at pH 3.0.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)A configuration of shielding current front in a superconducting thin plate under a perpendicular magnetic field He, can be well approximated by a curve for very thin film limit, having a theoretical expression based on the critical state model with constant superconducting current density Jc . Two parameters included in this curve expression may be determined by magnetic shield conditions, which are (1) zero field at the center of the plate, and (2) zero 2nd-derivative of the field variation near center. In the case of inverse aspect ratio α＝0.1,0.01,0.001,two parameters are calculated numerically, which processes require very careful treatment with the above condition (2) asαbecomes very small. Calculated results are estimated as how these curve parameters depend on He and α. On the basis of this estimation, we propose some formulas approximately fitting with calculated ones for wide range of He and α, which are useful for practical uses.departmental bulletin pape
Multiple Wh-interrogative and its Cross-linguistic Variation
Get PDFapplication/pdf論文(Article)This paper envisages the interactions of some constraint and an empirically necessary constraint L-BIND, drawing on data bearing on overt multiple wh-interrogatives. The analyses of multiple wh-interrogatives that have been presented in the literature seem to be controversial. I show in this paper that multiple wh-interrogatives are closely related to the interactions of the constraints I propose here, providing a straightforward account of superiority effect in English. And it is shown that an extraction disparity that shows up between English-type languages and multiple wh-fronting languages in the application of wh-movement stems from the difference of the constraint ranking.departmental bulletin pape
